That would be an extremely bizarre interpretation, IMO. That's like saying if you stab him, and hit an image, you still hit him.

Unfortunately for him, he failed his save on the splash, so same effect. =)

I mean that the hit happens but the effect does not take place, the same way damage would not be dealt. It just dissipates the image.

Yes, there's a acrobatics check to move over half speed while blind... but I'm aware of no restrictions on flying beyond that.

Or are you assuming the half speed, and thus the fly check to move less than half speed has to apply? In which case, I say, 'assumptions' =)

And, technically, one only applies if you're greater than half speed. The other if you're less than half speed. Neither applies *at* half speed.

Blinded requires you to make an Acrobatics check DC 10 to move more than half speed, then yes the Fly skill requires the DC 10 skill check. I guess it's right at half speed so that all seems moot.

Admittedly these are edgy sort of cases but hitting the mirror image would technically be a hit and therefore not scatter, as I understand it. If we proceed with your interpretation, just noting a flying character with the blind condition needs to make a Fly check DC 10 or fall.

The dwarven forces seem greater together now that Alrik has given us space to set up our siege engines. The bombardment has progressed smoothly, as expected. If we can make material damages to their forces here, we can turn the tide. Breakfast was some dwarven tack I was dared into by sergeants corps. I will not be doing that again.
