My name is Alamander, I've always known the exact day and hour of Acavna's rebirth, just as I've always known the exact hour and manner of my own death. They say the sight is a gift, I think it's also a curse. Yes I know many odd things, my first words where in a language not spoken in a thousand years, unrecognized by all around me. The thing is mortal minds are not meant for the things I've seen and some days the visions come so thick and fast I can barely tell if I'm seeing what is, what was, or what may be... Still my nights are Acavna's and Acavna's alone, for I dream of none other.

You could say I was borne for this, the fact I was borne five thousand years too early, was... irritating.

Description:
Alamander is tall and powerfully built man with piercing blue eyes and short brown hair, dressed in archaic armor adorned with ancient Azlanti script and symbols of the ancient goddess Acavna. He has a midnight blue cloak with a large picture of the waxing moon, and he carries a simple, but well made spear everywhere he goes, it too is adorned with ancient Azlanti and was allegedly blessed by Acavna herself.

Background:
Alamander is a genuine Azlanti borne thousands of years ago and a junior priest involved in Acavna's great ritual. She foresaw her doom, and made preparations to save the world and prepare for her eventual rebirth. A great many followers were involved in the ritual, indeed all of the multitude of statues adorning the tempe was one. As fate would have it, Alamander was the only one to survive the aeons of stasis. The transition was traumatic however, and not only was Alamander diminished, his memory of the past is patchy at best. The changes to the world as he slept where extraordinary and he barely recognizes the brave new world he's woken up to.
