About Akito Hirosaki
Theme: Akito is a refuge from a drought-stricken region of Tian Xia beset by famines so severe that they have, over the passage of centuries, stunted the stature of the indigenous population such that they are as close in size to halflings as humans. After being ordered to steal food from villagers by his unworthy lord, Akito went ronin and sold all he had to afford ship passage to the "barbaric" West, there to start life anew amid the Land of Giants.

Personality: With his small frame and winsome smile, Akito would be easily mistaken for an older child were it not for his warrior's accoutrements and very deep voice.
