About Aidyn Swain
Aidyn Swain is the son of a Noble family from Magnimar. He grew up a spoiled child with no discipline. During his teen years his father encouraged him to take his private education and lessons (which all children in his family received from private tutors)seriously, so that he could grow up to be a respectable man and carry on his fathers legacy. Aidyn zealously ignored this advice and spent his teen years slowly stealing from the families fortune to buy any luxury he could think of. After about a year of theft, he had made a very noticeable dent in the families fortune, and he got caught. Outraged, his father kicked him out of the family manor, telling him he would not be considered part of the family until he went out and made something of himself. Left on the streets with no money, and no sense of a work ethic, Aidyn used only two skills he had developed over the years to get by: theft, and cheap tricks. The only lessons he had ever paid attention to were those that involved magic, but he only gave it a half effort, paying only attention to bits that could help him get women, or assist in his bad habit of thievery. So now Aidyn remains a magician on the streets of Magnimar and secret cutpurse, struggling to get by, and hoping in the back of his mind that one day something will present itself to give him a chance to redeem his honor with his family and return home.
