Looks like I was a couple of hours inadequately patient. Just got an e-mail that a shipment was coming to resolve the problem. Thanks.


On 9/9 I submitted an e-mail support request related to order 20811905 and received the automated e-mail response about high volumes and to reference the main status thread here on when to expect a response. I see in the customer service status thread that support requests from 9/15 are the ones currently being addressed.

I've checked spam filters and don't think that I missed the response. Should I expect a response via e-mail?
