I'm okay with recruiting an additional one or two with a note that front line martial or Arcane caster would be preferred. (We could even give preference to those, but I would state that outright if we are.)

While I realize that we have access to some fairly potent NPC's to fill the roles, if we run that way, I'd prefer actual players covering them as we did with Harrim. It's less time GM has to spend planning for each round or scene to balance being useful versus overshadowing us or handing things to us on a platter.

Making her way back down the dock, Malvessa rewraps the head of her new morningstar with a strip of cloth to blunt the spikes, and places it in her haversack.

*whew* That thing is heavy. Probably why Godwin couldn't swing the dammed thing. When we get someplace more populated, I'll see if I can trade up for something better suited to me.

Heading back to her room, she cleans up, brushes out her hair before re-braiding it, and does her best to make her clothing presentable.

Pulling the wasp punctured and bloodstained blouse from her bag, she washes it thoroughly in the basin, until she's sure it's as clean as can be.

I'll need to remember to memorize Mending to patch up those holes, before I run out of clothes to wear.

Hanging the shredded wet blouse up to dry, she double checks her appearance in the room's mirror, and settles in to wait for Tenvor's arrival.

I'm okay with whatever folks prefer. I'm open to RP things a bit or assume it goes well enough, and move on to the next thing. Heck a bar fight might be interesting. Side note: If you're expecting a steamy romantic encounter description, I'm more of a "fade to black and cut to the next morning" writer. :)

Yeah,she's not expecting officer position.
More like the carpenter or cook; something between deck hand, and officer is what she'd be shooting for.
I don't see her as officer (yet . . .) unless "ship's witch" is a thing.
That might fit.
:)

As for demonstrations of her combat ability, just stick around Rickety's for a day or two. I'm sure there'll be a dire weasel tearing up his garden or something given the past few days.

GM:

I'm assuming she had a day or two to rest, tell the story to the folks in charge, and recover from her ordeal?

Happy to be back on dry land, and in a softer bed than the ship's crew quarters had afforded, Malvessa takes the time to go over her belongings to ensure they have all dried out, and remain serviceable.

Once she's seen that he clothes are as clean as can be, she heads down to the market where she replaces her now used rations, and looks for some basic alchemy components to refill the ones she'd used back on the ship.

That done, she settles in for several drinks at the taproom.
Sitting at the bar with the ever present Kaloh curled up on the counter in front of her, she starts working on both getting herself rather drunk, and trying not to cry in front of the room full of strangers.

GM, no worries, I think we all have times like that.

I think a 5th full arcane caster is a good idea, as they cover a gap that the rest of us can't fill. I'll go along with everyone else's decision, but I'm in favor of the extra body.

Edit to add, I'll level her up in the next few days, work is going into mid-year evaluations, and I've got 10 due this week.

Silarsha reads over the contract carefully, then reads it a second time.
Blah, blah blah, loyalty to the Cardinal, to the group, looks fair overall. . .
She sets the pact back down.
"The contract is acceptable, but I have one question."
She points to the First Loyalty.
"I've never been the overly pious sort, but the First Loyalty names Asmodeus as my patron, and my god. That's a fair trade to accomplish our shared goals, but will there be instruction available for someone less knowledgeable on the subject?"
She looks the Cardinal in the eyes.
"When I sign my name, I don't want to inadvertently break the contract in my ignorance of the laws of the faith."

Silarsha sits quietly as the Cardinal speaks, listening carefully and trying to find a hint of falsehood or deception.
Sense Motive: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (5) - 1 = 4

After hearing him out, she considers his offer.
He seems sincere. He wants to do what I can't do alone, and as l am now. With this group and his backing and planning I can do what I have vowed. Do what is needed. Justice for father. Justice for my people. And a lesson for these fools who stole their honor from them. . .

Once Heverly has sworn her allegiance to the Cardinal, Silarsha speaks up: "When I was a child, a nearby village was raided. Two ships of other Uflen from another Thane's lands came in the night. They killed, or did worse to unresisting women, children and elders, made Thralls of those too young to take, burned houses and crops. Things done only in outright war. Not in a simple raid."

"When my father learned of the raid, he sought out the crews that had done it. And when he learned who they were, he gathered many of the nearby tribes, and their warriors traveled to the raiders home.
Once there, they hunted down the crews, and their captains.
Then they went and killed the village's Thane. And in a manner to set an example for a long time to come."

As she continues, there's an angry gleam present in her eyes. Not like when her bloodrage is on her, but there nonetheless. An old, and powerful anger.

"My father said; when a man does something wrong, it's that man who is responsible. But when many men do wrong, that is the responsibility of their leaders. They guide the people. They set the example of what is right and what is acceptable. And they carry the weight of their people's actions. This King and his government of Talingarde, this church of Mitra and its followers have shown me everything I need to know about them. They are corrupt. They are morally weak. And if you and your god plan to cleanse them of that corruption; pull them down from their thrones, drag them out of their churches and into a new and better order, then I who have already sworn to make them pay for the dishonor they have done, will swear allegience to your cause, and I will bring this nation the judgement it deserves!"

As they approach on the door, Silarsha tries to take in the sheer size of the building. This is someone's home? It's huge. You can probably fit two or three whole families in there.

At first sight of Tiadora, Silarsha blinks. Wow. She's stunning and smiles shyly when Tiadora turns the grin upon her.

However, during the interaction between Tiadora and Grumblejack, she reasses her first impression. Confident. No, more than confident. Certain. I can likely take the ogre in a fight, but it will be a fight. She knows she can beat him. No fear or hesitation. No question in her mind.
Sense Motive: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (11) - 1 = 10

As the group is led inside by the slaves, she follows along to her room. Looking around the well appointed room, she dips her hand into the hit wash water and sighs contentedly.
Turning to the slave, "Might it be possible to have some food brought up? Nothing big, but I've not eaten a good meal in a few days."
As the slave runs off, she strips off her armor and the soiled clothing. Grabbing soap, and a wash rag, she steps into the bath and begins scrubbing off weeks of dirt and worse.

Later, when the slave returns with a small plate of cold meat and bread; Silarsha stands up in the now filthy bathwater and rinses off her body with a pitcher of clean water. Drying off and wrapped up with a large cloth, she walks to the slave, takes the plate and sits down on the bed with the plate.
Taking a bite of meat, she turns to the waiting slave, and says "Would you mind helping me brush out and re-braid my hair? It's a tangled mess.
As the slave brushes and combs out the tangles in her hair, occasionally causing sharp intakes of breath as a stubborn knot is removed, Silarsha nibbles happily on the best food she's eaten in weeks.

Once her plate is empty, her hair is detangled, and has been pulled into a neat single braid, she gets up and dresses in the clothing provided to her. Finishing the outfit, is Blackerly's Chainmail and his fine sword at her belt. Smoothing her new long skirt, and stamping her feet into the new boots, she turns back to the ever attendant slave.
"Thank you. I'm ready now." and waits to be taken to see her host.
The thralls here are very well trained. Even father's weren't this good. Though farmwork isn't house work.

Just so that choking/ gagging thing has some context, it's loosely based on something that happened to me many years ago.
I was working at a retail store right after high school, and spotted a shoplifter leaving the store with a bunch of stuff under his jacket. Being young and stupid, I chased after him. I'm running down the block, shouting "Stop!", "Thief!", etc. when a bug flies into my mouth and hits the soft tissue at the back of my mouth. And then I think I swallowed it. This was just as I caught up to the thief. He dropped the stuff, and kept running. I let him go, and had the same basic reaction the character does. After I recovered a bit, still coughing, I grab the stuff and head back inside. My boss who'd watched the whole chase and bug eating reaction thing from just outside the front door tears me a new one for chasing after the guy "for some bull$&@t"
Apparently, at another store he'd worked, the thief had friends waiting and they beat the hell out of the employee chasing the shoplifter.

My wife's ranged inquisitor just learned the hard way about why she wants Precise Shot over Rapid Shot at level one.
She was getting two attacks at -10 due to firing into melee, and soft cover at level 1.
It's PFS so she is able to re-write, but she was at the table feeling useless for her first session.
With that said, a lot can be worked around with positioning and taking the point blank and precise shot feat by level 5 ish.
In any case, play the character the way you enjoy it, things will work out.
(See also: my consistently terrible dice rolls whether in person or via the forums RNG. I had a level 20 core rogue in a homebrew game with a + 50 to stealth after all bonuses. I still rarely rolled over 10 on dice checks)

Having played a Dwarven core rogue all the way up to level 20 in a game I can feel your pain.
I'm also a fan of dagger wielding skulkers, but until your GM allows the Unchained version, you're in for a rough time.
My advice is as follows:

1. One Dagger or Two Weapon Fighting?

I used two short swords for the slightly higher damage versus daggers. In retrospect, a rapier is better because of the crit range, but use the weapon that you feel best suits your playstyle and idea of what your character should do. If you go two weapon, you must be prepared to not use it when you absolutely need to hit, because that -2 can be a crusher.

2. What exactly does the Bomber Rogue Talent do?

Well handled by others.

3. What kind of armor would you propose for a Rogue?

Well handled by others but look into the "shadow" enchantment when you upgrade to magical armor for a +5 (or more) to stealth.

4. What would you propose for Feats to make the Rogue more mobile in Combat?

For you, first step is either use your first Rogue Talent to pick up "Finesse Rogue" that will let you use your Dex bonus to hit with a one hand or light weapon. The Rogue Talent "Weapon Training" is also good as it gives you Weapon Focus for a +1 to hit, and should be high up on your "to do" list. Max out your Acrobatics skill so you can tumble around without taking attacks of opportunity, The "Dodge" feat is good for a +1 to AC, and you can use the next Feat "Mobility" to get an AC bonus versus those same AOO's due to movement. But as others said, the rest of the chain to Spring Attack may not be worth it.
You'll never be the biggest damage dealer in the party, but you can at least help out if you can get into flanking position, and throw a few extra dice from sneak attack.
