So I cant seem to find any rules for electricity spells and how water alters them If any?
Our Druid wanted to use Call Lightning on a Chull while every one in the party was near it in 4 feet of water. The DM said it would probably act like a fireball for the area of effect.
Anyway no one can find rules covering this. Any one have an Idea or a page number?
