The Hypercorps 2099 Kickstarter funded an ambitious project to take the Pathfinder RPG rule set boldly into the future, from sturdy castles and royal rulers to towering skyscrapers and powerful hypercorporate CEOs. Core team designers and writers Savannah Broadway, Luis Loza, Michael McCarthy, and Mike Myler crafted a template of rules not unlike Mythic Adventures (see free preview PDFs here: http://paizo.com/store/byCompany/l/legendaryGames/pfrpg/hypecorps2099) by distinctly modifying many of the basic tenets of the system to make a truly unique Pathfinder RPG experience. What troubles did the core team encounter while developing Hypercorps 2099? How did such a niche Kickstarter project attain funding? When did the idea to convert the Pathfinder RPG to a cyberpunk and superheroic setting begin and why? Where is Hypercorps 2099 going now that the beginning of the line is out there?
It turns out that while I, Savannah, Luis, and Michael will be unable to attend this event, we've found some operators that can stand in for us -- we're sure that Override, LANrefn1, Lucky Mack, and Corruption will do an amazing job with the seminar!
(to clarify so Paizo staff doesn't freak out: not only will we be there, we'll be in costume)
Thank you to everyone that attended the panel! Unfortunately Know Direction's recording device ran out of power before the seminar ended, but if they put any part of it up I will be sure to hyperlink it here. :)
