This news did cause me to pledge what I can afford. I don't mind having to pay a slightly higher cost later. I pooled my money with my mother as otherwise we would have been able to only afford two vampire level pledges. We still spent 203 dollars between the vampire level and the extras we wanted. This allows me to pledge on my own and make additional purchases after I pay my rent at the end of the month.
So I am quite please by this option and the ability to do it as rent is bit more important than my hobby.

Ok, so who's up for designing a dungeon that uses the basic set up of the Stretch Goal graveyard?
Starts off in a graveyard, moves into a Crypt/Mausoleum, heads underground into tunnels with a dragon, treasure, traps, mummies, then into an underground river that transports players to long forgotten ruins, probably containing some ancient and forgotten power, then the power gets stolen and taken through one of 4 doors, and the door the players go through opens up into Charon's Realm on the plane of Abbadon.

And... we have the golems!
Didn't put up the next stretch yet, though...Edit: Now we have it. Ouch. 440k is quite a distance to go in mere 23 hours...
We may scrape it in but I doubt we'll hit any other stretches beyond that one.
They need to increase the moneys on stretch targets expeditionally, not only to cover the Many Many bidders on the latest one but also to cover the increased set sizes beyond where they thought it could be done at the target number of backers at that time.
That said, I wish the target was 2.74 and not 2.84 and then have a kickarse 3m target.
In any case I've been keen about getting 20 ppl on to this, posted on several gaming forums to get it out as well. I've got 2 friends in on it out of those 20-ish.

You know, from 10 PM Alaska Time last night to 10 PM Alaska Time tonight, they've made about $700,000. I'm hoping they can get another $300,000 by the end tomorrow. Would just make me all kinds of giddy inside. It really is amazing how much support the gaming industry is willing to provide.
Imagine, if all these gamers could be focused into just a couple of systems. I think the TTRPGs would be doing a lot better than they are right now.

I'm now in for $550.
I'm taking one for the team (gaming group) and just going to buy bloody everything. Wont have to shop for a mini ever again. That said, I don't own any NOW so never had to do it in the past either :P

Its not the 3m mark that worries me... they apparently have 6 familar pieces to unveil... and they come after the 3m is reached. 7 hours left. We can do 130k - not sure what the next stretch will be but it will be a stretch.
The rate they're going, we should beat Double Fine at 3.3 million. Given the comments in the latest updates about additional goals without warning for the rest of the day, I suspect what Reaper have been doing is pushing up their goal amounts higher than they need, with several goals held back for the final rush in the next few hours.

I suspect that the big Kickstarter/Amazon problems in the last half hour might have messed everything up. The amount still seems to be edging up as things flow through the system, so who knows? If it gets high enough they may throw something in at the end.
