And then, without her defensive illusions ever being useful, Chessie (as she like to be called) is too distracted screaming with rage to see that next spell coming at all. She collapses as she is struck repeatedly with chunks of ice and other blunt objects.
She leaves behind her wand of mirror image, a magical stone knife, and a string of pearls that have no useful magic power but are always unpleasantly cold to the touch.
Chessie Reflex: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (1) + 15 = 16
Redirecting Ogthup towards a redcap.
The redcap who fled comes charging back, skidding on the ice. "I ain't afraid of you!" he says in a trembling voice, "I didn't run away! You tricked me!"
It's unclear what this means, but regardless he runs up to the closest Pathfinder, which is still Dennis who had advanced the farthest onto the ice. Dennis jabs him as he approaches, and the wound hisses as the cold iron burns him. He attempts to return the favor. Unsuccessfully.

"Yeah, gotta bring you holier-then-thou types down to our level!" Though he actually sweeps at Ogthup first, knocking her entirely off of her feet and sending her briefly airborne before she crashes down. He then slices at the angel just as viciously, before attempting to stomp on the frost goblin. It's too much at once, though, and he misses wildly.

A critical failure against Green, but a critical hit against Blue which is more then enough to drop him. The 19 would hit Green with his Frightened penalty, if he didn't also have cover.
...but Dennis finishes him off.

With the winter witch and her minions defeated, the Pathfinders can uneventfully complete the survey maps they originally set out to create, relying on their new ally’s familiarity with the land. Upon returning to Venture-Captain Bjersig, when they turn over Osip’s notes, he ecstatically exchanges them for a set of three Pathfinder Chronicles: one regarding the district of Whitethrone known as the Howlings; one regarding mirror men, a type of construct employed by witches who rule Irrisen; and one regarding various winter-themed patrons of witches.
Zharchovsk continues as a free town under Semyon’s semi-official authority, although the village has to deal with constant attacks from rogue fey, ambitious witches, and hungry trolls. Bjersig still hopes to someday revisit Irrisen, but this becomes a project for the future.

Dennis cheers when the last one falls. Naturally, the lad mocks him, "Oh! Sorry, did you lose your cap? Ha ha!" After Argoni provides healing, Dennis says, "Gee thanks! You're better at that than me." He feels much better.
When everyone departs, Dennis hugs Zhamie. "Hope to see you again on another exciting Pathfinder adventure. Thanks for the Mishka poppet!" Turning to Oskar, "Oh oh! Can I get a free ticket? To your play? I wanna see it!" And with that, Dennis makes his way back to the Grand Lodge in Absalom.

Oskar takes copious notes about the witch's death, even noting the pitch of her final screams and then writes feverishly through the night. In the morning he is tired but looks very satisfied as he pronounces the opera complete. "Of course you all must come to the opening! We will all look dashing on the red carpet!" He gives out vouchers to everyone for ten percent discounts on tickets and urges the Rooshyans to make the trip south for the show. "You'll be famous! And wait till you try the beet soup in Absalom! It's to die for!"

Argoni stays in Zharchovsk for a while, working on alchemical creations for the tow. Meanwhile, he also tries to perfect the vodka the Russians love. He proudly delivers each of his creations to Semyon and his men.
