The people involved are too distracted to notice Madam, or even if they do notice Madam at the very least they don't care, Madam can't be 100% which one of the two statements is true. A couple of drunk guys are giving some commoners some trouble. They are drunk, it seems to be a dispute. The drunk guys are accusing the commoners of stealing a couple of silvers from them. The commoners are insistent they did not steal the drunk guys money. The drunk guys are throwing punches at the commoners, the commoners are dodging and blocking but certainly they aren't fighting back. There are a total of five drunks and 4 commoners. Four adult human males and one human female as drunks, and three of the adult males have daggers, the rest are unarmed. The commoners consist of 2 adult men(one half-elf), 1 adult females and one teenage female most of them humans. What do you do? If you are doing to fight them and you do any lethal damage you do will receive less experience. If they take lethal damage indirectly, for example one drunk stabs another because you cast a spell to make them attack each other you do not receive less experience.

Shi Xin Wang |

So shocked by Myron's return to life, ordering him to deal with the ruckus outside, Shi Xin Wang does as he is told without a word. He steps outside to find a rowdy bunch of folk.
"Hey! You should be picking on someone your own size!" Shi Xin Wang rolls up his sleeves to expose both his golden tattoos: dragon on the left arm and lion on the right arm.
Sadly, I do not have the Quick Coerce feat, so I must do it the fist way.

DoubleGold |

They turn towards you Shi Xin Wang at least for a second and go back to what they were doing. Make an intimidate check. Or something else for them to take you seriously. Though if you make an attack, it won't be a surprise round, it will be init. Also the drunks will still bother the others if you attack without making the check first. If you make the check first, you can start combat without the commoners being in your way. Others still get to do something if they want like diplomacy or casting something like friends spell unless you attack.

The drunks leave, however 2 of them stay. These two caused the others to help with the fight, they are the leaders. You may do lethal damage to these two without losing out on experience as long as you explain what happened afterward, or you can do non-lethal damage and not have to roll diplomacy afterward.

All heroes are up You are anywhere from melee distance and up to a maximum of 15 feet away starting out if you are standing far back. Shi Xin Wang is in melee with both. Nobody is in flanking position unless you take a move action to position yourself and it will only take 1 move action. Theater of the mind here.

Madam Scootch is a bit disoriented with everything that's happening. She wonders "Shouldn't there be guards here? Taking care of this shouldn't be the job of the performers." She pulls out the sap she has on her and moves in, flanking with Xin Wang.
So, I have a sap. I'll use it. Flanking with Xin Wang for that saucy off-guard. So, Stride, Strike x2. Notice that the sap has a -4 MAP instead of -5

From the top of the booth, Cara gathers a small ball of fire and tosses it at one of the raging drunks. But instead of hitting him directly, she is detonating it over his head to hit him with the shock. Her second blast detonates too early.

He reaches behind his back with his left hand and slips it into a triple-bladed claw.

Madam drops the guy. The map in my header is not for this game, it is for 8-07 PFS 1.
With that, you are outside of the tent, you can investigate the nearby wagons, nearby cages, concession booths, and look for foot friends. You can also see if other things were tampered with before looking for foot prints.
