By the way Abaal is acting, you guess that he is under the effect of Dominate Person spell. A Protection from Evil will allow him to attempt the saving throw again, while a Break Enchantment or maybe Dispel Magic could work. Suppress Charms and Compulsions can suppress its effect as long as the caster concentrate on it.

Abaal goes into a defensive posture and move slowly through the pool. Thanks to Ashwell's hasting effect, the daemon's claw narrowly missed Abaal. But the black goos does slow him down. Standard action Total Defense, single move. Haste cancel out Slow.
The purple daemon flies down and let out a cloud of corpse-bloated, biting black flies that catch everyone except Abaal. The cloud of flies lingers, hungery for food the green square is the cloud of flies.

When did that happen? I don't see any reference to it between him downing the cure serious wounds potion (above) and here. Did it happen before the potion?
Also, light seems to work in this chamber (as folks have light on their magical weapons)? If so, Abaal activates the wayfinder hanging off him, and would have leapt to the opposite bank to escape (you know, the whole spoiler above). He can't really offer much of a total defense with 1 hp, and a two-handed weapon when he's holding a stone in one hand. Beyond that, he's obviously a 'leaper' not a 'walker'.

You healed yourself and go check on the stone, and got dominated. The daemon that hides in the corner spend the surprise round and his action in the first round 1 round summon another daemon, since it beat you guys in initiative and stealth. The summoned daemon act immediately, cast Harm, move up and touch you, and pass the SR.
Any flame—whether open, contained in a lantern, and even continuous flame—sputters in this room, causing it to emit only dim light within its normal bright light radius. The ebon goo also automatically counters any light spell or supernatural effect cast or used within this chamber, causing that light to sputter and end if it is already in effect.
No, your light spell will not work.
If Abaal didn't take the Total Defense action, he would have been downed by the AoO and killed by the breath. Assuming by "opposite shore" you mean the shore with Pathfinder instead of the shore with daemons, let's see if Abaal can standing long jump to the shore, 15ft standing long jump = DC 30.
Acrobatic: 1d20 + 12 + 5 + 3 - 2 ⇒ (13) + 12 + 5 + 3 - 2 = 31
Made it, that's 15ft movment, still have 60-15=45ft left, enough to run into the previous range. The daemon's shot will missed due to cover then. Much better course of action, and it make sense for him to leave the dungeon from the way he came instead of through the unknown. Thanks for pointing that out.

Unfortunately no. You occupies the 0~5ft square, 5ft reach is 5~10ft squares. With reach you hit 10~15ft square. They're hovering at 15~20ft altitude.
And Elby, are you sure you want to AoO Abaal? He would've fall unconscious with 1 HP in the upper right of Ashwell and be within the range of daemon's breath weapon and lingering flies.

Kali managed to withstand the stone's domination effect while Zaigan knocks the stone off Abaal's hand. The evil cloud within swirls and turns.
Wisdom as well as warning appears in Zaigan's head. The stone can and will try to dominate nearby (10ft) non-good humanoid to do its bidding which does not require physical contact, while good creature (except Zaigan who has the power to destory it) will take Constitution damage when touching the stone.
To destory the stone, Zaigan need to staying in physical contact with it for 3 rounds while reciting words of power (probably standard action). If this ritual is interrupted, it need to start over again.

We got less than 2 weeks left so I will move us forward
The summoned daemon saw his summoner getting himself killed (dead dead, not summoned-creature-wink-out-of-existence dead), and decided that it's a terrible idea to keep working for a now dead body. "So much just for a stone? Fool." the daemon commented before teleporting away.
The rest of the Pathfinders tackle Abaal while Zaigan grab the stone and proclaims: "By the strength of radiant purity, I invoke the might to unmake this shroud of malevolence. With steadfast heart and unwavering resolve, I decree your dissolution. Let the void within you disperse, as these words of power unravel your existence. In the name of virtue, let darkness be no more, and may this relic of evil find its end."
The stone's inky blackness, once an ever-churning tempest beneath its surface, becomes still, as if frozen in time. A prominent, jagged crack begins to form on the stone's surface, from which a faint, ethereal light seeps forth. And Abaal comes back to his sense, realizing that he's somehow being pinned down on the ground.
