Before I post, just want to get clarity on the smoke as it ‘lies’ between Daedin and the worm…

With this worm being gargantuan in size, has the smoke risen high enough to block LOS from Daedin’s current position?

I’m assuming it has but didn’t know if any part of its body might’ve risen above the smoke…

ETA: I’ll also await Inga’s post to see if she wants to cast Greater Invisibility on Daedin…

At this point I would say yes, the smoke has progressed enough to be twenty feet in height, blocking Daedin’s view.

I didn’t see this coming either, Grunjar; giant worms aren’t known to be particularly smart, so I’m assuming it was either nearly dead ran away or this Jathyl creature is controlling it. Too bad I couldn’t get a full attack in last round, think I could’ve dropped it then…

I don’t think we have to worry about it coming up underneath us by surprise though; it caused a lot of commotion before when it appeared so I’d assume it’ll do the same unless it comes up by the same hole it created before….

It's only DC25 to hear a burrowing creature underneath you, so there's a good chance someone will hear it.

Huh. I meant to transform Klaus after running over there to help knock down the wall. Any chance of doing the transform on the second round, after they run over there before the ice storm is cast?

In that case, Inga would be on the other side while Klaus is caught in the ice storm. He could then move over and be transformed, taking Inga's second round actions.

Thank you, he would be taking minimal damage from the spell. I believe the hail is magical, so the bludgeoning does still do half. He doesn't have cold resistance from anything, correct?

No cold resistance. Strangely, he's not considered undead. Looks like incorporeal would give half damage from a magic, corporeal source.

Blessing of fervor might be a choice once the smoke clears for targeting, if you want to get Drusilla up first.

If it was, it was in error (of formatting) - sorry. I checked again if I used the fly spell in this scenario: I didn't.

I will post my action a bit later when I know if Daedin made his save or not.

Why didn't I memorize calm spirit?!
Wait... Ah yes, I have a scroll with that spell. But even if it affects her (=she fails her will save), we must not attack or the effect of the spell will be broken immediately. But we could talk to her (and buff and heal) during that one minute.
How shall we proceed?

DC would be better for Inga as it increases with her level...

"If no caster level is specified, the caster level is equal to the creature's Hit Dice. The saving throw (if any) against a spell-like ability is 10 + the level of the spell the ability resembles or duplicates + the creature's Charisma modifier."

Edit 2: the above is for monsters I think, so Inga would use her spiritualist level as caster level...

I don’t think plastic vanes are readily available as they were a more modern innovation so I’d imagine with feathers…and why do I suddenly think that’s gonna be a bad thing for Daedin…

Jathyl's wand looks a bit like a branch. Would it be possible that it is part of the pillar/tree?

If yes, well, Skivven is going to search below the trapdoor, but it might be a good idea that someone (who can fly) checks out the pillar again, too. Maybe Estara?

The previous turn was a standard to extended vanish, then a 60ft move to the trapdoor. This turn was opening the door and moving 60ft through the tunnel. Combat started after inspecting it for traps but before opening.

If Daedin delays after Grunjar, he can get a bit of luck on his full attack (after a 5 ft step).
