The ogre isn't sickened by the smell, but takes some minor splash damage.

The jackal shifts its hypnotic gaze from Beggar So to Kzem. Beggar So needs to make a DC 24 Will save or forgets all hostile actions the jackal has taken against him. I see from your spoiler this won't be a problem since you're focusing on the ogre anyway, and the jackal's about to visibly attack, anyway, so this is kind of moot.

The jackal bites at Kzem, and the hypnotic eye seems to swirl.

Peering behind the folding screens, the heroes can see a pile of furs on the ground of the eastern part of the dais, while the western screen hides a small cache of bloody clothes. A hero who examines this pile finds the torn and bloodstained Sarenite garments, sized for a human, a halfling, and a dwarf.

Among their clothing the heroes can find a pair of moderate healing potions, an oil of mending, and 73.1 gp.

Grimmylow rummages through the pile of furs and finds a copper medallion, etched with a stylized sun, its rays shaped like the spokes of a wagon wheel. It tends to glint brightly when exposed to sunlight, and when Grimmylow picks it up, he can feel it give off a pleasant warmth, like a room heated by a burning rug. The room also fills with an agreeable smoky scent, as if someone threw a block of sandalwood onto a burning rug.

This is the sun wheel, which is your keepsake for the Adventure and will show up on your Chronicle sheet.

The heroes can leave the Scar and return to Otari. The area of nightmare terrain outside the dungeon doesn’t affect the heroes as they travel away from it, and the rest of the journey likewise passes uneventfully.

"In your weird face!" Grimmylow taunts the jackal as it is dispatched, jumping up and down at their victory.

He quickly grows more somber, however, looking around at his companions. "Praise Sarenrae for providing us this victory," he intones before moving around to check on the worst of everyone's wounds.

He grows even more somber as they find the remains of his fellow priests and falls to his knees to pray, commending his fallen brethren to Sarenrae.

"...and you see how tough that jackal thing was so you know they had a hard fight..." can be overheard as part of his prayers.

He rummages through the piles, finding an item of personal significance to each person then burns what's left.

But a wistful look comes to his face as he sees the Sun Wheel.

He quickly explains its significance to the others then clutches it to his breast.

"We must return this to the church!" he says, his tone suggesting that they will obviously know what church he is talking about.

Vandy is overjoyed and relieved to see them. She bounces excitedly on her toes when the heroes show her the sun wheel. While she asks about the heroes’ adventures (and nods solemnly if they relay the fate of Thida Aubade and the other Sarenite cohorts), she also appears a little distracted by the magic item, eager to examine its function and to attempt to recreate it.

She returns the sun wheel to the heroes after a few days, explaining, “You certainly earned it, after all.

Vandy reverse-engineered the sun wheel, so she is now in posession of the formula to Craft more.

With the defeat of Mwibah and the cult of Lamashtu, Otari is safe from a threat it probably didn’t even know existed. The heroes can take a well-earned rest. Soon, word spreads of their deeds throughout the town, and they’re hailed, once more, as heroes.

That's the official end to this Adventure. Feel free to describe how your character rests, or retires, or just says goodbye and disappears.
