CORE Murder on the Throaty Mermaid (Inactive)

While on a routine mission to escort a dignitary to the mysterious Mordant Spire aboard a disreputable smuggler's ship, the PCs find themselves embroiled in a murder mystery that could jeopardize the Pathfinder Society's relationship with the isolationist elves who call the citadel home. Can the cunning Pathfinders discover who among the ship's crew of scum and villains is responsible for the crime in time to clear their own names? This murder mystery upon the open sea features a mechanic allowing for a different killer each time it's run to ensure that no amount of word of mouth will spoil the investigation for any team of canny players.

This is core; it will not be first come first seated. I will be looking for a balanced party, and trying to exclude characters that would trivialize a murder mystery at this level.

I'm also going to cap at 5 players, as this is a season 2.

I'm Eastern US time, but I'm a narcoleptic, so time zones aren't really a big deal.

Mordana Dune: Sorcerer Level 1. This is only her 2nd adventure, so she is still new, but she likes to boost others.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have a UWiz/2 with a lot of Knowledge skills and a sufficient variety of spells that he can vary his load depending on the situation.

Level two fighter with a focus on grappling. Very few skills because… fighter. Click him for the profile.

My preference would be to play Zim Alula, newly minted level 3 cleric of Abadar. She's a little snooty and annoyed by swimming because she's bad as it. Not so much on the skills, but good for healing.

Also have Kuikka, a level 1 Paladin of Erastil. Good at charging into things. Not good at noticing the dangers before she does so.

My last group was supposed to explore this tower or Spire or something, but we got into the caves of the thing and fold only goblins. Then the group lost interest. We left after looking around the first level. Now, I got no job. Need somethin' to do. Money is burning away. Plus I am bored."

This is Kimlo, my dwarf fighter 2. He is not terribly skilled, but really tries hard.

He has some stuff he needs to get up and running. He needs to sell his scale mail and buy a breast plate and potion of CLW.

High tier, I also have Farlen Mizzul, my 5th level (need to update) wizard. Farlen is a Chelaxian farm boy made mage from the Westcrown suburbs.
