Earlier, after the succubus fight:
Agata heals Theodoric with his wand and casts Extended Heroism on Zaarah (340 minutes duration from the end of that fight).

"Alie, please take that thar wand if'n ye've a hankering fer it, but if ye've better things t'do, know that Junior here can always carry it fer ya." (I will certainly defer to Alie if she wants to take the wand of enervation, but it could also likely be a good option for Sweet Mawd, freeing up Alie to use her (I'm sure) more powerful spells).

Now, during the Vines fight:

GM, as mentioned when we first encountered the strange smell, Agata activated her Aura of Purity hex, which I think should negate the effect of the pollen cloud for everyone within 10' of Agata?

Also, GM, it looks like Flint killed Blue, but it still attacked?

Assuming that Alie was ok with Sweet Mawd taking the wand of enervation - if not she will use a Staff of Minor Arcana to cast a CL 8 magic missile

Finally, with the creature's defenses hopefully hobbled by a double dose of enervation, Agata wiggles her eyebrows maliciously at it.

Retribution Hex - DC 27 Will save; 9 rounds duration if fails. "Immediately after the hexed creature deals damage in melee, it takes half that damage (round down). This damage bypasses any resistances, immunities, or damage reduction the creature possesses."

Then Agata backs up in hopes of keeping her friends within her sweet smelling aura.

While Agata resists the spores and effectively hexes the remaining viper vine, Alie and Theodric succumb and walk next to it...as they look delicious, the viper vine tries to take a bite outta both...

The poor little azata scurries about ministering to the wounded. Go ahead and roll your own healing and let me know if I should mark charges off of my wands (either CLW for 1d8+1 or Infernal Healing for 10 hp)

Agata is fine with camping for the night if that's what people want to do, though I'll note that she's hardly begun to use her daily resources so I'm fine to push on if we want to. If/when we do spend the night, Agata is probably going to change a few of her spell choices for the next day.

Marta magics herself with a Cure Serious Wounds: 3d8 + 14 ⇒ (5, 8, 1) + 14 = 28 Which pretty much does the trick, leaving her with a single unhealed scratch. She joins Flint in the search for previous victims.

Marta also switches out her amulet of mighty fists for the lesser talismans since she is going to be assuming the role of defensive wall for a while.

@Agata - We are stopping because our characters have been travelling and climbing a mountain and volcano all day long. Typically parties are only able to travel 8 hours per day without risking exhaustion and we have a fair bit of overland travel yet to do I imagine.

"Agata, you don't have a place for us to rest for the night? You know a magical hut, a house or a pocket dimension?"

"I have a scroll for this but it will not last nearly long enough."

Flint turns around as everyone is jumping to use magic to heal up.

"With bruises like that a couple of bandages and salves and a good night rest would have done the trick. Well, maybe next time."

"I had to patch up a few friends like that in the Mana Wastes. It was good times."

Alright I arranged a guard duty roster based on the different spell recovery needs of the party as well as having at least one martially capable person on each shift of four hours. Arcane casters will have 8 hours of scheduled uninterrupted rest and the divine casters can take the middle shift and then pray for spells in the early morning before going back to bed.

We should probably leave a couple of hours after this for spell preparations, breakfast and other miscellaneous individual tasks that the characters need to do. So say we start at around noon tomorrow.

I am going to assume that we are going to sleep in the pavillion tent that Theodric brought with him unless someone suggests otherwise.

Flint begins the day with a mix of martial arts, meditation and light reading. After adjusting his equipment and a hardy brunch the dwarf inquires if the rest of the party is ready to continue on with the adventure. The dwarf has already shielded himself against the elements the previous evening at the sight of the lava pools (Endure Elements) so he is unaffected (so far) from the rising temperatures.

Theodric passes his lesser extend rod to Alie in case she still has that beautiful heroism spell today, and begs Agata to keep his wand of cure light wounds, not only for his future needs but those of herself or her tiny friend.

He fixes breakfast for everyone, sampling the camp stew several times but leaving the pot of mixed brown and sticky rice alone until the very end. "There everyone. This should be ready. The venison jerky looks plump now and has seemingly been breathed new life by the broth's juices... come and get it!"

As the heroes fill up on rice and stew, he begins to wash half a dozen crispy red apples, then proceeds to cut them in slices on an old dark wood cutting board with a razor-sharp dagger.

While extremely well-disciplined and polite Flint does have a dry sense of humour and enjoys the friendly back and forth with Theodric.

"Protection from Evil may be a prudent precaution once we reach their strong-hold. However it may not be a practical solution if we are travelling cross-country for hours at a time. Also if memory serves it would have not been effective against those plant creatures. So avoid flowers in this place if you can."

Flint says with a smirk.

I think the chances of running into another intoxicating plant is fairly low so Theodric should be alright in that regard. :)

"Why yes. How did you know?" replies Theodric, immediately suspicious of the long-lived dwarf making a mention of his mother.

Theodric's enlarge person had run out before we met the plant monsters so his AC was back to 38; however due to travel at the time I wasn't able to change back my tags in time so some of the strikes may not have come through. I hate to retcon so I don't want to change back; just letting you know the header is fixed now. Also Theo has some bonuses against poison, if that qualifies as such (just fyi in the future; I think it's in the header tags now)

Marta observes the banter but does not participate. She also engages in morning exercises and kata's, though her style is heavily modified and barely resembles any known kata, often slipping from one style (dragon) to another (panther) and then to something unique which incorporates her spear. As always, her movements are precise and each run through the dance looks almost identical to the previous one, even down to the orbits of her ioun stones. At teh end she seems a bit winded and sweaty, but pleasantly so.

Marta does not bother with an endure elements unless the temperature starts rising above 105 F.

After her exercises she dries off and slips on her equipment, including her robe and monocle and many necklaces. Apparently, in spite of the danger, she must trust you all enough to have stripped herself of much of her gear.

Although the trail is clear, the twisted vegetation on its edges regenerates at an alarming rate, threatening to overtake the roadway in the near future. Once in view of the lake, and noting the heat rising, he silently thanks Desna for having purchased the purple Tian silk banner sticking out of his back. Decorated with three stylized orchid flowers, the banner kept him cool or warm at all times, in order to keep him comfortable and focused on the fight at hand.

Flint's previous enchantment helps to protects him from the heat (Endure Elements). The dwarf spends a moment to renew some of his magic as it expires during his journey.

Heightened Awareness and Barkskin are renewed.

Flint calls for a brief halt as he examines the vegetation around them and he looks for tracks to see whom might have passed. Flint looks to the regenerating plant-life to see if it is a hazard or unnatural.

"We can bypass the lake quite easily. Keep alert."

All checks include the planar penalty already.

K-Nature 23 on a take 10 for the plant life (32 if it is a creature).
Generally it is DC 20 to determine if the feature is unnatural.

Survival of 33 to know if the regenerating plant life is a hazard and how best to bypass it.

With the temperature changing, Alie starts handing out charges from her wand of endure elements to everyone who needs it.

Marta casts an extended heroism on herself, assuming the worst when they get within 10 minutes of the lake. She also casts a non-extended corruption resistance (chaos) and heightened awareness spell and has someone cast ablative barrier from the wand.

If Flint takes us around the lake, forget all that.

Agata changes a few of her prepared spells and casts several buffs as the group breaks camp (i.e. a couple of hours ago - GM, I've noticed that you've put us in initiative while I've been posting but I'm avoiding reading that post until I get my start of the day buffs posted.)
