Diazepane's accusing finger remains firmly aimed in the same spot where you last saw the snake lady. Perhaps she was shaking off his cold.
Kal'Ryon is kind enough to warm her up.
Refl: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (10) + 14 = 24

Though Taariik knows generally where she is, he isn't able to hit her with his sword and it bounces off the statue she's clinging too instead of biting into her flesh.

The snake lady's voice seems to come from thin air. "Go back to the entrance of this complex and guard it from my reinforcements."
Most of the group are probably not inclined to listen but Diazepane...

Izlin enchants his blade and hurls it in the space pointed out by the alchemist. He relies on the arcane power previously vested to strike the target true.
Dagger {Heartseeker and things}: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (9) + 15 = 24
Damage: 1d4 + 11 ⇒ (3) + 11 = 14
Damage {Frigid Touch}: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 5, 3, 4) = 14 Target is STAGGERED for 1 round, no save.
CL vs SR: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (13) + 8 = 21
The wording on Heartseeker (and conversations on the Paizo boards) say that it mitigates the miss chance for concealed and/or invisible targets as long as the correct square is targeted.

Rallas fires an arrow at where he thinks the lamia is.
if this is a no gp, i'll hold the attack until i can see her. i'm aiming at where Izlin tossed his dagger. will roll a miss chance though
attack: 1d20 + 14 - 4 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 14 - 4 + 1 = 202d8 + 1 ⇒ (3, 6) + 1 = 10
miss? low bad: 1d100 ⇒ 10

Izlin's dagger strikes true but the magic he invested in it fails to go off.
Rallas' attack thunders against the statue but not the lamia.
I'm interpreting the mirror images as not affecting anything since you won't miss because of accidentally targeting them while she's invisible.

Taariik's blade knocks another chip out of the statue but no flesh out of their opponent.
I'm going to assume Diazepane IS affected by the mirror images, since he can see her and isn't using True Seeing.

Kal'Ryon's first strike does nothing more than further deface the statue. But his second strikes true.
Rallas takes a chance and scores a hit, too.
And Rallas gets her wish. She shows herself and she slides down off the statue, her coils slowly loosening from around it until she falls the last few feet with a thud.
For better or worse, she's with her goddess now.

Finally...that was frustrating to say the least... the elf says, putting his bow away. he checks to make sure the lamia is dead, then scans the room for anything interesting.

Rallas finds a sliding door in the rear of the dais that opens into a small cavity. Stored here are valuables used in services, plus some Thassilonian antiques Miakovna (the Snake Woman) has taken in tribute.
Included are a silk altar cloth with runic embroidering in platinum thread worth 50 gp, four heavy silver candlesticks worth 100 gp total, an abacus with counters made from Thassilonian coins worth 150 gp, a set of ancient stone tablets chiseled with Thassilonian runes worth 250 gp, a golden icon shaped as a footlong peacock feather quill worth 400 gp and a sheaf of what seem to be sermons and homilies to Lissala.
Additionally, a gilded coffer contains Miakovna’s correspondence with other Lissalan cults; cursory reading reveals that a number of Thassilonian artifacts tithed to the cult by the Aspis Consortium have been sent forth to other shrines throughout Varisia, including undisclosed locations in Kaer Maga, Magnimar, Palin’s Cove, and Riddleport. While the fact that relics like these have been stolen from the Pathfinder Society in the first place is unfortunate, much more disturbing are the number of individuals Miakovna has been in contact with, and the implications. The Well of Tainted Virtue was not a lone cult; the church of Lissala is an active, living religion hidden throughout Varisia.

She does, indeed, but nothing interesting (beyond being available on the chronicle sheet.) Since this was the last encounter, no need to list it.

With the tower secured, Diazepane will take some sunsights to determine its location on Golarion.
I don't know if we need to establish that, but I don't think we ever did, we just popped out of a portal and started killing things.

A few moments pass before Kal returns back to his normal size, and catches his breath from the fight. "She was a tougher snake than I expected..."
Unsure the danger is completely passed, Kal sticks close to Diazepane as he inspects the objects, notes, and aspis relics.
"This seems pretty deep, huh? I wonder how the snakes are even capable of this type of thing"
