As per the Organized Play Foundation Community Standards, each player must decide if they will allow their characters to be damaged by friendly fire (usually via splash damage). I need to remind everyone that damaging a PC who doesn't give consent will generate infamy.

I've put Mrs. Crinkle in the middle for marching order, because she is an old lady who likes to let the young 'uns go first so they don't step on her heels too much. She doesn't actually care where she is in line and isn't going to fight it if the group decides it would be better for her to be elsewhere.
