Borag Vegla Bravda of the Blue Veil and Calnasse's Husband. He has Ogre blood and is the head strongman of the Carnivalle.
Calnasse Vegla The Vernda of the troupe and Borag's wife. A strong Half-Orc nearly as strong as Borag. She occasionally wrestles with Borag. Borag and Calnasse have two very large hounds (Grunta and Bred) that are extremely protective.

Mother Salvensa Matriarch of the troupe and fortune teller. Mentors many of the troupe interested in the ways of Jinxx and Kizmya. Able to cast healing magic.
Kray the Blade Skilled with Sword, knife and bow he is a formidable fighter and mentors those interested in honing these skills. Has green complexion, but his race and background are not common knowledge in the troupe.
Brayan the Blind Wind Small slender aging half-elf with a long top-knot and bluish skin. Bryan is blind, but this does not seem to hamper his skills as a martial artist. He mentors members interested in learning his style of fighting that are also disciplined enough to learn it.
Selvra, Tranoov,and Meega Selvra is a druid who serves as Beast-master for the troupe. Tranoov is a Manticore. Meega is an Owlbear. Both follow Selvra's commands out of devotion rather than any form of training. Selvra is Abyssal Blood-Touched has golden hair and greenish skin. She mentors those in the ways of Verdaus the Forestlord.
Greyson and Grelda Greyson is a human married to Grelda a half-elf. Both are skilled bards. They mentor those interested in learning instruments or performances.
Vestia and Skizzig Vestia is a Fey-Touched red-haired Sorceress and her partner is Skizzig a Wizard that suffered bad burns as a youth. They put on magic shows and mentor those in the troupe interested in learning the arcane.
Mavea, Elnass, and Saevra Fey-touched sisters that are spelldancers. Their show is among the most popular at the Carnivalle. They mentor spelldancers specifically
Sunessy and Frenne are a pair of old spinsters that are cooks without rival.
Leena and Stoof Drungan A dwarven couple with Twisted-bones disease. These two manage the wagers for the various contests and games, and are also responsible for brewing and pouring alcohol.
Tevren Ziss, Fresasha Firehair, and the Great Clasby Tevren is of Orc and Elvish blood and uniquely handsome. Fresasha is Sundestian and Half-Elf with a nearly unnoticeable Draconic Blood-Touch. The Great Clasby is a human with abyssal blood-touch. They are in charge of the games at the Carnivalle, and handle most finances for the troupe.
Columbina and Zani Two jesters of the carnivalle that never break character.
Anton Cleric for the troupe. Disciplined and well groomed, always wears a turban. Devoted to Jinxx and Kizmya, but also tends the mobile shrines to many gods and honors them as well. Mentors those interested in the ways of a cleric.
Old Strem "Grandfather" of the troupe. Half-Elf and Blood Touched by the Havenal, he is a great story teller.
Hantz and Fendi A gnomish couple that are crafters and built and maintain the wagons and much of the physical structures that make up the Carnivalle.
Dren and Calva Stelle Human couple that are capable blacksmiths and woodworkers. They also collect entry fees for the Carnivalle.
Hero Points:
You get one hero point per proficiency bonus. One spent they can only be replenished once you reach next level. These can be used to do something "heroic". Examples are :Jump a chasm that is a bit farther than you normally could, Roll a 20 on a skill or attack, do max damage, holding up a falling gate you normally could not, automatically succeeding on a save, causing one attack to miss your character.
