Yan Tovis |
See you tomorrow!
When he's all alone Yan stops and shakes his head. [b]Oh, I forgot to respond to Sendoski about his book.[b] He shrugs.
Pirate GM |
The night passes. Oorgatch's dreams are a bit bothered, he dreams of Jaul still stalking the nearby highlands, but the dream is quickly subsumed by a purple mouse turning into a river of rainbows and washing over everything.
You're able to complete your shoppings and savings without trouble.
What next?
Scarred One |
"How about we head to that other secret entrance?" asks Scarred One
Marked with the red arrow
Yan Tovis |
In the morning Yan visits the shops around town and tries to prepare as best he can for a swarm and possible swimming with sharks.
He purchases:
Dragon Turtle Scale
Mod Frost Vial
Mod Alch Fire
Mod Alch Fire
Lesser Healing
WhileWHile he's packing in his room a little bit of the alchemist fire dribbles out of the jar and sizzles along the spine of Sendoski's book. Yan hastily splashes water on it and then shoves the book into the desk drawer. I'll tell SSendoski I forgot it today. It's for his own good. Otherwise, he might be distracted while we're adventuring all day, and we all need to focus.
Yan agrees with Scarred One.
Pirate GM |
Heading back down to Jaul's platform you could head north into the blue hall that you've been warned to keep your eyes shut, or you could hop off and head south past the wall of mushrooms.
Yan Tovis |
Yan looks South past the mushrooms. Should we check out that way first? Oh, I keep getting distracted on the way to our goal.
Scarred One |
"Yeah let us go and check that." says Scarred One and turns after Yan towards the wall of mushrooms.
Pirate GM |
It's a 10 foot drop off the platform down into the water that is cold and not particularly pleasant.
Pulling yourself the first narrow windy passageway heads up before reaching a tunnel blocked with rubble. Some excavation might reveal what is beyond.
In the meantime heading the other way takes you by the bottom of the pipe with the fungus covered dead otyugh.
No magic resonates at either location and the dead fungus covered otyugh remains dead for now.
Heading further south you find a 3ft deep pond with a low rocky isle that rises less than a foot above the surrounding water here, its surface covered with a fine layer of pale green mushrooms and mold.
A human skeleton dressed in rotten leather armor and clutching a rapier lies in a heap at the center of the isle.
From the skeleton a ghostly form manifests See slide 7 "Beware the eyes of Empty Death!" as the ghostly figure backs in fright as a pair of lightly glowing blue flicker wisps appear and head in your direction.
