The party carefully makes its way across the garden, darting from bush to bush. At one moment, it seems like the gnome tripped and snapped a large branch... a party goer on the balcony looked over the garden confused as the party held its breath... but she quickly became bored and returned to her conversation.
As everyone arrives at the door, Ver'Yanion opens the door a sliver after searching it.
What likely used to be a side chapel is now in use as a staging area for the gala. Magnificent stained-glass windows and vaulted ceilings look down on the racks of platters, dishes, wine bottles, and glasses stacked neatly on long wooden tables.
This area is a hive of activity. The doors to the garden and to the servants’ passage aren’t seeing much use but the double doors to the south gallery are constantly opening and closing as platters of hors d’oeuvres and other gala necessities are shuttled through to the garden or ballroom.

The gnome leans on the wall and once Ver'Yanion closes the door he whispers to his companions, "Ok, that was close. I'll try to be more careful. Although I did have a plan, start telling jokes and claim I am part of the entertainment & out here rehearsing.
He pauses and addresses the elf directly Ver'Yanion, what did you see, which way do we go now?"

![]() |

"Looks like a staging area of the food service. I think we might be able to grab something to make it look like we are servers."
Ver'Yanion peeks again to see if the servers are wearing specific regalia, and to see if there are any spares in the room.
"It is possible there are replacement tunics, in case things get spilled. I am checking."

GM.Kashka |

Ver'Yanion believes he saw enough options for food and wine trays to get a disguise bonus but would suffer a stealth malus. requires a sleight of hand check to steal the platters
There did not appear to be uniforms or coats in the room.

![]() |

"Ok, looks like you'll need quick hands to grab a tray, but it can be done. There are two doors on the western wall. The north side has double-doors, probably service doors. The south is a single door, but is away from the ballroom.
"I think we should go to the doors away from the action. I'll grab a tray and move that way. Can always stash it, or feed the pig."
Ver'Yanion will move in, grabbing a tray while moving to the southern door.

"Think we could still use the idea of putting/hiding Urk on a platter, under a lid?" Ringo asks quietly, expecting a glare from Lugrok. "No? He's a better sneak right now anyway..."
Ringo tries to memorize a few of the servants for future use of the disguise scroll as he quickly make his way through the room, trying to keep out of sight.

Lugrok goes to glare at Ringo, but actually thinks better of it. The thought does make sense, albeit lifting said pig is one thing, carrying him on a platter so he doesnt move around is another.
Watches as the elf grabs up a platter of food and moves to the southern doors. Attempting to keep himself out of sight and mind, he nonchalantly moves that direction as well, just heeding his own business.

Ver'Yanion succeeds in casually walking through with a platter while the party sneaks through.. until ringo accidently trips one of the servants who barely manages to hang on to their platter. after a glare and a quick scolding, he manages to talk his way out of trouble and get out super quickly.
Giving a bonus to his roll based on the party extra preparation nmeasures.
Ver'Yanion sneaks through the door, and closes it behind Ringo as he finally escapes.
This narrow hallway grants access to the servants’ quarters. The two ends of the hallway connect to the western edge of the south gallery and to the staging area, respectively. The hallway is deserted as all hands are on deck for the gala.

![]() |

Lugrok looks at the doors along the way, simply noting they are there. He points along the hallway, whispering.
"I take it this way to where we need to be, or do we have much further to travel in here, knowing we could be seen at any moment?"
He looks down at Urk, petting the boars head and then handing him a treat of toughened jerky from his pouch.

Ver'Yanion holds his finger in front of his lips, indicating Lugrok should remain quiet.
He then moves up and checks the first door, listening for anything.

Lugrok digs thru the clothing, looking for stuff his size. He looks at the others, and shrugs.
"I can wear clothing, but looking like a servant is not a strength of mine. Someone have some idea on best way to wear it?"
He looks down at Urk, smiling.
"You just keep sneaking along, my friend. You are a good boy."
He scritches Urks head.

Wrofyx looks around the room.
"Lugrok since you and Urk drank the elixirs of hiding I think you guys should just continue to sneak around, you are doing pretty good at it. As for the rest of us, let's see what we have here"
The gnome looks over the clothing and starts handing them out to group.
"Good choice Ringo. Gronak this one for you. Ver this should fit. Now does anyone see anything in an extra small? Ah here's one"

The furniture in this luxurious sitting room is covered by drop-cloths, and buckets of paint sit against walls where erotic murals are in the process of being replaced by a neutral institutional taupe.
