Hey Grumgaki, what about an Android made of 'Liquid Glass'?

About 36 hours remaining, and I'm counting between interest and completed applications up to 12--

Anyone who had dotted for interest has some more time past tomorrow to finish, but if you've already shown interest and have changed your mind or would rather wait and apply to be a council member in one of the Kingdoms let me know so we don't wait for a submission that isn't coming.

That would be (a) awesome and (b) a position of high honor in the kingdom. What would your class idea be for it?

Presenting the Order of the Righteous Trinity, a mercenary band turned holy order of the Church of the Three, lead by the newest Dean of the organization, Adweard Holte!

Order of the Righteous Trinity:

1. Kingdom Name (does not have to be Kingdom- can be Duchy/Baronetcy/Principality, ect- however you want to style it).
The Order of the Righteous Trinity arose how many organizations affiliated with the Church of the Three do, through war. 47 years ago, a neighboring duke (now subjugated by the Order) hired a wandering band of mercenaries, all sworn to the service of the Church of the Three, to conquer a neighboring kingdom of Aldea in a desperate attempt to win a war he was embroiled in.

The mercenaries, then known as the Brotherhood of the Righteous Trinity, were a ferocious bunch, and though the fighting was brutal they won the day. The duke’s forces were barely half of their own, and made up of conscripts who could barely hold a spear. The Brotherhood realized that this brought little glory to the Three, and chose instead to keep the kingdom for themselves.

The first years were turbulent, but power was centralized with a council of elected milita commanders and a Dean selected by the Council of Commanders, based out of the Basilica of the Trinity’s Glory a large, opulent, and highly fortified cathedral near Aldenmark, the former capital of Aldea.

Under the rule of the first Dean, a warpriest named Ellran Tenmare, the Order expanded their borders, including bringing the duchy that had initially hired them under their dominion. Since then, they’ve maintained their status as a mercenary organization, sending their armies to fight for the highest bidder.
2. King/Ruler Name, Race, Intended Class, and alignment
Dean Adweard Holte, Human, Slayer or Inquisitor, CG
3. Racial Makeup of Kingdom (in %'s) and which of those races have noble families in the Kingdom
75% are human, 10% are hill dwarves, 5% are mongrel elves, and the remaining 10% are gnomes and other elven and dwarven subraces
The old Aldean nobility was mostly human, but the Order has done their best to reduce the influence of the nobility. The Church of the Three is heavily meritocratic, and the entrenched power of the nobility, especially those who do nothing but coast off generations-old wealth, flies in the face of their doctrine. Status in the Order is most often gained by martial skill, mercantile acumen, or political savvy rather than right of blood. As such, the veterans of the first conquest of Aldea hold substantial sway in the kingdom.

4. Kingdom Alignment (both general population and the ruling elite if there is a mismatch)
The kingdom is almost universally chaotic, though remnants of the much more regimented and lawful Aldean nation remain.

Most civilians tend towards chaotic good, as a result of the widespread worship of Jarrett. The Order takes a light touch in governance, and so their alignments differ more widely. Most members of the Order’s ranks are chaotic good or chaotic neutral, with a shunned few chaotic evil devotees of Drexiesh.
6. How You Came To Power: This should be relatively recently and covered in about one paragraph (did you beloved father just die? Did you execute a coup? Were you chosen at a Witten?)
Selected as the commander of the region of Holtesburgh for his role as an unexpected leader during a bandit raid, Adweard never expected to take the position of Dean. He became a close confidante of the previous Dean and the successor to the legendary Ellran Tenmare, a plains elven cavalier named Azitaccio Encanditore. They fought together on many occasions and struck up a powerful rapport. The Mourning Bell rang thrice for the death of a Dean on a cold, clear morning in early spring. Azitaccio was dead, slain in a border conflict between two southern lords.

His last testament was a glowing endorsement of Adweard’s skill and potential, and a strong recommendation that the Council of Commanders appoint him Dean.

The vote was tight, but a week later Adweard was confirmed as the newest Dean of the Order of the Righteous Trinity in an elaborate ceremony where he donned the ceremonial implements of office, a breastplate, a spear, and a crown forged from the sword of the last king of Aldea.

7. Three Power Players in your Kingdom who will NOT be represented by player characters (A rival duke? A troublesome uncle/nephew? A banker? A respected lord?)- these don't need to be rivals, but they should have their own agenda that should not be in lockstep with your own, even if their goals overlap to varying degrees; cover each in about a paragraph (3 sentences perhaps)
Count Ceoldred: The eldest son of Aethmon, the last king of Aldea, Count Ceoldred is the rallying point that the dispossessed former nobility and the strongest claimant to the throne of the fallen nation. He’s a canny negotiator and a reasonably skilled combatant, but despite his potential as a member of the Order he has entirely avoided their hierarchy. While retaking the kingdom is a distant goal, Ceoldred will do what he can to make sure that at least it’s memory remains.
Mertenius Civayn: A veteran of the conquest, Mertenius Civayn was the most vocal opponent of Adweard’s elevation to Dean, in part due to being the other most obvious candidate. Though he’s one of the most senior commanders, his general abrasiveness and disdain for courtesy has made him few allies on the council. Despite that, he was a ferocious combatant and remains a brilliant strategist with martial talents that fully eclipse Adweard’s. Mertenius maintains that the role of Dean was selected not on merit, but on favoritism, and will stop at nothing to slander Adweard’s name.
Ygrunka: The Deans of the Order are protected by a wing of elite gargoyle bodyguards called the Threefold Wing, of which the hulking gargoyle Ygrunka is the commander. Thanks to the long lifespan of gargoyles, the Threefold Wing has guarded each Dean of the Order, making them valuable, if bellicose, advisors. Ygrunka in particular rallies for expanding the borders of the Order through military force.
8. What Does Your Character Want? Are you trying to regain a lost county? To avenge a slain family member? To find true love? This should be a personal goal for your King.
Adweard has three desires as Dean. The first is his most public desire, and that is to expand the power and glory of the Order. He follows Jarrett most highly of the Three, and his main political goal is to remold the Order’s philosophy to align with Jarrett’s teachings more closely. Rather than prolonging conflict, Adweard wants to take the fight to the wicked, to protect the weak, and fight not for war’s own sake, but for righteousness and justice. His most personal goal stems from deeply rooted insecurity. He wants to prove himself as a ruler, to show all his naysayers that his appointment was the best decision possible.
9. What Does Your KINGDOM Want? A goal that is a desire in the Kingdom at large- or at least a substantial subset of it
The Order is fiercely zealous in their desire to enhance the power and prestige of the Church of the Three. The common folk of the kingdom follow this credo to varying degrees based on faith, but most full members of the Order are entirely committed to this cause.

10. What is the traditional "elite" unit of your kingdom? Viking Reavers? Mounted Knights? Dwarven Sappers? What's the Order/unit/THING that young noblemen aspire to earn glory and join when they grow up.
The elites of the Order are known as the Knights Trinitarum, composed almost entirely of inquisitors and warpriests, though there are a few slayers, rangers, and barbarians as well. Every remaining veteran of the first conquest is a member of their number, and those others that have been inducted to their ranks have seen more conflict than many soldiers will see in a lifetime. Most focus on the art of the spear, able to decimate the traditional cavalry of many of the kingdoms of the Fair Lands. Combat is not the only requirement for admittance, as members must exemplify all the virtues of the Church of the Three, showing skill in business and politics as well. They are the scions of the Order, and every neophyte dreams of gaining the esteemed title of Knight Trinitarium.

That's the problem, I don't have any idea. I prefer melee, so maybe I'll look at it if my king/country doesn't get accepted. Oh and after Oxnard set's the character build rules...

Spelleater Bloodrager? It is melee with fast healing and swift actions heals. That’s the closest I could think of to having android build. Oddly enough, it works even with Cha as a dump stat. As you still get spell slots for healing, but can only use them for that.

Though oozemorph is a really creative take on it too. Just wish the archetype was more mechanically sound

Oxnard for what it's worth, Merissa was the original queen. Alosrin is the rewrite/update to the throne. I liked the place and flow of her, so I kept her and just built upon it to make it work.

I really like the bloodrager class, I've been thinking about putting together a arcane bloodrager, I'll have to see how it synergizes with the Spelleater archetype.

Also since Android gets a bump to dex I was looking at different range builds. Not sure it's smart to start planning a character if I don't get in the 'king/country' recruitment, don't want to jinx myself :)

Oxnard probably won't let me have my own kingdom and play a character in yours...

1. Kingdom Name: Lavethia
2. King/Ruler: Marcus Valerius Janus, CG Human Fighter
3. Racial Makeup of Kingdom: 90%-95% Human. The kingdom isn't quite xenophobic and other races pass through it's cities for trade, but there are very few permanent non-human residents of Lavethia (mostly foreign ambassadors).
4. Kingdom Alignment: Ostensibly LG though there's a darker side to law enforcement that is arguably evil, so overall LN.
6. How You Came To Power: Gaius Tiberius Janus, Marcus's father, died and Marcus inherited the throne. Per tradition, Gaius's consul Titus Varius Janus promptly chose a successor from among Marcus's cousins.
7. Three Power Players in your Kingdom who will NOT be represented by player characters:
i) Severus Aetius Janus - LE Brother and Consul to Marcus Valerius. If the King is the "good cop," the Consul is the "bad cop." He is responsible for and wholly dedicated to the security of the kingdom by any means necessary. Personal Quote: "It is better to ask forgiveness than permission, yes, but if no one knows what you've done, you need neither." Though, really, that's the philosophy of most of his predecessors as well. Shadowkeepers answer directly to the Consul.
ii) Atia Galla Scaeva - LN Headmistress of the Athenaeum Arcanum, Lavethia's academy of arcane magic. She is severe, manipulative, and a very powerful arcanist (enchantress) who seeks knowledge and power for their own sake.
iii) Faustus Jovianus - The LE head of a wealthy merchant family. Actively using his resources to push for war which he believes is more profitable than peace. Dabbles in necromancy which is frowned upon but not illegal. Faustus exercises his considerable influence to pressure people into contracts giving him the rights to their bodies after death. Much of the Jovianus family's fortune was built on the backs of these corpses.
8. What Does Your Character Want? To protect his kingdom and its citizens from threats both foreign and domestic. And, a little selfishly, to fight some great battle/war for his people.
9. What Does Your KINGDOM Want? Peace and stability (though there is some disagreement about how exactly that should be achieved).
10. What is the traditional "elite" unit of your kingdom? As duality is the order of the day, there are two. Young heroes aspire to knightly glory in the Order of the Lantern while less savory characters might be recruited into the Shadowkeepers.

Also of note:
Gaius Aelianus Janus (deceased) - LG (Paladin) Founder/First King, Younger Brother of Servius Avitus
Servius Avitus Janus (deceased?) - LE (Wizard/Rogue) Founder/First Consul, Elder Brother of Gaius Aelianus

oh i meant to ask...

is there a non-evil deity with the sun domain (as that's where the light subdomain is)?

was the elite unit supposed to be a base class or an organization (potentially with a prestige class option)? because i was imagining the latter.

Gloomblade fighter, but narrate it as being part of your body? Shifter in general might actually work well there. Just spit-ballin'

Androids and oozemorphs:
Arcane Bloodline and Spelleater to quite well together. Arcane bloodline gives you free spells when you bloodrage. Spelleater let’s you turn your spell slots into healing. I think that the +2 Dex is actually pretty good for melee. For example...

Str: 16 (20 rage) Dex: 16 Con: 14 (18 rage) Int: 14 Wis: 12 Cha: 5

That’s max Dex with a breastplate, with plenty of hitting power. You never get any spells, but the spell slots stay as swift action heals. And when you bloodrage, the bloodline gives you spells like blur and haste. It’s the “unkillable warmachine” that fixes itself and keeps coming back.

——

Alternatively? Something quite strange, but it works.
Race: Skinwalker (no specific heritage, gains Darkvision in bestial form)
Class: Mutated Defender Vigilante
Social Guise- Normal Human
Vigilante Guise - Living Warmachine

Lvl 2: Morphic Weaponry (Ex): The vigilante can shape his body into weaponry. This acts as the oozemorph shifter’s morphic weaponry ability, treating the vigilante’s level as his shifter level. The vigilante must have the shapechanger subtype to select this talent.

“ An oozemorph can create a number of natural weapons to fight with from any portion of her body, regardless of her current form. At 1st level, as a move action, an oozemorph can form two primary natural attacks that each deal 1d6 points of bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing damage, chosen by the oozemorph when she forms them. An oozemorph can change the damage type of any number of her natural weapons as a swift action. An oozemorph gains one additional primary natural attack at 6th level and another at 15th level”

So you have someone who can pass as human. But turns into a living weapon whose body shifts into weapons. All without the huge drawbacks of an oozemorph!

I tried to get all the important information down for you. I understand that there are gaps and such but I think we can fill this out if I am selected.

There are plenty of nobles in the kingdom but those individuals and houses are competing with the mercenary units and individuals for the same influence.

Kingdom Alignment:

LN for the general public
NG to LG for the ruling elite

How you came to power:

376 years removed from the present day....
Amaris il Elgante was of an large and noble family that can be dated back to the beginnings of the Old empire. He was not happy with life as it were...rich and powerful but yet at the bottom of the noble food chain as it were. He turned away from his noble roots to seek adventure as a warrior for hire. Amaris was very good at and so good that in a short amount of time he amassed a following of liked minded individuals. This was all well and good for there was always need of good fighters for all sorts of conflicts. When word reached him of an opportunity to fight in the far off lands of the Fair lands, Amaris could not resist. After agreeing to a condotta and amassing his troops, they set sail. The plan was a straight forward one attack the outlying areas to push the peasants into the main city and wait them out. No need to waste lives on an all out assault. They have the city blocked in by the mountains and an army on the ground bottling up your troops inside the city walls. His naval assets kept the port closed down. The rebellion army had not a chance to start their rebellion.

This of course led to Amaris' grab at power...per his contract he was entitled to an and all spoils of war. Amaris claimed all the objectives as his spoils of war. Thus the city of Encewell that tried to rebel and create its own kingdom became the seat of mercenary power in the Fair Lands for almost four centuries...The Freehold was created.
Present Day
So how does this bring us to Malatesta il Elgante one might ask?
The Captain General position was one that was won by combat of arms. The current Captain General could be challenged for leadership by just about anyone. The challenger had to have the backing of the individual Mercenary Lords or their challenge, successful or not, would end quickly and brutally.
Malatesta like many others had allied his mercenary company with that of ArgentLupe. Their leader, Corwin was a sharp tongue devil who promised a lot of things and this worried Malatesta. The benefits were promising but all could be wiped out in an instant. The gamble was that it was time to remove the mercenaries' dependency on the nobleman of the region for their livelihoods. The nobles looked down on anyone that was not of noble blood. The mercenaries, at least the ones that were good, got rich off of those same nobles that spat at them. Months of planning was about to pay off when Malatesta got word from his family in the Old Empire. This was a disaster. Corwin had betrayed the mercenaries and Freehold. He had struck a deal to give himself title and lands in exchange, he gave up all of those that are not happy with the current role. Malatesta thought that two could play at this game and set out to save the mercenaries and their home. Corwin and the nobles were under the impression that they knew where the mercenaries would be and when. The adjustments were quick and effective. With the knowledge of where the nobles would strike and the centuries worth of fighting experience that was the mercenaries of Freehold brought a quick end to the trap. The attacks were so effective that Malatesta was even able to grab more territories than before. The ship yards of North Corcombe and the Aviaries of Terstash added a great deal of power and influence to Freehold. When word got out about Corwin's failed plan, he was able to flee before justice caught up to him. ArgentLupe disbanded in disgrace with many of the members joining other mercenary groups. Malatesta was force to challenge an empty seat for the title of Captain General. The nobles disastrous attempt to put the mercenaries in their place had a rippling affect that has not calmed and will not for years to come. Freehold has been able to expand its boarders to grab key resources, thus strengthening their hold on the region. With such a large territory up for grabs, the Mercenary Lords have come together to call this new territory the Amaris Kingdom.

Three Power Players:

Corwin Silvertongue wants revenge for his sudden and public fall from grace.
2.Lord Archelaos Lamotta. Lord Lamotta would like things to return to the times before the great expansion. A time where those of noble blood were looked up to and praised.
3.Adalwif Goretti is a long time associate and friend of Malatesta. She would like to see more of the Arcane arts involved in the fledgling Kingdom. The martial aspects of the mercenaries is fine and all but lacks civility.

Character's goals:

Malatesta wants to see a united land that respects the accomplishments of the individual instead of the empty promises made by a name.

Kingdom's goals:

The kingdom would like to see the unity that it's leader wishes but they really want stability. War generates profits but they wish it not to be on their doorsteps.

Elite units:

The kingdom has so many different mercenary units that it is hard to put one up above the others.
but to name a few
Halfling Calvary of Mag Mor: Light Calvary
Vatavian Shields: A unit of tower shield specialists.
House of the Golden Arrow: Long bow specialists.
Clanne Prechain: A Celtic group based on speed and hitting fast.
Tir Thalor: an Even group that hits behind the lines and disappears. A mix of the Elven races and half eves.
The aerial riders of the Terstash: unit dedicated to aerial combat and such
The Varghus Northmen: Norse Vikings
Heavy Calvary of Blackstone Mountain Confederation: Heavy warhorse specialist
Iron Lance Phalanx: Spear and shield men
Dalkaar: Orc heavy hitters...with some Orogs.

I would also seriously consider a 'liquid glass android' Brawler with the living weapon and Mutagen Mauler Archetypes

I almost wonder if the ectoplasmatist archetype could be reflavored to liquid glass. I'm certain a kineticist could also fit with it.

With all these ideas, perhaps your recruitment could be all Liquid Glass androids and a noble.

1. Kingdom Name The Celestial Kingdom of Tharbenia, named after the first King.
2. King God King Handeribald III, LG Aasimar Solar mystery Oracle, also High Priest of the church of Pacifa.
3. Racial Makeup of Kingdom (in %'s) 18-20% Aasimar 70-72% Human, 3% Halfling, 3% Dwarf, 2% Elf, 2% Other. Most of the Aasimar are part of the nobility, with the rate of Aasimar births increasing your standing. The Royal family is almost 100% Aasimar. Aasimar among the common folk hide their heritage in fear of being labelled bastards and suffering the consequences (mainly consisting of local nobles that could be framed as/are their fathers eliminating them).
4. Kingdom Alignment Rulers: LN (Divided between goodly folk inspired by celestial ideals and highly corrupt power grabbers), Populace: N (they have to endure, strong principles get in the way)
6. How You Came To Power Mother died under somewhat curious circumstances.
7. Three Power Players in your Kingdom who will NOT be represented by player characters

Holderan:
LG Human Jinyiwei Investigator. Twin brother and close ally of the new king. Where the king refuses to see the corruption among the nobles and the suffering among the populace his brother does. Holderan has no official power because he's a "mere" human and the general public doesn't even know the king is part of a twin.

Lord Jolchis II of Keris:
LE Aasimar Noble/Cult Master Mesmerist. Minister to the King, Vieragon priest. Hated the previous queen as she got in the way of his own attempts to consolidate power, hopes new king is more malleable. Hates the "lesser races"(aka non Aasimars) with a passion. Family is a lost branch of the royal line that came into being when a human member of the line was born, who then proceeded to only have aasimar progeny. That happened several hundred years ago.

The Common Angel:
CG/N Aasimar Vigilante. Born a commoner, hides as human farmhand in social identity, plays up celestial heritage in vigilante identity. Protector of the common people, thorn in the side of the nobility. Vigilante identity is a tenuous ally of Holderan. Is convinced the King is a good man surrounded by evil and kept in the dark by the same evil which has been confirmed by Holderan.

8. What Does Your Character Want? To be a good, just and worthy King, to make his deceased mother proud. To protect his people and earn their love and adoration.
9. What Does Your KINGDOM Want? The commoner mostly just want to be left alone. The ruling elite outside the King's blissful bubble wants to consolidate and expand their own power structures, become rich and rule the kingdom from the shadows. Their current, short term goal is goading the King into declaring war on a small neighbour to annex the lands.
10. What is the traditional "elite" unit of your kingdom? Publicly it's the Divine Lancer Corpse, knights riding Celestial horses. Yet these are mostly recruited from the noble families that share the King's belief in the goodness of the kingdom. Currently led by Lord Untherinar V, cousin of the King.
Just as strong are the King's Talons, spies and assassins who these days are only the King's people in name. Currently led by The Harpy, Lord Jolchis' sister.
Additional note The church of Jarrett is outlawed. Officially because he despises beings like angels and the such, which the Kingdom holds in high regard. Unofficially because they got in the way of some powerful nobles.

Oh yeah, I never got an answer about a good or non-evil deity with the Light subdomain (which is in the Sun domain which seems backwards...)

I'm looking through everything I have, and it seems as though this has never come up before!

Obviously, a sect of the Church of Zailor could be Lawful Neutral and worship the Sun God in his less sinister aspect. (Mechanically, the "core" Zailor Church probably take the Thirst subdomain actually.)

Pacifa would be appropriate for the Light (And Revelation) Domains-- a sect worshipping the God of Prophecy as the "Lightbringer" as it were.

There were fewer domains and no subdomains when I first wrote the deities, so that's something I will have to consider and work on fleshing out as I run more games in the setting.

11 submitted Kingdoms with a little time to spare still till the deadline!

Plastic Dragon confirmed he is not submitting, so 3 of these 11 will be selected-

Thank you again to everyone for submitting, and I hope those of you whose Kingdoms I don't select join us as players in the other Kingdoms!

Going to take me a few days to go through them all and make the decision.

Something to look forward to! And even if not chosen will certainly be applying to someone’s kingdom.

Yeah, gotta agree with Grumbaki, even if my country isn't selected there are several interesting ideas worthy of joining :)

Good luck everyone.

So- I think that my plan is to have the Kings draft their Kingdom players-- that is, to apply rather than a full work up character, you submit three shorter ( 1-2 paragraph) pitches, then the Kings will pick in a snake draft format on which characters they want to add to their councils.

Very exciting!

Curious, will the 'kings' be selecting their players before any character builds, or select the players based on a character idea, or on a fully realized character? I only ask because Vedui Bardór is xenophobic, so I would not be able to select a human without the "Elf Touched" Feat... hhmmm, hopefully I didn't write myself out of the running...

It would be selecting based on a short description of character idea- brief back story, role on council, race/class/alignment-- but everyone would be able to submit three separate short character concept/pitches since the Kingdoms are all so different.

Very cool. I like the format, both from the king/citizen point of view.

I had that same worry considering I have the only non-good kingdom, but I love the tiered character recruitment that Oxnard plans on running

Excited to see the results!

Ok, so thinking it over, reading the descriptions, and trying to find a balance that will generate three very different Kingdoms that will result in a dynamic campaign, I've decided on the following Three Kings:

*Dean Adweard Holte of the Order of the Righteous Trinity (Simeon)

*God King Handeribald III of The Celestial Kingdom of Tharbenia (Cuan)

*Addanc the Ruthless of the Vault of Heaven (Captain Generica)

Will take me a bit to get the character creation information together as we move forward into the "draft".

I'm also still working the Kingdom Building rules- and as I go with those I depart further and further from the originals towards something simpler, but more representative- I'll finish them up before we get too far.

Next step is to pin these three Kingdoms into place on the Fair Lands-- for they are only three of the Thirteen Kingdoms total that currently make up the Fair Lands!

Updated Map

So if Simeon, Cuan, and Captain Generica can respond here confirming accepting the King position and putting your choices from the numbered regions (1-13) on the map!

I'll do high roll to determine draft order:
Simeon: 1d100 ⇒ 77
Cuan: 1d100 ⇒ 47
Captain Generica: 1d100 ⇒ 79

So Captain Generica gets "first pick" for location, then Cuan, then Simeon.

Looking at the map- the black line indicate the current borders between Kingdoms, while the purple/lavender lines are representative for subdivisions within your Kingdoms- only one of which will be your capital where you have direct control.

Congrats! Look forward to applying for one of three excellent kingdoms

Congratulations! Looking forward to seeing the recruitment.

I do accept the position of King.

As far as location goes, I'm mostly looking at one that has a smaller neighbour to fit what I mentioned with less friendly voices pushing for war against a smaller neighbour.
So my shortlist would be 2, 10 and 12 but I'll wait till my turn to make a final decision.

Oh my! It sounds so pompous to say I accept a position as king, but I guess I'll have to get used to being that pompous as a LE tyrant!

I think I'll take position 9, it lends itself to being a nation that might be somewhat warlike, and looking for expansion!

...

I too am looking forward to the recruitment! As well as learning what the build rules for our kings will be!

If you glance at the rolls up above, I obviously mis-spoke (typed) on the order- it should be CPT Generica, then Simeon, then Cuan- sorry for that.

We will lock Captain Generica's Vault of Heaven in as Kingdom 9 and wait for Simeon's answer before asigning Cuon's Kingdom location.

Also- if you click through the link Updated Map & Rules you will see that I am also currently posting the updated Kingdom Builder rules into that same document as I go with the revision.

I do appreciate any comments you have on them, though disclaimer, I'm obviously not all the way through typing them currently- this has ended up straying MUCH further from the "classic" Kingdom builder rules than I originally anticipated, but I think it's turning out to be an interesting system in its own right!

I humbly accept my appointment as Dean, and look forward to endlessly butting heads with Addanc the Ruthless!

My preference would probably be 12, 2, or 13.

You pick before me, as Oxnard corrected. So go ahead.

I will tentatively assume he meant 12 as first pick.

In which case I'd opt for 2.

Yep, I meant that 12 was my preference.

Got them locked in!

I'm working on the character building allowances, the Kingdom Building rules (you can see what I have on those in that link), and slowly moving towards being able to post the recruitment--

right now, the thoughts I have are-

25 points point buy

Races:
(Any)- Elves, Dwarves, Halflings, Humans, Gnomes, Half-Elf, Half-Orc, Quarterlings

Tharbenia only- Aasimar (all variants)

Order of the Righteous Trinity only- War Orcs, Kobolds (these races both have "roots"/connection to the Old Empire where the Order originally came from before becoming a nation) (Also, both War Orcs and Kobolds are tweaked races- with appropriate non-terrible Stat modifiers)

The Vault of Heaven only- Tieflings (standard and Hellspawn variants only), Dhamphir, and Fetchlings

Just a preview as I'm still setting things up here.

Congrats to the three monarchs! For convenience's sake, here are links to each kingdom's submission:

Oxnard, how would you feel about using Discord in some capacity for the game? Something with as much complexity as this might benefit from it.
