You saw:
Rufus looks back to the others and mouths, "get ready." He then kicks the grate open and drops down.
">Cough!< Man! That's the worst carna-spore contamination I've seen in a long time! You do not want to see what they can do to flesh once they mature! Your commander was smart to call in a specialist! >Cough!< Now, the blockage is especially bad right past here, so bad it's gotten into those panels." He points to the far wall, trying to get the stormtroopers to look away from the vent. "Come on, let's pull these panels out before the carna-spores mature. Otherwise, this whole station is going to be fungus-chow."
Then it sounded like a few of the stormtroopers went to do as he said.
That is all you can see/hear,

yeah, I got that from Rufus' post and your resonce. I was talking about when you said:You saw:

Kol's plan takes placeWhat I didn't fully understand was when Kol said
...Quickly glancing through the grate, he noted the stormtroopers locations then looked at the ventilation supports. He slid another meter forward, took his fusion cutter, and with a snap-hiss severed both support rods... (And if that doesn't do it he'll spin around severing the skin of the shaft from the inside to create a break.)
The plan is for the weight of the heroes to break the ventilation shaft here and for it to come down on one (hopefully both) stormtroopers.
I was hoping for an actual description of what happened. Did the vent collapse on top of the two stormtroopers, did Kol, Dreams and Lemm fall out of the vent on to the ground, Are we injured from the fall, are the stormtroopers injured. I'm asking what happened to Lemm in the vent after you said Kol's actions took place, so I can respond to it.
Quen Pah
The vent collapsed, as Kol intended.
From where you are at you really can't see or hear anhything other than that but it does not seem like people are crying out in pain,
Kol DyThrand
(My concept) From inside: You see an eye stabbing violet arc as it seemed to touch the vent shaft and move around it. Then you felt free fall for a moment as the severed end swung down, the stopped with a tooth-rattling crash to crush a trooper underneath. At a 45 deg. angle, all of the infiltrators (except the last) slide down and are spit out sprawling into the rooms light. Then the bent section at the top cracks free and also crashes directly onto a second trooper, pinning him flat.
This leaves the infiltrators (Kol and Dreamchaser?) prone on the floor, except for tail end charlie (LEM?) who is in the little bit of shaft still left looking down on everything from its broken end.
Dreamchaser Plainstalker
Feeling the sickening feeling of freefall, Dreams lets himself go somewhat limp.
WHAT IN THE BLOODY HELL DID YOU JUST DO!!
Upon the crash, and him popping out, he drifts back into muscle memory as he attempts to roll back to his feet.
acrobatics: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24
and instinctively his hand fell to the small of his back and he pulls out a small metal like tube which ignites with a deep gold glow.

So wyou were trying to crush some of the stormtroopers with teh grate?
I thought he was trying to drop the shaft and us on top of the stormtroopers. That's why I asked. Quen Pah, Is Lemm still in the broken shaft? Is he able to see any of the action or just the shaft angling to the floor?
Rufus Griller
When the whole vent comes crashing down and Dreams shouts, Rufus figures the gig is up.
"Oh no! The spores have gained sentience and learned the power of speech! Run for your lives!"
Deception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (11) + 7 = 18
He draws his blaster and prepares to shoot the door panel to shut the door leading out of this cell block.

It sounds like he fell down on the grate

I have no idea what that means. Where is the grate? Please give enough of a description of what happened to Lemm so I can play.
Quen Pah
From what Kol intended, which I was not clear of from his first post describing his action, he loosened the grate that LEM and Dreamchaser were on in the shaft. in an attempt to squish some stormtroopers. The cathar used his acrobatics to flip out of the way and to land and his feet.
I am not sure if that is enough informati0on, but that is what I get from the posts.
Kol DyThrand
Round 1
Kol leapt to his feet...
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (17) + 9 = 26
... fastdrew his blaster pistol and plugged the nearest stormtrooper.
Blaster Pistol point blank shot: 1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 4 + 1 = 13 for a possible 3d6 + 0 + 1 ⇒ (2, 5, 5) + 0 + 1 = 13 damage.
Quen Pah
Kol exepretly lands on his feet and shoots at the storm trooper hitting him with a direct hit, though the armor seems to take a bit of the damage.
Rufus' attack misses, almost as if he was a member of the Stormtrooper themselves while Dreamcaster hits, it does not seem to impact the stormtrooper armor.
Quen Pah
The stormtro2opers begin to fire back
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20 Kol
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4 Rufus
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3 Dreamcaster
Another stormtrooper walks over to the cages and begins to fire into the first one.
Dreamchaser, UTF check please
With typical stormtrooper Dreamchaster and Rufus are missed but one is lucky and shoots Kol
3d6 ⇒ (1, 4, 6) = 11
Kol DyThrand
Kol staggered, taking a good hit from the trooper.
He fired back at the trooper and then tried to roll into cover behind the fallen air vent shaft.
Blaster Pistol point blank shot: 1d20 + 4 + 1 - 1 ⇒ (3) + 4 + 1 - 1 = 7 for a possible 3d6 + 0 + 1 ⇒ (1, 2, 6) + 0 + 1 = 10 damage.
Dreamchaser Plainstalker
UTF: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12
Dreams charges for the trooper shooting into the cages.
charge attack: 1d20 + 2 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 + 1 + 2 = 7
BAB, STR, Charge
damage: 2d8 ⇒ (3, 7) = 10
Story of my life on these boards. Good damage, crappy to hit. Good to hit, crappy damage. but every now and again, I get good damage and a good to hit.
Quen Pah
The pain from being shot by the stormtrooper is a bit much for Kol. His aim goes high as he attempts to acrobatically take cover [I need an Acrobatics check if that is what you are intending]/
Dreamchaser charges at the Stromtrooper that has shot into the first cage but in his excitement and his connection to the Force indicating that something bad is taking place, he misses with his claw attack.
Quen Pah
The stormtroopers fire again
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 2 = 9 Kol
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3 Rufus
1d20 + 2 - 4 ⇒ (17) + 2 - 4 = 15 Dreamcaster
Even though he is scared, the stormtrooper being attacked by the cathar still hits
3d6 ⇒ (1, 3, 5) = 9
The other 2 miss.
Rufus Griller
Rufus turns his blaster toward the stormtroopers, shooting at the one that shot at him.
Ranged, point blank, find openings: 1d20 + 5 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 5 + 1 + 2 = 18
damage: 3d6 + 1 ⇒ (3, 5, 3) + 1 = 12
After his shot, Rufus moves behind anything that would give him cover.
Dodge remains against the one shooting at me
Find Openings Whenever you are missed by an attack, you gain a +2 morale bonus to your next attack roll before the end of your next turn.
Dreamchaser Plainstalker
Dreamchaser now concentrates on bringing the trooper in front of him down.
sabre attack: 1d20 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 2 + 2 = 17
BAB, STR
damage: 2d8 ⇒ (5, 4) = 9
Do I get an attack of opportunity for him firing while in melee?
Quen Pah
Kol is able to make an acrobatic manuever to hide behind cover as the stormtroopers blast goes wide.
Rufus is able to hit the stormtrooper whose return fire misses.
Dreamchaser is able to claw the trooper infront of him in retaliation for his shooting him. Dreamchaser sees an opening to attack the stormtrooper again.
Quen Pah
As the Cathar takes the opening that is provided with by the stormtrooper shooting at him, he is able to get a good blow in and take the stormtrooper out.
Please make a UTF check again.
Quen Pah
Seeing that one of their companions has gone down and that a lightsaber is ignited the remaining stormtroopers fire on the Cathar
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 = 21
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20
damage 1 3d6 ⇒ (5, 4, 1) = 10
damage 2 3d6 ⇒ (6, 3, 1) = 10
Party is up, Dream can attempt to deflect
Dreamchaser Plainstalker
Yes, First time for the use of the saber. and as I wrote in one of my posts, it was muscle memory that drew it out when the ducting fell.
UTF: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
deflect1: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 = 11
deflect2: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 2 = 15
As the storm trooper goes down in front of Dreams, his back was exposed for the remaining troops and he caught both shots.
He then takes cover by the cells and draws his pistol.
HP 8 / 37
I guess with them looking at me, they are not paying attention to the others.
