Shalissa swims through the bottom of the sea looking for pearls as in the Spire. After almost a half minute searching through with mixed results, she feels the lack of air and decides to swim up looking for oxygen.

"Agh!" holding against the boat and looking for a hand to go up the elf breathes very fast "That place is really difficult, the divers have a hard life here"

Gregor shakes his head firmly when asked to part with one of his axes. Fortunately Father Kerndrew had a sword he could part with.

it took some time to reach the reef. He looked at Davor as they readied to dive. He was wearing his mitheral chain shirt, which was light as a regular shirt, and had a dagger in his belt. Othewise nothing else was on him except a loincloth and a pair of gloves.

He dove and started looking around.

Shalissa found 1 more normal pearl, but at least she doesn't cut herself.

Gregor, Shalissa and Davor dive down and start looking for pearls. But Black Pearls are much harder to find.

Feeling her limited air supply dwindle down, Shalissa starts swiming up again when she notices another coral diver on the end of the coral bank.
The woman is looking for pearls herself, when she gets stuck with her foot between the sharp corals and seem to be crying out in pain.

Please move one action at a time now. Everybody else has not seen the woman yet.

Davor glances up to the surface to see if there are any other boats, then starts swimming after Shalissa. As he approaches he studies the woman for anything "wrong" with her appearance. Illusion? Does she have gills? Webbed hands?

Gregor and especially Davor catch up quickly, but are still to far away to do anything but wtach in horror, as the woman attacks Shalissa, Grabbing her with her arms and swiming away.

I'm not sure how many swimming actions Kerndrew has; I wasn't planning on having him swim so didn't pay much attention. He has a Con of 12 so 24 actions total; is the swim count of 1d4+4 for each move action? For each round? For the entire swim down?

The Kelpie keeps trying to get away with her prey, but Davors is slowly catching up to her.

Meanwhile Kerndrew is struggling wiht the unusual environment and is turned around by the unexpected violent currents.

Since The Kelpie can only Fail at a one, I just condensed three rolls into one. So to speed things up you can make 3 Swim Checks on your net post.

@ Davor the Swimm checks to catch up are full round actions, so no immediate Attack when you finally get with 5 ft. But as soon as you reach her the Kelpie cannot at the same time Grab Shalissa and Withdraw

@Kerndrew The 1d4+4 was only for the condensed move actions of getting down to the reef. By now we are just rolling checks to see how fast you can sim as everybody is basically moving at the same speed.
The critical Failure cost you an additional round of air supply so you have used 5 by now I believe.

Fighting for her live Shalissas manage to finally wrest herself free, and tries to escape to the surface.

Shalissas surprisingly succeeds in her first check to escape so we switch back to normal combat rounds.
Everybody makes one more swim check to see how much he catches up before the kelpie is forced to stop to get Shalissa again.

Before the Kelpie can get away again, Davor has reached her drawing hiw weapons ready for attack. Gregor is also almost upon her (1 normal move action is enough to reach her) Only Kerndrew is feeling to uncortable in this element without the protection of his armour.

The Kelpie turn towards Davor and attacks with her fists. When her left strike connects, Davor feels like he was hit by a stallion.

When Davors dagger connects he sees blueish blood drop out of the wound.
Gregor finally also manages to catch up, trying to attack the creature from the side. If you both make your swim Checks next round you will have flanking.

Shalissas spells fizzles while the missing air is burning in her lungs. You managed to free yourself in round one, so you have 2 more rounds of air left than you track, but swimming up is going to take at the very least 4 rounds and you might get lost in the Currents.
