GM during the voyage home Beckett would make use of the time to copy a single second level spell out of Barralbus' spellbook if that is ok.

Arcana: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (12) + 8 = 20

The DC is 18 for second level spells so I will copy Blur.

Earn Income: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (5) + 8 = 13

hat is fine, you can copy any that you want and that you can afford th cost to copy.

This is acting as Aid at DC 20. If legal, it's a crit success for +2 on your Craft check. Almost certainly not allowed, but worth a shot as a parting gift! :)

Am using Bargain Hunter, so this is not really earned income. I will buy tools at a discount per below.

Source Core Rulebook pg. 258
Prerequisites trained in Diplomacy

You can Earn Income (page 236) using Diplomacy, spending your days hunting for bargains and reselling at a profit. You can also spend time specifically sniffing out a great bargain on an item; this works as if you were using Earn Income with Diplomacy, except instead of gaining money, you purchase the item at a discount equal to the money you would have gained, gaining the item for free if your earned income equals or exceeds its cost. Finally, if you select Bargain Hunter during character creation at 1st level, you start play with an additional 2 gp.
