I am assuming the folks Gris scared are not pulling weapons on him correct? (if they would then I would fire upon them instead of what I will be doing)
Zellgato clicks his comms-on a wider spectrum uttering a single phrase "Starting covering fire for K" the click of the bolt clearing the spent dart propolsion round, easing in another as Zellgato fires upon another target near the frey. 1 is attacking Kai (that I sickened) and several are on Charles correct?. It sounds like there is not much distance between the two groups. I'd prioritize the closest one to Kai that I have not sickened yet

Charles is rather surprised at these guys' willingness to attack a three-headed monster... and even more surprised at their effectiveness. But while he's a bit bruised, they haven't really hurt him yet... and he suspects they're rather easier targets than he is. I assume there's no sign of them wearing armor? So it's full attack time...

Kai plinks at the boathook bro while desperately hoping that Nissa is okay and that Theo is on his way to bust some butt.

The folks near Gris were not expecting combat and weren't prepared for it. If they find something they can use as a weapon, they might change their mind. One of them has just fallen through the exterior of this fake device their climbing on.
The three, including the sickened one, were teamed up on Charles while Kai fired at them from behind cover.
These guys are wearing swim trunks and red shirts. Zellgato's second shot hits as well, but not the one he was aiming for. That was close.

These guys hunt genetically-engineered extinct creatures for sport. They have even purchased lions and tigers from Jungle Pet Labs, an establishment Charles once visited on a case. But, yeah, they're freaked out.
The sickened man with the boat hook whose tooth Charles knocked out avoids a paw but then catches another. He crumbles onto the deck.
I assume Kai switches to the next available target.
The other two look ready to attack again, but then something phwips through the air and one man looks like he's been stung. Kai shoots the other one.
The two Red Shirts realize they're being fired upon from two directions. They leap into the water.
The boss dude who intended to ride Big Blue One before Nissa stole it has already disappeared below deck.

“Let’s get you safely outta there. Tell me how I can help without risking damage to the Starfish.”
If there is a safe way to do so, Nissa attempts to gently lift Big Red off of the Starfish.
Pilot: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (10) + 10 = 20
Pilot: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (12) + 3 = 15
She sends an urgent text to Theo, just in case.
_
Uh… but you know how I killed all those guys with the Big Banana? I’m really scared I’m gonna mess up and kill this guy, or even worse, the innocents in the Starfish.
_
Are you free to swim down and, oh, I dunno… you got huge muscles, so maybe you can save the dudebro before his cracked mech floods with seawater? I think the Starfish is intact, but the innocent lives are the priority if it comes down to a choice.

Tarren the Dungeon Master |

At the very moment Theo gets the text from Nissa, a bear thunders by. There are indications that this is no ordinary bear. For one thing, he's running onto a yacht as if he has a mission. For another, he's carrying gear.
Charles and Kai see a bear appear on the deck on the yacht just as the mooks leap over the side.
There is one boss dude lurking below. You do not know how many others there are.

Charles Wilde |

Charles starts trotting towards the door (errr, hatch?) that leads belowdecks, smoothly changing back to his bipedal form as he does. "Come on! The..."
Then he sees the bear running up. He tenses for a moment before realizing it looks familiar.
"Wait... you're one of the ones that was working with us earlier, right?" he asks.

Kai Misipeka |

Kai yelps as the bear thunders onto the deck, frantically scrambling to get to higher ground, but Charles's reaction tempers that a little.
"Oh, hey. Good to see you again. But... how did you get here?"

Tarren the Dungeon Master |

The panicking young CEO thrashes about in his mecha trying to get it vertical again. As he does, he hits the Starfish. You don't see any cracks on the windows, but he can't keep doing that.
Frightened social influencers bounce against the glass windows of the Starfish.
Theo's getting a text from underwater ... (See above.)

Charles Wilde |

"We've got to go below. One of them ran back down there, and who knows what they could be up to? And if there's any kind of equipment related to the whole world-hopping thing, they probably wouldn't have it on deck."

Zellgato |

Zellgato Dials up Gristlethorn to put him on speaker phone, "Howdy. I'm also here-We've..sorta met. I've got some overwatch going. Need me to come in or keep watch?" Zellgato will also take this moment to top off his weapon

Kai Misipeka |

Kai looks alarmed at Charles's words. "We have to get to them as soon as possible then! If they are desperate who knows what they might do!"
The engineer moves to open the hatch that leads belowdecks.

Nissa, the Subatomic Bombshell |

1. Is powering down from the cockpit easy—like pressing ‘off?’
2. Is tiny Nissa able to font into the cockpit with a full-grown dude-bro?
3. Is it possible to get the blue and red cockpits 5ft apart from each other? (So subatomic travel can be done quickly.)
Other move being contemplated:
Can Big Blue simply pick up Big Red?
And if so, could a good ‘arm’ Pilot check and *decent* leg Pilot check do the trick? Nissa’s rolls are higher than Legion’s!

Charles Wilde |

Charles pushes ahead of Kai. "Then let me in front," he says, opening the way.

Tarren the Dungeon Master |

Zellgato: It's lonely doing overwatch, particularly when everyone disappears below deck or below water. There are a few red shirts investigating the fake structure. There's a very handsome and muscular fellow on the dock. Pretty much everyone else is out of sight.
Charles, Kai, and Gristlethorn: It's a big yacht. Big enough to have labels on some of the doors. Following the voices you pass numbered guest rooms, a gym, a hologames suite, and an open automated kitchen/bar. A robot built into the counter of the kitchen is chopping limes with what looks like a very dangerous knife. He watches the heroes as they pass. "Armory is that way," says the robot helpfully, pointing in the direction the voices are coming from.
Nissa: Lifting Big Red off of the Starfish would require Piloting checks. The harder the fail the more likely the situation worsens though. You can definitely move close to Big Red. Nissa could power down the mecha she's in. The mecha's system would definitely warn you about dangers of being underwater without shielding, but it doesn't know what you're intending. Full-sized Nissa would not be able to move around easily the cockpit with dudebro in it as well. She could get in there, but it would be like climbing around someone inside an Austin Mini.
Theo: A bear ran by, onto the yacht, but Nissa texted you from beneath the seas.

Nissa, the Subatomic Bombshell |

Oh, I just set the woman’s movement back three centuries with that comment.
Nissa decides she’ll apologize to a mirror later. For now, she tries something she never thought she’d be the one to do in any super-heroic situation:
Lift something heavy!
Pilot (Nissa): 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (13) + 10 = 23
Pilot (Legion): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (15) + 3 = 18

Zellgato |

Working on the assumption that no one else combat engaged the Handsom Muscle fellow, Zellgato start to move in on the area for lack of a better idea. Unless Red Shirts start to do something odd. As he hasn't be briefed in detail concerning their actions.
(Taking Dashes I guess. 30ft base dash is x4? so a few rounds probably).

Nissa, the Subatomic Bombshell |

• Did those Pilot checks (23, 18) get Big Red off of Starfish?
• If so, do I need more checks to get Big Red out of the water?
(I’m thinking like a fireman’s carry, but with robots.)

Charles Wilde |

"Great," is Charles's resigned response as he heads in the indicated direction.

Hi Theo. Welcome back. Nissa has invited you down beneath the sea. There could be some excitement down there. Or, you could find out who is firing from shore (unless familiar bear guy running by gave you a clue as to who it might be). Or, there are some red shirts on shore who have just realized your structure is fake.

Zellgato |

Zellgato Dials up Gristlethorn to put him on speaker phone, "Howdy. I'm also here-We've..sorta met. I've got some overwatch going. Need me to come in or keep watch?" Zellgato will also take this moment to top off his weapon
Zellgato did try to communicate with the group. Via Gristlethorn's communicator. (dunno if it worked or not. Was prior to his posting he was going down below

Pilot (Nissa): 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (14) + 10 = 24
Pilot (Legion): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 23
Holy crap!
If that did the trick, Nissa relaxes a bit and opens a comm link to Theo. She believes his earbuds will help him hear underwater.

Zellgato is able to communicate with Gristlethorn, and Gristlethorn is able to pass those communications along or put the comm devices on speaker mode.
It will take you a couple rounds to get to where they are.

"Great," is Charles's resigned response as he heads in the indicated direction.
Kai, Charles, and Gristlethorn: The robotic bartender goes back to chopping limes. The group continues in the direction of the armory. The door is half-open. You can hear shouting coming from within. "Okay, let's go f*~~ 'em up!" shouts a man's voice. "F#!# 'em up, big time!" replies a very high pitched voice. Another unusually high pitched voice replies, "Big time f&+~ 'em up."
Wait for them to come to you or get the jump on them?

“Theo, your dad would be proud. That was amazing!”
She calls up the Thin Spot guys, “Is the Starfish doing okay? The Olympian saved the dude-bro’s life just now, in case your guests were wondering. Just let me know if you’re safe.”

Kai Misipeka |

Kai watches the others expectantly, motioning with the eyes towards the partially open door and raising an eyebrow.
Then Kai texts the group chat. "Everything going okay out there? We have the second dudebro plus ?? henchpeople under the deck, and they don't seem inclined to peaceful action."

Charles Wilde |

"Better not get all clogged up in the hallway here," Charles whispers to the others.
He holds up three fingers, silently counting down one by one, then charges through the door.

Nissa, the Subatomic Bombshell |

Nissa replies to the chat, I just completed my first mech battle! Legion helped, since… y’know… normally ya gotta be, like at the amusement parks, 48” tall to get on this ride.
Anyway, my mech is unscathed, and Theo awesomely saved the dudebro from drowning! Also, that guy KNOWS Ms. Gray is an ‘alien chick.’ His words! He and I are gonna have a little talk.
But do ya need me to fly through a wall and cause an explosion, or ya guys got this?

Tarren the Dungeon Master |

As Nissa texts, Charles busts the door down. On the other side is dudebro#2 and two robots, one large one that sits above a tank-like tread and a smaller one that looks like a headless canine. The dudebro and the two robots are all armed with lasers. The larger robot is wearing a t-shirt that says Big Time.
