You have advantage. Even without the disadvantage, they had a passive of 7! XD

A soft click betrays Blacklock's position as hit quarrel buries itself in a dwarf's throat! The life fades from his eyes as he falls over, grasping at the wound...

The one remaining dwarf gets shot in the shoulder by Tana and it twirls around! It narrows its eyes at all of you and then its lids droop as it falls into a slumber!

Jarprax swings as the dwarf falls, causing the cleric to miss his swing to go wide! The dragonborn's eyelids begin to droop as well, and Zar realizes that the spell still had power and it affected his companion as well!

As Zar rushes to pat out the fire on its leg, knowing that any damage will awaken his target, Antonio catches the softly snoring dragonman!

Essentially, combat is over. Jarprax can be awoken fairly easily with some shaking. What to do now?

I'm assuming we finished off the sleeping dwarves so they don't wake up.

"Well done. That worked better than I could have hoped," Zar says the the group. He pauses for a moment and chuckles at the kobold's response. He backs away from the stench as he considers his options. "Guess I need to have someone teach me that cleaning spell. Do you know it, Shaldinari," he asks before casting a spell.

A glowing hand appears by the dwarves, and Zar manipulates it to pull the weapons and items like pouches or bags that he can see out of the pile.

Shaldinari looks at Zar and nods slightly. "I do." She says dryly. "But it requires water...preferably warm...soap, and a sturdy set of hands combined with a desire to scrub...those" She casually waves a hand at the prisoner and two dead then shrugs a shoulder. "None of which I have at the moment."

"Perhaps the better option for next time is to avoid the prolific use of kobold dung in our plans." She says stepping further away from the prisoner in order to find some semblance of fresher air

"What treasure, drake. What king no share?" he stuttered a bit at the last, unable to keep up the 'dumb speak' in some sense of selfpride "Damnit...what doesn't the king want to share? Listen. What is the one thing the king would never...EVER...share."

With a sigh Shaldinari covers her mouth and nose once again with the scented cloth and walks over to the sleeping prisoner. She looks down at the dirty creature, its eyes closed in peaceful slumber. For just a moment she contemplates the fact that the dwarf, or whatever he is, is likely a victim of the artifact and somewhat innocent in all of this. Then she shrugs and takes out some of her fears and frustrations by giving it a swift kick in the ribs to bring it awake.

Once she's certain the prisoner is awake enough to hear, she squats down and let's him see the fey light in her deep purple eyes.

"Oh good, you've awakened from your beauty slumber, although it seems to have done little good." She says. She turns to Blacklock. "Why bother with the little kobold, he won't know much. This is the one you want to talk to. Personally, I'd suggest he tell us what we want to know or we're going to hand him over to the kobolds he has very likely been torturing over the last several months."

Even with her mouth covered, the wicked grin she sports can be heard in her voice as she continues to speak. "Being as how they're starving, I doubt they'll play with their food for too long, but you never know. Revenge is a terribly powerful motivator."

She stands back up and starts to walk down the corridor a few yards to keep watch for other approaching enemies. "Either way let's hurry, because I want to get out of this stinking underground cesspit."

Hoping to provide Help to someone who wants to Intimidate or convince the prisoner into talking.

Ha. I had forgotten that Shaldinari speaks dwarven. It was a dwarven craftsman who taught her to woodwork. Landeep does not seem to understand the Undercommon, which explains why the dwarves beat the kobolds, maybe?

@Shaldinari, it hasn't spoken dwarvish yet, but its apparent relation to the stout folk wouldn't be too large a leap of logic.

When Shaldinari speaks in dwarvish, the mad creature looks up at her, Ahh, Diinarazahn's consort speaks a language we understand? The glowing eyes, they speak to me. I live and I die, to serve...

Draconic:

"Hello, little cousins! We've spoken with your friends in the other room," waves vaguely in the direction of the large chamber, "and they were able to help us find you and save you from these evil dwarves. Ha! aren't you lucky! Do you have any good ideas about where the king might be or how many guards he might have with him? Does the king dwarf hide his treasures in a special spot? And, what about these doors - where do they go?"

"Now then, little ones, you can see that there are a few of your kind who have decided to help us out" (including Jiro in this) "I encourage you to do the same - help us take down the evil dwarves, then you can have these caves to yourselves!"

If they don't go for it, Jarprax will direct them to the exit to join the other kobolds from earlier.

Shaldinari waits out the interrogation since she really doesn't speak the creature's native tongue. As the adrenaline of combat wears off her nervousness and discomfort about being underground returns. She tries to control the growing agitation by pacing back and forth in the narrow passages, tapping her hands against her thighs, closing her eyes and quietly counting backwards from one hundred, but nothing really makes the memories and pain go away. Nothing except the connection to her patron, the magic flowing through her body in a freeing, gloriously chaotic energy that she controls.

A ball of eldritch power forms in her hand, as her burning purple eyes glance at the seemingly worthless prisoner. But she suddenly shakes her head, snuffs out the ball and the light in her eyes and returns to counting quietly to herself.

Blacklock was tempted to start harassing Shaldinari, sensing her restlessness and finding it funny...instead of empathizing like a normal person. But, perhaps luckily for him, he finally noticed the lock and raised an eyebrow.

"Oh ho, what's this? Another daft sentinel telling us where we can and can not go?" he held up his fingernails as if to inspect them for cleanliness, and at the same instant a humongous drill materialized almost magically in his other hand. He sauntered up to the lock, and the door, holding the light near and looking it over closely..."The best traps lull you into a sense of peace. That first door was too easy..."
