Kaya has Forewarned, a wizard school ability that guarantees her the ability to act in a surprise round, even if she does not notice the threat.

I play it that she has a 'spider-sense' that she is well accustomed to knowing that it means 'danger imminent'. Her reaction when said sense is triggered is to activate Diviner's Fortune on herself. It isn't a massive buff, but will give her a +2 on saves and any skill checks (usually knowledge to ID things) made during the surprise round.

Forewarned and Diviner's Fortune:
Forewarned (Su): You can always act in the surprise round even if you fail to make a Perception roll to notice a foe, but you are still considered flat-footed until you take an action. In addition, you receive a bonus on initiative checks equal to 1/2 your wizard level (minimum +1). At 20th level, anytime you roll initiative, assume the roll resulted in a natural 20.

Diviner's Fortune (Sp): When you activate this school power, you can touch any creature as a standard action to give it an insight bonus on all of its attack rolls, skill checks, ability checks, and saving throws equal to 1/2 your wizard level (minimum +1) for 1 round. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Intelligence modifier.

So everyone gameday has been postponed due to slower than usual scenario drops. The message is below if you have not seen it.

Please hold off until the new start date to be able to eligible for your boon rewards. I understand this is a large inconvenience, we are doing everything we can to make this work. Part of that is to have everyone one the same start / end times rather than scattered.

We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause, but we want all our GMs to have a chance to shine.

HOW DO I NOTIFY MY PLAYERS?

Go ahead and post the news to your tables. Feel free to copy this email if you wish. We will be posting notices in all the PBP lodges as well as the Gameday VIII Announcement page.

I know this is not what we hoped to do, and I’m sorry. Thank you for understanding that we’re scrambling to fix this.

Alright, so the Aid Tokens get passed from table to table when used or boosted (or just not needed). They will go to tables that need help first or just rotate around.

Since we are out of a situation we should boost or pass. The options for boosting are on the slides. We should try to boost something not boosted so feel free to attempt one of those and I will send it on.

I vote for trying to boost a K: Religion check. Yabatha has the best modifier for that, but I'll have Kaya roll hers if she doesn't wish to do so.

@GM: If I'm reading this right, both the Allied Offensive and Share Knowledge tokens came to us already boosted. We should use them in this next mission. The Coordinated Maneuvers token, however, is new and unboosted. I don't think our party has much use for it, since we don't have any grappling monks. So does it make sense to boost that one, and pass it on?

If so, I can role play a CMB check with Kranzer involving sundering a club, and then we can move on.

Sorry, my first time being on this side of the Token but yes those portions were already boosted so we couldn't boost those but you only get one action when you have the token whether that be use a boost, pass it, or boost it.

Yabatha boosted it and I sent it along. If we want another one I can post and one should get passed back to us soon.

If I was role playing Travail I might choose #3--for a rogue, Travail can be kind of pious, and rooting out corruption would seem like his bag.

Anyone know the mechanics for getting rid of this negative level in PFS? I think I have to spend 2 PP, but their might be another way.

Also, kind of dumb that the special boost allows you to cast lesser restoration as a fourth-level caster, but doesn't unlock restoration for anyone who got tagged by the wight. Oh well :)

Also, since we have the Supply Check preparation benefit, I think I can do this between missions. Travail will spend the 1PP or 2PP for spell casting services to remove the negative level. If that's not correct let me know.
