The Ghostwriter is a Stalker Vigilante, which is pretty similar to. Rogue. He has the Orator and Esoteric Linguist feat and can get a lot mileage out of his crazy high Linguisics skill. In combat he mostly tries to get the jump on enemies and move into a flanking position so that he can use hidden strike with his claws and beak.

Bruno, I have an idea of Crowe's persona that I am trying to have fun with but, if the adventure just expects us all to go blindfolded, I am happy for Crowe to drink the milk and fall asleep for plot-convenient time.

I can understand not being willing to such an ordeal. We can try to talk it out in-game so no immersion is broken, and still have fun RPing our characters!

I thought this was actually a good bout of RPing. It makes sense that SOMEBODY would have objections to being blindfolded.
A small comment now that the plot of this scenario has been revealed: this is the finale of Season 1, which kicks off The Year of the Shadow Lodge. Scenarios in Season 2 showcase kicking the butts of more Shadow Lodge members or fixing their mistakes.
(A little bit of paizo trivia: at the time, you could even register your PC as a member of the Shadow Lodge and gain bonuses)
Anyways, if you already knew about this, it's a good time to roleplay discovering the existence of the Shadow Lodge! If you had no idea, it's a good idea to send your PCs to Season 2 Scenarios once this two-parter is finished!
