Not going to get a chance to update until tomorrow but fyi Kala and Stinky, you were beaten in the initiative so you can't act yet.

I'm picturing Stinky's paws scrabbling on the slippery floor, moving nowhere and snapping his jaws.

Oh! My apologies. I've moved them back to their original positions for now.

Tofang - dmg; cognatogen (13:05); ablative barrier (0/25, 17:35); barkskin (13:25);
Tofang's dog (13 hp, AC 13) - dmg;
Yanda - dmg; ant haul (02:00); mutagen (13:10); protection from arrows (19:00);heightened awareness (12:51);barkskin (13:55); reduce person (12:52); Shield (12:53);

Cyan (snake) - dmg;
Uhvat - 3 dmg; 8 temp hp; False Life (18:36); Shield (12:47); +2 saves vs reptilian humanoid ex (12:51);
Kala - 2 dmg;
Stinky - dmg; barkskin (12:51);
Yanda rather disgustingly pukes a swarm of wasps all over the shrine - one doubts that the Awakener is amused!
swarm dmg: 2d6 ⇒ (6, 6) = 12
Fort DC 13 vs poison: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (1) + 11 = 12 But, immune! :-)
Fort DC 13 vs distraction: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (10) + 11 = 21
Although the wasps sting the priest ferociously, he doesn't appear to be either poisoned or distracted by it all.
Yanda, please note that in future rounds if you don't use a standard action to control the swarm's movement it will continue to circle the room at 80' movement per round, as per the rule below.
You can move the swarm or change the swarm’s direction by spending a standard action to concentrate on the swarm, otherwise it continues moving in its current direction.
Tofang recognizes that the priest is a serpentfolk (as were the two jailers and the prisoner back in the previous room). Serpentfolk are ordinarily NE medium monstrous humanoids. Tofang, you can ask two questions from the list but note that they will only pertain to his racial abilities, not to any class levels he may have. Yanda can also ask two questions.
Tofang also recognizes that the snake is an advanced constrictor snake. With that result I'll just tell you: the only significant thing to know is that it can grab and constrict you. You (anyone) can also learn some additional (separate) information about it with a Knowledge (Planes) check (i.e. it has a template). But it is all moot as Tofang blasts the snakes to smithereens!
Tofang places a perfectly aimed bullet right between the snake's eyes, slaying it before it ever had a chance to act.
Though Stinky is literally scraping the floor with eagerness to get into battle, the priest attempts to retaliate first. Perhaps he too loved his pet...
Or perhaps not, because although it was Tofang who dealt the deadly blow, he first turns his attention to the mistress of the wasps who are harassing him. He steps 5' out of the swarm and utters an incantation while gesturing at Yanda.
Yanda Will: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8 +2 vs. poisons, +1 vs. water/cold/earth/acid, +1 vs EX abilities of reptilian humanoid
I'm going to pause the action to see whether Yanda wants to use a reroll or any other special ability.

Thanks GM, does the serpent boss have resistances or immunities? Also I am not sure if it really is my turn as I am bolded. In case it is my turn see action below:
Tofang moves forward on his riding dog and shoots the leader of the cult with a frost alchemical ordnance with his pistol.
Alch ordnance 6/9 remaining. Frost bomb applied: Creatures that take a direct hit from a frost bomb are staggered on their next turn unless they succeed on a Fortitude save DC 18.
Touch attack +1 pistol cold iron bullet, pbs: 1d20 + 8 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 8 + 1 = 271d6 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7 Plus cold damage alchemical ordnance 3d6 plus Int+6: 3d6 + 6 ⇒ (4, 2, 4) + 6 = 16
He then reloads his pistol.
[ooc]I put my icon on the map twice so you now where I started and would like to be. Thanks GM.

Hey, that looks like your roll!
Dang. I though that once it reached a target it started acting like a normal swarm.
| GM Abraham |
Not the PCs turn yet - more to come from Team Evil - will have to wait until this afternoon or evening. He does have resistance and immunities but I'm not home right now so I'll post later to be sure I get it right. Also, unfortunately, Yanda is now paralyzed.

Ack. I hate low will ST. Yanda would be challenged fighting off a 1st level caster with that ST. Begging for situations like this :(

Conditions:
=== 12:46 Round 1->2 ===
Tofang - dmg; cognatogen (13:05); ablative barrier (0/25, 17:35); barkskin (13:25);

Cyan (snake) - dmg;
Green ? - dmg;
Uhvat - 3 dmg; 8 temp hp; False Life (18:36); Shield (12:47); +2 saves vs reptilian humanoid ex (12:51);
Kala - 2 dmg;
Stinky - dmg; barkskin (12:51);
After Sartoss completes his spell, poor Yanda freezes in place, utterly unmoving!
Then the priest of the Awakener wiggles about a bit oddly and suddenly there are two of them where there was previously only one! These two Sartosses occupy the same square and appear to move and act identically with one another.
Tofang recalls that serpentfolk are immune to mind-affecting effects, paralysis, and poison, and are also resistant to spells. Yanda, you also had two questions from your knowledge roll which you can still ask (and convey to the rest of the party) since that was before you were paralyzed.
As if the situation were not bad enough already, something else now appears, a snake-like monstrosity with a humanoid head! Map updated with Large green token.
Whatever it is, it slithers out of the pit directly towards the paralyzed Yanda and attempts to drag her into the pit!
Drag maneuver: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (14) + 10 = 24
In her paralyzed condition Yanda lacks her usual quick defenses and the creature easily drags her ten feet and drops her into the pit. She disappears from view but the rest of the party can audibly hear the sound of a thud! The creature remains at the surface level, at the edge of the pit. (i.e. it is viewable, and attackable, by the pathfinders)
First, as already noted, you are paralyzed - you can make another Will save each round on your turn, as a full round action (which you may not have - see below), to become unparalyzed.
Second, you've just fallen 10' and are prone. Falling dmg: 1d6 ⇒ 2
Third, you find that the bottom of the pit looks a lot like this. Knowledge Nature DC 15 to know more about them, though you can probably guess just by looking at the clip. The snakes fill the entire pit and immediately crawl all over Yanda, biting her repeatedly!
dmg: 1d6 ⇒ 2
Yanda Fort vs distraction: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13 +2 vs. poisons, +1 vs. water/cold/earth/acid, +1 vs EX abilities of reptilian humanoid
Yanda Fort vs poison: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (15) + 7 = 22 +2 vs. poisons, +1 vs. water/cold/earth/acid, +1 vs EX abilities of reptilian humanoid
Although Yanda is momentarily nauseated by the bites, she fortunately manages to resist their poisonous venom! Note that being nauseated will prevent you from attempting a Will save vs the paralysis this round (since it requires a full-round action).
So, in sum, Yanda takes 4 points of dmg; and is paralyzed (unknown duration), prone, and nauseated (1 round), at the bottom of a ten foot pit surrounded by snakes. Sorry! Good luck!
end of Round 1 and the start of Round 2
Pathfinders are up! The bold may act!

"Yanda!" Uhvat calls out. The oread hesitates, unsure whether to rush to her rescue, attack the large naga threatening the team, or go after the spellcaster. Deciding that the priest with its spells is likely the greatest threat, he rushes in keeping it close, daring it to cast its spells.

Kala recalls that the Dark Naga has no special resistances. She magically bolsters Stinky's attack and moves into position.
Stinky rushes past the Naga to set up a flank, but giving the creature the chance to try to sting the poor Wolverine.
Sting AoO: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19
Stinky, I think with barkskin this is a miss?
... but fortunately he manages to elude the naga's menacing stinger.
Stinky 50% miss chance, high is good for Stinky: 1d100 ⇒ 60
Everyone, when attacking the Naga go ahead and roll a 50% miss chance on your attacks - high is always good for the one who is rolling.
Stinky strikes the Naga but does NOT confirm his critical hit.
Left to its own devices, the swarm of angry wasps flies about the room but harms no one. starting next round I will introduce a bit of randomness to the wasp swarm's movement.
Sartoss glares at the menacing Oread in his face and - carefully - attempts to cast a spell.
Cast Defensively DC 21: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 11

Sanaz, the Dark Naga, is staggered from Tofang's attack. She too attempts to cast defensively...
Cast Defensively DC 21: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (18) + 14 = 32
... and then a bolt of lightning flies from her directly at both Kala and Tofang!

If your mount falls, you have to succeed on a DC 15 Ride check to make a soft fall and take no damage. If the check fails, you take 1d6 points of damage.
Tofang, I'm not sure what your Ride skill is - please make a DC 15 Ride check.

Uhvat lands another solid blow on the devotee of Kro'akoth. Uhvat, you only have to make the SR check once - since you made it on your first time attacking Sartoss the spell works against him; if you shift to attacking someone else (who also has SR) you'll have to make a separate SR check vs that target.

"Crap!" Where'd it go?! In a flash, Kala thinks to follow Stinky's nose. "Stinky! Attack!" As soon as he moves or attacks, she mirrors him and swings at the same section of air. (@GM Abraham: I'll leave moving Kala and Stinky to you this round.)

Well, the big thingy disappeared, but it didn't stop being smelly. Inhaling deeply through his rage, Stinky instinctively turns his head to follow the scent of this big bad thing that hurt his Kala, scrambling after it if necessary.
Stinky will use his Scent ability to track the Naga. It takes a move action to note the direction of the scent, so Stinky can only attack if the Naga hasn't moved more than 5 feet from him.

Stinky is able to smell the Naga, still right in front of him in nearly the same position; angrily he bites the creature, tearing a hunk of invisible flesh from it. Since Stinky used a move action to use scent, he could only make a single attack, but it worked out the same anyway. Incidentally, you roll the miss chance separately for each attack.
Kala swings for the same spot as Stinky but perhaps because her nose is not as refined she is unable to connect.
Uhvat is up!

By my calculations: Kala takes 13, reduced by 5 from resistance, for 8 dmg total; she already had 27, so she's now at 35 dmg. Uhvat takes 27 dmg, 8 of which are absorbed by False Life; he had 3 dmg before so he's now at 22 dmg. Let me know if any of this seems incorrect.

Pathfinders are up. The bold may act!
Yanda, you are no longer distracted or paralyzed so you have your normal set of actions; note that you'll need to use a move action to stand up from prone. If you wish to climb out of the pit please note whether you are using accelerated climbing (-5 penalty to move at half speed instead of quarter speed) before rolling. You are 10' down and the Climb DC is 20. Also, at some point during your turn you'll need to make a Fort save vs poison.
Tofang Siyaah

Yanda, make a DC 20 Fly check to fly straight up. The Fly extract will give you a bonus on the check (+4 for good maneuverability, +3 for half your caster level, and you are also currently still Small, so +2 for size, plus your Dex and any ranks you may have in the Fly skill. If you fail you use the action but do not move.
Nevermind, I just looked and saw that you have another +10 from your ranks and it being a class skill, so this should be an auto-success for you. Whew.
Kala, daughter of Krokum

As Yanda flies out of the pit, Kala cheers: "Yanda!" One more good hit and I'm dead. They can take this thing without me, right?... Right? Knowing that it may very well be the last thing she does, Kala takes a mighty swing at the Naga.

Kala swings for the Naga but misses.
Stinky bravely remains within the wasp swarm and attacks the naga. His first two attacks miss but the last one finds the prophetess of Kro'akoth's jugular - if dark nagas have jugulars - and tears it out! She collapses to the floor!
Going to play this out a bit more due to Yanda being poisoned but we should be nearly finished. Well done, pathfinders - I was worried about this one!
Uhvat still has his round 5 action remaining - if he has something he wants to do prior to what I'm about to post we'll interject it.
Round 6->7
From her position up in the air, Yanda can see that the snakes (despite their 20' climb speed! bah!) do not climb out of the pit. She can also resume control over the wasp swarm, and I'll assume you do that.
Yanda is, however, still poisoned. It's a DC 17 Fort save or 1d2 Con dmg; you need to make two consecutive saves to end the poison and so far you've made 1. The poison lasts for 5 more rounds so just go ahead and make up to five Fort saves as needed. Of course if anyone else has antitoxin or anything else useful, feel free to jump in with it. I think it's all moot since even if you failed all 5 rounds I think the maximum Con dmg you would be at would be 11, one shy of death.
