[SFS, Playtest] Dead Suns, Book 4: The Ruined Clouds (Inactive)

Greetings prospective players and/or playtesters!

Following today's announcement of the Starfinder Character Operations Manual Playtest I would like to get involved by offering to GM the 4th installment of the Dead Suns Adventure Path: The Ruined Clouds via PbP here on the Forums (and Google Slides).

I have GMed Books 1-3 thus far, and will prioritize players who have already played them as well (but whom haven't played Books 4-6 yet). You don't need to bring your previous characters along, but you can certainly bring their personalities and rebuild them as per my guidelines below:

What do I need from you?

• What role are you interested in playing?
• Are you interested in SFS credit?

I DO NOT need a fully statted out character from you right now. I want to leave recruitment open until Monday, December 10th, and then those whom are selected can work together to build the party they want. Ideally we will start gameplay Monday, December 17th, which gives us a month to do reporting, forum feedback and surveys.

It should go without saying, but given the limited playtest window I want this game to run at a fast pace. Consider your PbP availability during the holidays if you're interested in joining. If you have any questions about my GMing style or methods, or anything else, please ask below!

I have only played Book 1.
But I have run Book 1 (several times), and Books 2 & 3.
I will be running Book 4 in the near future, and would be delighted to have played it before running it (for once!).

• Will you continue with your previous character?
Probably not (unless the group needs something specific).

• What Class are you interested in playing?
I would be very happy to run a playtest character (Biohacker or Vanguard if possible).

• What role are you interested in playing?
I am pretty open to anything, so can adapt according to the part composition.

Wishwarp, or one of the core classes. (Probably soldier or mechanic.)

I'm impartial towards credit. I could take it or leave it. :)

Hi I would love to participate in the playtest as a Vanguard.

I have not played Dead Suns, but I am GMing a game that got through Books 1 and 2 and is starting 3.

Never played SF before, just GMed! :)

Not interested in SFS, unfortunately just can't keep up with organized play.

I can use the same character (and storyline), but it's not that important to me.

Witchwarper most of all (my previous character perfectly suitable for this class, I think).

There was an armored mystic (hellknight), a little melee and a lot of magic damage. If not to continue the line of that character, I'm ready to take any.

Absolutely Yes.

• Which Dead Suns Books have you played (if any)? Played the first book, Dmed book 1 and currently Dming book 2.
• Will you continue with your previous character? Nope, There is a DM that got done with book 1 that I played, that may DM books 2-6. Then again he may not. That same character will continue in his campaign.
• What Class are you interested in playing? Witchwarper playtest class
• What role are you interested in playing? He is going to be a class a jerk, JK. He will have some int based skills, and definitely diplomacy. His spells will contain blasting, buffing and utility (like invisibility and such).
• Are you interested in SFS credit? Yes. I wouldn't play if there wasn't any credit here.

Kasatha Mechanic

• What role are you interested in playing?

Controller/shenanigans. Probably exocortex over drone

Sounds really cool, and the playtest classes seem neat!

Not planing on it, but perhaps a 'warped mirror' version of him? (see below)

Most interested in the Biohacker, but also intrigued by the Withcwarper

So many planets, so many new and unique specimens to break down interact with and investigate...
While obviously dependent and flexible around the group, I have an android biohacker in mind, obsessed with researching and learning the divergent and unique evolutions of organic species in order to better understand how his own organic-tech form can 'evolve' itself. A science skill/research type, focusing on buffing/debuffing

Yes, if possible
