Looking things over, I’ve realized some mistakes that I’ve made and am going to amend my mistakes (Anyone who has already acted can change their turn to reflect these new things (I moved Nox back, but I couldn’t remember where Xon was)):

On the first pillar exploding, Loaralis shielded her necklace against the flying rubble one of the vials didn’t shatter.

Loaralis did not cast a spell and dispel Freedom of Movement from Hendric; she instead moved Down 5’ and to her new location on the map 5’ above the ground, 10’ above the ground of the ravine and bites at Géatan.

Bite vs. Géatan: 1d20 + 30 ⇒ (20) + 30 = 50
Damage: 2d8 + 12 ⇒ (4, 6) + 12 = 22
Confirmation: 1d20 + 30 ⇒ (20) + 30 = 50 Wow...
Crit Bonus Damage: 2d8 + 12 ⇒ (5, 8) + 12 = 25
Grab: 1d20 + 32 ⇒ (16) + 32 = 48

Géatan Slips out of the dragon’s grasp Freedom of Movement prevents the grapple.

I noticed my mistakes and was considering to just go along with it—what’s done is done and all that—but seeing how much you all are struggling I felt that I needed to rectify my mistakes as such simple things will change a lot.

Well that simplifies things.
Sir Hendric charges!
Sentry can ignore 20' of difficult terrain per round.
Charging, Challenge, Power Attack, +2 for Fervor: 1d20 + 29 ⇒ (16) + 29 = 45
Damage: 3d8 + 147 ⇒ (4, 4, 2) + 147 = 157
Swift action to enter Snake Style.
With Coordinated Charge, this allows Tortuga, Kaldane, Nox, Xon, and Géatan to make charge attacks as an IMMEDIATE action (and then still get their regular action).

Also, all charge attacks gain a +4 morale bonus from the banner.

Fervor bonus for +2 attacks, and +2 Dodge and Reflex saves.

Nox and Xon would like to take their same turns if possible... as hard of a roll as I was making, I'd like to not have to roll the dice again.

| Strange Aeons | Hell's Rebels | ◆◇↻

Because Nox posted first (technically) I’m going to say that he goes before Hendric (meaning that Loaralis wasted her AOO on Xon). I’m fine with you keeping your same rolls, Nox, just please move the tokens to more appropriate positions based on Loaralis’s new position.

Hendric, I did say that where the pillars were is considered difficult terrain. You normally can’t charge through difficult terrain, so unless you have a way around that then you can’t charge.
Oops, missed that part of your post. Yeah, Loaralis hates you now, Hendric

So what I think I can do is charge Loralis as an immediate, then move behind Gaetan, and finally with my standard, bull rush him under the dragon.

Normally +18, +3 for GMW, +2 for blessing of fervor, +4 for banner, +2 for charge = +29
Charge: 1d20 + 29 ⇒ (12) + 29 = 41 Damage: 2d8 + 8 ⇒ (5, 2) + 8 = 15 On a hit, Fort DC 23 or stunned for 1 round (stunning fist)

Never mind the blessing of fervor bonus, I haven't had a start to my turn since it was cast, so I haven't had a chance to choose. So I only hit AC 39.

Loaralis Fort: 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (15) + 19 = 34

Tortuga, you must still make a Combat maneuver check to bull rush in order to determine how far you move him. And didn’t you have Holy fists?

Then I don't see how that is going to work. He has a CMD of 42, which I just about need a 20 to even move him 5 feet and that's assuming his defense hasn't been buffed. Maybe Geatan will have to charge the dragon himself (even if it does no damage) and the step off into the ravine to get his full attack.

| Strange Aeons | Hell's Rebels | ◆◇↻

What about flat-footed? This would likely result in two scenarios: 1) Géatan didn’t expect the bull rush and couldn’t try to dodge, 2) Géatan realizes the attempt from Tortuga and doesn’t try to dodge.

I think that reduces his CMD to a 35. It looks like I would have to bull rush him a minimum of 10 feet so that he could 5-foot step into the ravine and full attack. To do that I would need to hit a 40, which would require a roll of 18+ as I would be +22 with the bless and fervor. Just too risky. I think Gaetan is just going to have to charge the dragon with his immediate and then make his full attack on his turn.

Actually, you know what, I can't charge him. He's hovering and I started more than 20 feet away, which gives him total concealment. You can't declare a charge attack against an enemy you cannot see.

Which unfortunately means unless Hendric can see through the cloud, he couldn't charge either.

Retconning more...
Given the Hover, the dust cloud, and the inability to target the dragon at the start of his turn:

Sir Hendric moves to 20' from the dragon (just west of where Géatan is), activates the Blood Reservoir of Physical Prowess for +8 Str, and says "Charge him Géatan!"

Géatan is close enough to charge, and his charge will trigger Sir Hendric's (which now will do even more damage with the Blood Reservoir active). If he chooses to do that.

Kaldane, can you please not be right there? Sir Hendric can charge through allies, but he cannot attack while sharing their space. If Géatan charges forward 10' (and ends up under Tortuga who is flying), Sir Hendric can charge forward 10' as an immediate action and attack. He cannot charge 15' or he'd be too close for the lance. Also note that Kaldane can get an immediate-action charge at that point if he is in a spot where he has a charge lane.
If you are flying and 10' up then you are fine where you are.
Kaldane knows how Coordinated Charge works, as he has the feat himself right now (and I explained it earlier). And he just saw Sir Hendric line up for a charge and heard him ask Géatan to charge.

Edit: I guess if Kaldane takes his immediate-action charge first, and goes under Xon (who is flying), then Sir Hendric can take his charge. But that means Kaldane has to agree to charge right after Géatan does.

A cacophony of shrieks sound from above as what remains of the crowd looks down in horror at the amalgamation of flesh and rubble that has formed below them. Among them stands Janira Gavix, whose gaze seems to go elsewhere. As you follow her gaze you find the body of a female dwarf, blood staining her hair, that seems to have landed further away from the pile of bodies and debris; it’s Tarys of the Scroll-Seekers. Marked with the blue circle.

Tarys died from blunt-force trauma to the head from the fall.

The muffled sound of a voice comes from underneath the rubble from somewhere within the purple square; though you cannot make out what is being said, it is quite clearly a pained call for help.

”Listen well, Pashow, for I am no fairy tale: Loaralis lives!

Unable to take much more, Nox embraces the shadows once more, leaving the Emir screaming at an unseen person that isn’t there. You are not allowed to post for at least an hour to represent the in-game time spent taking the vials to the Emir.

"Tortuga, what did you find?"

Hendric looks to where Tortuga points and finds a conspicuous black spot. As he moves closer, he finds that it is, quite literally, a conspicuous black spot. Little more description, it is simply a black spot about 2 and a half feet in diameter.

I attack the darkness!
Sir Hendric pokes at the black spot with his lance from a safe distance. Is it just a shadow on the stone? Or an illusion of some sort?

| Strange Aeons | Hell's Rebels | ◆◇↻

As Hendric "attacks the darkness," he finds that his lance impossibly goes through the spot. With some experimentation he finds that he is able to fit his entire lance inside of the spot--It is an extradimensional space.

Oh, sure, why not. Kaldane's got Regenerate on his list.
Sir Hendric reaches into the extradimensional space and feels around for anything solid. If he finds anything, he pulls it out, sets it on the ground, and goes back to searching.
"Kaldane, I think I found something magic!"

Within the extradimensional space are various strange items: a shield, a pair of gauntlets, a 2-foot long stick that seems to be a giant inkpen, a loosely-bound set of folios, a few scrolls—though what’s written on them is not magic—and two bottles filled with a faintly glowing milky liquid that look similar to the vials that Nox disappeared with.

Two... Where the other four? Probably Nox have them.

Two folios. I misread. Most of this is verbatim from the scenario, so bear with me.

Both folios contain extraplanar observations
of phenomena from throughout the Inner Sea region,
though notes written in the margin provide ongoing
commentary about how these events correlate to Thuvia
and teleportation mishaps in the region. Collectively,
the books posit that the composition of the sun orchid
elixir and its effect on a creature’s age reacted in an
unpredictable way when exposed to the Astral Plane—
where all teleportation effects briefly travel—a decade ago. This might have caused a dangerous reaction or
attracted astral predators; the writer favors the latter
hypothesis based on the increased movement of astral
creatures around Pashow, as if in anticipation of finding
another elixir. The inside cover of each folio contains the
words “For you as part of our deal. —S.P.”

The scrolls are all written in large letters as if by a
giant. They present the writer’s thoughts about the two folios’ contents, including their skepticism about the alchemical-astral reaction. As
a PC studies these writings, he can tell that the author
is obsessed with recovering a sun orchid elixir, though
it seems more a point of pride and obsession that it is
a matter of rejuvenation or profit. The last scroll
records the reports from the scroll's author's spies who attempted to track
down the folios’ author. They believe that the
author is one Professor Kramolag, a member of the Aspis
Consortium who operates several laboratories in Nidal in
order to research phenomena from beyond the stars and
beyond the Material Plane. There is enough information
in these scrolls that a dedicated researcher might be able
to deduce these laboratories’ locations.

I think I can clear up a couple of things here. Two of the six vials of Elixir did make it to Pashow successfully. Two were stolen. Two we don't know. See here for the original six escort missions.

1: High Priest Kaarim and the Juggernaut machine - this elixir must have been stolen, because Kaarim was working with Loaralis.
2: Kolyarut Inevitables - expected to arrive last, so we don't know yet.
3: Major military convoy with extradimensional stronghold - don't know yet.
4: Group of elite Pathfinders with a lead (plomb) golem - caravan attacked, elixir stolen, and the golem destroyed (here is where we learned that). This is the attack that we responded to. I know Géatan was asking about a golem, is this the one you mean? Destroyed.
5: Lord Lightfoot, fastest human alive - arrived successfully.
6: Sable Company Marines (hippogriff riders) - arrived successfully.

It's possible that they stole four, and that Nox had two (from the dragon's necklace) and we have two more here.

The Giant letters are probably from our dragon. She must have a contact with this S.P. unless this was Saphiraa and the priest.
