Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

She has no idea. That would be knowledge nature.

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

Top of the order
Seamus
Sparhawk
Caan
Paletress
enemy
Autumn

Male Half-Orc Cleric of Groetus (Lvl 1)

Fortitude: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10

"FFFFF....Freezing, huh? This isn't working. A new plan then. Hold on to your ropes!"

Caan casts obscuring mist centered on himself. Or will do on his turn.

Retired to Taldor?

really tired of seeing his friends shot at and the pleasantries ignored Seamus raises his crossbow and fires at the first "ball of light" that he had seen.

crossbow attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23 for damage: 1d8 ⇒ 8

crit: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7 for damage: 1d8 ⇒ 8

Female Half-elf Urban Barbarian 1 / Mobile Fighter 2, HP 31/31

Paletress, glad that she moved a bit forward as a giant puff of mist forms beside her, steps forward another ten feet while drawing another dagger and lets fly once more.

Dagger Throw: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 231d4 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5

Critical Threat: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 121d4 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

Which one of the five is she aiming at?

Female Half-elf Urban Barbarian 1 / Mobile Fighter 2, HP 31/31

Second verse same as the first, going in order putting 'em in a hearse

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

If that means the first one you hit one.

Female Half-elf Urban Barbarian 1 / Mobile Fighter 2, HP 31/31

I think I know why there were suddenly five... shame Paletress would have no clue about it...

Male Human Magus (Bladebound Eldritch Scion of Destiny) 2; HP 20/20, Init +0, AC 15/FF 15/T 10; F5+4, R +0, W +3; Per +4; CMB +4 CMD 13

Sparhawk quickly grabs his crossbow, leaning over and shooting at whichever one he can get a clear shot at.

attack: 1d20 ⇒ 4
damage: 1d8 ⇒ 4

He then moves and hides behind another tree closer by so he can try to swipe at one next round.

sorry weekend was crazy

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

The one Paletress was firing at flies back up the trail about 30'. They fire again

@Paletress short bow: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (18) + 7 = 25 damage: 1d2 ⇒ 2 DC 11 Fort
@Caan short bow: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16 damage: 1d2 ⇒ 2 DC 11 Fort
@Seamus short bow: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26 damage: 1d2 ⇒ 2 DC 11 Fort

This time the damage is real.

miss chance Caan: 1d100 ⇒ 4 The arrow misses Caan.
miss chance Seamus: 1d100 ⇒ 36 Also misses Seamus.

Grand Lodge

you do know it would have been better to cast this spell on them and not us, Now we cant see the enemy to attack them, Hedwig says he is pissed, he wanted to go mouse hunting.

Move 5 ft away from the target and as my swift, place another point from my arcane pool into my mage armor to power it another hour.

Spellcraft: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16 (it seems I saw them cast a spell)

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

Autumn:
Those four lights are a dancing lights spell

they are casting spells now, hmmm, wonder what they are

Knowledge Local: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24

Seems we have fey sprites casting spells now, dancing lights.

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

Autumn:
sprites

Female Half-elf Urban Barbarian 1 / Mobile Fighter 2, HP 31/31

Fortitude save: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14

Paletress' laughter takes on part of a snarl as a small arrow hits her in the neck. Marking the location of the sprite's movement.

She wishes she had thought to get a bow before leaving her previous employers...

so did Seamus get hit? Just in case will roll fort, are we at the top of the order?

fort: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 1 = 21

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

No, only Paletress. You have total concealment and thus 50% miss chance. Of course you can't see more than 5' now.

Retired to Taldor?

Seamus moves forward trying to get out of the fog.

Male Half-Orc Cleric of Groetus (Lvl 1)

Caan shrugs. "I was tired of getting hit. Besides, they were making pin-cushions out of us!"

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

Understood, but the three of you are effectively moving at 1/4 speed. Halved for difficult terrain and halved again for the fog. The prevailing winds, moderate will dissipate it in four rounds.

Male Human Magus (Bladebound Eldritch Scion of Destiny) 2; HP 20/20, Init +0, AC 15/FF 15/T 10; F5+4, R +0, W +3; Per +4; CMB +4 CMD 13

Sparhawk looks go see if there is one of these sprites within melee reach,if not he will move towards them to behind another tree with a double move.

Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19
Damage, cold iron dagger: 1d4 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

A double move gets you next to one. Caan and Paletress are up.

Male Human Magus (Bladebound Eldritch Scion of Destiny) 2; HP 20/20, Init +0, AC 15/FF 15/T 10; F5+4, R +0, W +3; Per +4; CMB +4 CMD 13

OK, if it gets to me again I will just make that attack

Female Half-elf Urban Barbarian 1 / Mobile Fighter 2, HP 31/31

Paletress moves up to where she saw the sprite she was targeting move pulling out another dagger and letting fly.

Dagger Throw: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 141d4 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4

After throwing this dagger, she slumps slightly, breathing heavily and looking visibly worn out.

Rage out for the day, also: $")@(&(&:&: DICE!!!

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

Two of the sprites turn their attention to Paletress:

shortbow: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15 damage: 1d2 ⇒ 1 DC 11 Fort
shortbow: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (16) + 7 = 23 damage: 1d2 ⇒ 1 DC 11 Fort

The one next to Sparhawk backs off 5' and casts color spray. Make a DC 12 Will save or blinded and stunned.

Grand Lodge

Female Arctic Elf (Avalonian) Arcane Magic User 5 (Boreal Ice Wizard/SnowCaster) Intense Spells (+2 dam).; Listen +6/Spot + 9 <Exp - 19620>

no targets, moving toward paletress as a full round action

Female Half-elf Urban Barbarian 1 / Mobile Fighter 2, HP 31/31

One tiny arrow spangs off Paletress' armor, but the other sinks into flesh, eliciting a winded snarl amidst the fatigued laughter.

Fortitude save: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7

You know, that one critical threat didn't nearly make up for this aggravation.

Male Half-Orc Cleric of Groetus (Lvl 1)

I apologize. I won't use Obscuring mist moving forward, it just seemed like they were hitting us a lot more than we were hitting them. I'll dismiss it next round, unless anyone objects.

Retired to Taldor?

where is that little jerk I hit just a moment ago Seamus moves forward out of the fog, still moving slow because of the deep snow, as he gets closer to Paletress he looks around trying to find his target.

perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (12) + 8 = 20

seeing the little flying creature just the other side of Paletress Seamus brings his crossbow to bare and calling out to the sword mistress as he fires Duck!

crossbow attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21 for damage: 1d8 ⇒ 4

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

will save: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 2 = 17 Sparhawk moves forward and takes his prerolled attack.

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

I presume you are going to move up Caan. Paletress is up.

Female Half-elf Urban Barbarian 1 / Mobile Fighter 2, HP 31/31

Effect of failed fort? Same as before?

Paletress continues moving forward, staggering forward out of sheer determination. "Hah... hah... hah..."

She pulls out another dagger, but at the last step she moves to the side, to let Seamus' bolt by unhindered. "Die... hah... wretched... hah... beast... hah..."

If staggered, she can move and draw to throw for next round, last five feet are on diagonal.

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

yes 1 round

Male Half-Orc Cleric of Groetus (Lvl 1)

I really miss being able to see the map.

Caan dismisses the fog and begins making his way towards the nearest dot of light.

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

Are you going to be without access permanently now? If so I need to find another means of posting it up.

Male Half-Orc Cleric of Groetus (Lvl 1)

Just business days.

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

Two of them cast dancing lights to mask their retreat as they fly off all injured. XP=120 each.

Retired to Taldor?

Seamus, seeing the creature he was shooting at fly off, calls out "Is everyone ok? Can you still see any of them?" as he takes a quick look around for any sign of the woodland folk.

perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19

Male Human Magus (Bladebound Eldritch Scion of Destiny) 2; HP 20/20, Init +0, AC 15/FF 15/T 10; F5+4, R +0, W +3; Per +4; CMB +4 CMD 13

Sparhawk tries to grab the one he sliced in melee range as it flies off. if able

grapple: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (11) + 3 = 14

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

They are making a withdrawl action so no AOO

Male Human Magus (Bladebound Eldritch Scion of Destiny) 2; HP 20/20, Init +0, AC 15/FF 15/T 10; F5+4, R +0, W +3; Per +4; CMB +4 CMD 13

Not being fast enough to give chase through the deep snow, Sparhawk grunts, returning as he sheaths his dagger.

Female Half-elf Urban Barbarian 1 / Mobile Fighter 2, HP 31/31

Paletress watches the faeriekin flee, gasping for breath amidst choked cackling. Once they are sufficiently gone from sight, she sets about retrieving her daggers while muttering curses and gingerly removing one tiny arrow from her neck and another from the crook of her sword arm.

"I don't... hah... like... hah... this forest... hah... ow..."

11/15 hp

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

Those that have taken non lethal damage need to keep track of it. You recover at the rate of 1 pt/hr. About time for another Fort Save this time DC 16 still +4 for winter gear. Let me know when you are ready to go on.

Retired to Taldor?

[occ]ready[/ooc]

I don't like this forest either, but I do want to rescue the lady Seamus nods his head, reloading the crossbow and returning to the bay gathering the lead rope. "Yes it's very frustrating, shall we press on?"

fort: 1d20 + 1 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 1 + 4 = 13

Female Half-elf Urban Barbarian 1 / Mobile Fighter 2, HP 31/31

Fortitude Save: 1d20 + 4 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 + 4 = 22

"If there is... hah... any healing to be dealt... hah... I could use a little."

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

The bonus for cold weather outfits is +5, not that it helps Seamus. Take non lethal: 1d6 ⇒ 2damage and are suffering from hypothermia (treat as fatigued).

Female Half-elf Urban Barbarian 1 / Mobile Fighter 2, HP 31/31

Paletress huffs out a puff of fog and looks around as she returns to the party. Noticing Seamus starting to shiver, she pulls out a torch and starts to light it up.

Survival: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (18) + 6 = 24 Granting an additional +2 to saves versus severe weather to all party members if moving at half speed, +4 if stationary.

"You will need this, heh." she hands the rogue the torch. "Out of the frying pan and in need of a fire, ha ha. Hold it close and warm up. Best get some food in you too, heh."

She looks around at the others. "We'll be needing to move a little more slowly, heh heh. Don't want our enthusiasm to kill us, heh."

Would the bonus for my survival check be able to apply for Seamus' roll? Would bring it up to 16, and honestly didn't think to be rolling that stuff until you mentioned it.

Male Human Magus (Bladebound Eldritch Scion of Destiny) 2; HP 20/20, Init +0, AC 15/FF 15/T 10; F5+4, R +0, W +3; Per +4; CMB +4 CMD 13

Sparhawk seems to shrug off the cold with willpower alone, moving to help those of the group who are not handling it as well. "Try to stay warm, neighbor," he says, offering his blanket to Seamus.
