Order # 2812903 Promo Cards?

Hi I ordered the ACG subscription starting with the base set + character add on. I got a weird message saying...

"Pathfinder Adventure Card Game—Promo Card: Fire Sneeze~ was removed from your shopping cart because it is not available. "

"Pathfinder Adventure Card Game—Promo Card: Poog of Zarongel~ was removed from your shopping cart because it is not available. "

Anyway after I refreshed the page the message was gone, I just wanted to confirm that both promo cards will be shipping along with my order?

I apologize for the confusion, I have made sure they will ship with the order. Please let me know if they are not in the box.

Hello Sara, my box arrived with only the base set and the character add on deck. There are no promo cards in the box... :(

I know the warehouse has started sliding the promo cards into the actual box of the Character Add-On Deck to help protect them during shipping. If they aren't in there, let me know.

Unfortunately the promo cards were not in the Character Add-On box. The only thing in the Add-On deck box was the 2 pre sealed stacks of Add-On cards.

Shoot! I've added replacements to your October shipment of the Skinsaw Murders Deck. I've also made sure they will be on the packing slip so they shouldn't get forgotten this time.
