one of the throne’s
foot manacles has been removed. Anyone who thinks to count
the links in the manacle chains finds that each of the
throne’s chains has 27 links, while the ones on the walls
have only 26

If I could roll a spellcraft that was over 5, that would definitely help identify it for sure, but no I don't think detect magic would.

since we're not resting up, Duhwoo will use up the remaining charges from his wand o' CLW:
8 charges of CLW: 8d8 + 8 ⇒ (5, 6, 1, 1, 4, 8, 4, 3) + 8 = 40
and one charge from his wand of CSW:
CSW: 3d8 + 5 ⇒ (4, 1, 7) + 5 = 17
that leaves him down 7 hit points, which he'll ignore...
then he sits in the throne, as bot'd -- but as soon as he notes the chill in the area, rather than get out of the anti-magic field, Duhwoo pulls out his bedroll and blanket and wraps up for warmth -- then sits on the throne again!

If it gets too cold even with the bedroll and blanket, Duhwoo will step away from the throne to where his Endure Elements kicks in again, of course..

It has a bunch of spell like abilities, but oddly flesh to stone is not usually one of them...
Infernal Wound
The damage a horned devil deals with its tail causes persistent wounds that deal 2d6 points of bleed damage. Bleeding caused in this way is difficult to staunch—a DC ?? Heal check stops the damage, and any attempt to heal a creature suffering from an infernal wound must succeed on a DC ?? caster level check or the spell does not function. Success indicates the healing works normally and stops all bleed effects.
Stun (Su)
Whenever a horned devil hits with a spiked chain attack, the opponent must succeed on a DC ?? Fortitude save or be stunned for 1d4 rounds. This ability is a function of the horned devil, not of the spiked chain. The save DC is Strength-based.

Duhwoo will activate his ring of Blinking, and fly up to it, drawing his sword as he moves -- and tumbling to avoid an AoO as he move in:

Assuming the fiend chooses to strike, or attempts to cast, Duhwoo will get an AoO against each strike(or one AoO against each attempt at casting, and Duhwoo has Step Up):
