Wabbit jumps down the trapdoor and races out past the air elemental. To his right, Wabbit sees an older elf with black hair and many earrings. He is standing next to a slender woman who's wearing a hooded robe and a facemask of simple linen. He is pouring some sort of magical energy from himself into her.

Furnok enters the mill and finds no one on this floor. There are many footsteps up above.

Yes, you can. It won't be a charge, though. Very interesting, I did not consider haste for this. Could have very interesting repercussions

IF the attack hits... immediate action using his Dirty trick Tattoo

Serpentine tattoo:
Tattoo, Serpentine
REPORT AD
Price 2,000 gp; Slot none; CL 1st; Weight —; Aura faint conjuration

DESCRIPTION

This sinuous tattoo appears to move when the bearer flexes his muscles.

Three times per day when the bearer makes a successful melee attack with a monk or performance weapon or an unarmed strike, he can cause the tattoo to lunge like a snake at the creature hit. This allows the bearer to perform a dirty trick combat maneuver as an immediate action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity.

dirty trick:
Dirty Trick
Source: PZO1115.

You can attempt to hinder a foe in melee as a standard action. This maneuver covers any sort of situational attack that imposes a penalty on a foe for a short period of time. Examples include kicking sand into an opponent’s face to blind him for 1 round, pulling down an enemy’s pants to halve his speed, or hitting a foe in a sensitive spot to make him sickened for a round. The GM is the arbiter of what can be accomplished with this maneuver, but it cannot be used to impose a permanent penalty, and the results can be undone if the target spends a move action. If you do not have the Improved Dirty Trick feat or a similar ability, attempting a dirty trick provokes an attack of opportunity from the target of your maneuver.

If your attack is successful, the target takes a penalty. The penalty is limited to one of the following conditions:

blinded, dazzled, deafened, entangled, shaken, or sickened.

This condition lasts for 1 round. For every 5 by which your attack exceeds your opponent’s CMD, the penalty lasts 1 additional round. This penalty can usually be removed if the target spends a move action. If you possess the Greater Dirty Trick feat, the penalty lasts for 1d4 rounds, plus 1 round for every 5 by which your attack exceeds your opponent’s CMD. In addition, removing the condition requires the target to spend a standard action.

deafened:
Deafened
A deafened character cannot hear. He takes a –4 penalty on initiative checks, automatically fails Perception checks based on sound, takes a –4 penalty on opposed Perception checks, and has a 20% chance of spell failure when casting spells with verbal components. Characters who remain deafened for a long time grow accustomed to these drawbacks and can overcome some of them.

IF the attack hits, the magic tattoo flows down his arms and 2 glowing bunnies twine up the casters body and slam into his ears

Wabbit punch!

What AoO were you trying to avoid, Wabbit? I didn't mention anyone with reach capabilities, and there's no one in your way.

Wabbit's attack just barely gets through the elf's magical shield, which looks like a short sword that attempts to parry Wabbit's waveblade. The two glowing bunnies twine up his body, but he ducks in time for the bunnies to collide into each other and poof out of existence. Whatever the spell was that he was casting, Wabbit disrupts it just before completion.

The robed woman says in a very strange voice "I leave now." and withdraws down the stairs, while the elf yells out "Wait! The spell wasn't complete! Come back here!" but the woman does not obey. With a barely contained rage, the elf turns on Wabbit. He begins casting a spell, but Wabbit takes the opportunity to try to strike him. Though the attack doesn't land, it's enough for the elf to lose concentration.

Someone from below begins to climb up the stairs and yells out "With one hand I give!" He draws a thin dagger known as a war razor, and his unholy symbol of Norgorber glows a murky red. He's wearing ornate robes overtop of something bulky, which Wabbit can only assume is armour of some kind. He's also wearing a mask that covers his face, and that mask looks like it's made out of human hide.

Dice Rolls:

Concentration: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (4) + 13 = 17
Cast defensively: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (4) + 13 = 17

I'll update what's going on below in just a second. I need (more) coffee.

Wasn't sure on the positioning of the robed woman in relation to the caster. THought Wabbit might be passing through a square she threatened. In the future I can withhold acrobatics rolls to avoid AOO until you ask for one.

Please choose how you'd like to handle this in the future
A)Wabbit includes an acro roll when I THINK it may be applicable
B)always include acro rolls when moving to attack
C)withhold rolls until you ask for it

Wabbit will pretty much always use acro as there is no penalty to attack associated with it... It simply is a harder check (-10) to use at full speed

Abdreste drops her native ability to become an air elemental, then walks to get a better view, intoning words of power and gesturing. "Sharpen and grow, bite the foe."

As she speaks her words, Skrate grows and morphs, his fur growing stripes, his claws and teeth extending, muscles thickening until the squirrel is transformed into a tiger of enormous proportions.

Andreste drops per round use of Elemental Body, walks forward a bit, and casts Beast Shape II using her share a spell ability to cast it on Skrate instead of herself, transforming him into a Dire Tiger.

Then Skrate rushes forward and pounces onto the elf, swinging two beefy claws and biting twice at the man.

Cleo comes in to tend to Gallus' wounds. "Oh! Thank you kindly."
Aggah jumps on Bacon's back with enthusiasm and gets ready to valiantly shoot all the things while boar surfing. Meanwhile, Janis casts a spell and disappears from sight.
Furnok heads up the stairs and takes the first look at his enemies. He recognizes each one, though they're now wearing black cultist robes. Crossbow is brandishing a heavy crossbow outfitted with steel gears and loaded with a gray glowing bolt. He's wearing a mask made of human skin. Bill doesn't look nearly as dangerous, though he's also wearing a mask. It's his positioning above Furnok on the stairs that's the concern. Darts and Duckling aren't wearing masks. They seem to be lesser ranking. It's unclear if there's anyone else inside the large room on this level.
You and Bill both have soft cover from each other, but you are in melee range with him now. You probably still have 45ft of movement, and a standard action.

Gallus runs up behind Furnok and tries to poke at the feet of Bill. The angle is a little awkward, but the longspear gets past the railing and right into Bill's thigh. Gallus leans into the strike, putting every bit of weight and muscle into it. Pictus comes in behind Gallus. Saila casts a spell on herself, creating a shield of silver energy. Then she moves in.

Unfortunately, Bill is a human

I like that game a lot. It can really get you to think about what it means to be human, and what our purpose is, if any.

Furnok needs to take a step back to bash Bill with his hammer, but when he takes that step, Bill unsheathes a dagger and slashes Furnok. The cut itself is negligeable, but suddenly Furnok feels a shock of pain. That blade was poisoned. In retaliation, he smashes Bill in the stomach, nearly killing him.
Furnok takes a total of 16 damage. He can make a DC16 Heal check as a free action to identify the poison.

The heavy crossbow looses a bolt at incredible speed, but it impales the wall behind Furnok. A little explosion of white vapour escapes the hole in the wall, but it won't hurt Furnok, whatever it was. The half elf takes a step back and clumsily tosses a dart in Furnok's general direction. Duckling ducks inside and around the corner, while Bill withdraws up the stairs. The heavy crossbow's steel gears crank the drawstring back quickly, letting its handler load up.

-----------------------------------

Up top, the priest comes up and tries to cast a spell on the elf, but he loses concentration as Wabbit tries to attack. The elf manages to cast a spell, and imbues his hand with dark magic. With a touch on the tiger, its fur begins to fall off and it loses a lot of weight.
Skrate takes 14 damage, negative energy.

A spell is cast from below, and both the priest and the elf gain a shield of swirling energy. A half elf man, wearing a robe and mask, comes up the stairs and leaps from railing to railing to get around, potentially to end up flanking or getting in Andreste's face. He's armed with a short sword and a hand crossbow.
He does not seem to notice that he's right in front of Janis. He's using the wall for cover.

In addition, removing the condition requires the target to spend a standard action.

deafened:
:

Wabbit's first strike slips through the various magical shields protecting the caster and slices into his side. The second strike is dodged by a step backwards, but Wabbit seizes the advantage by leaping forward and powering through with a stab right into the throat. The elf gargles up blood in some vain attempt to speak, then collapses dead.

"FATHER! NOOOOO!" the priest standing next to him cries out in agony. The half-elf next to Janis looks terribly shaken.

------------------------

Gallus moves around Furnok to stab the assassin called Crossbow. Though there's some awkwardness around the door getting in the way, Gallus gets a good stab into the assassin's side. Pictus runs up the stairs and sees Bill at the top. He gets a much weaker stab into that man. Saila is bringing up the rear, unable to really be of much use at the moment.

------------------------

The half-elf tries to stab Janis, but his defensive posture and his fear stop him from posing much of a threat. The priest retreats slightly and points to Janis "Kill your allies!" It seems to grab hold of Janis' mind. A bloodlust fills the sophisticated rogue.
Next turn, Janis must make a single melee attack against his nearest ally. The ally is not flat footed.

Two male human cultists attack over the railing at Pictus with whips, but Pictus easily dodges both attacks. He may not have Gallus' strength, but he's insanely light on his feet. Then the Gnomish priestess next to Bill yells out "Kill your allies!" Pictus' composure changes, and he turns around to look at Furnok. Bill withdraws further, and Crossbow withdraws further into the room he's already in.

Everyone's turn.

Andreste once again manipulates magical energies, speaking in dark tones words of power. As she does so, she begins blinking in and out of the material plane, phasing in and out, appearing and disappearing. She surges forward, stepping through the wall to the other side of the man in the hall, brandishing her dagger.

@Wabbit: He was originally in the space you'd be moving to, so you'd end up occupying the same space before he'd take his step. So the answer is no.

@Janis: Very tricky situation. If Andreste was slightly farther away I would simply say that this is an overrun action or an acrobatics check against the Half-Elf in order to get to Andreste. The difficulty is that you'd end up occupying the same space as him. So in this circumstance, I think it's technically more appropriate for this to be a reposition maneuver. Since your real enemy is Andreste, I will argue that you cannot try to reposition the Half-Elf over the railing. Normally it wouldn't be allowed anyways, but we have the THIS IS SPARTA homebrew rule in effect. So I'm going to take your attack roll and treat it as a CMB.

Janis shoves the Half-Elf to the side as he storms forward to the blinking Andreste, but not before he takes a minor slash to the side. By the time he reaches her, he shakes his head and snaps out of the enchantment.
Janis takes 7 damage

Furnok runs into the room, but there's no one to be found. He does see that one of the wooden lids overtop of the wood chute has been moved, but there's also the four spaces in the ceiling that they could have fled through. He will have to choose.
Furnok would remember that those holes in the ceiling have something to do with lumber being cut above and dropped into bins at the bottom. At the moment all the bins at the bottom have been moved. He can try to climb up above with a DC15 climb check. If he would prefer to jump down the chute which leads to the river, he will need an acrobatics check for fall damage.

Cleo, Bacon, and Aggah all move into the queue. Cleo doesn't realize that there's someone on the staircase above her, and the priest of Norgorber is equally as surprised. He tries to slash at her with this war-razor, but he can't reach the Halfling with such a short reach weapon and the cover of the railing.

Corp Pictus drops his longspear and draws his longsword. He stares a Aggah with a blank look, then tries to attack her! She though that Pictus was an ally, but no! Thankfully the sword thrust had very little power to it, and Aggah's armour protects her from the attack. At that moment, Pictus snaps out of it and yells "F#&*! Shit! I didn't mean it!"
Aggah can make a DC20 Sense Motive check to realize that Pictus is not actually an enemy. If she gets a 25, she also realizes that it was a mind-control spell and he's snapped out of it.

Gallus runs in after Furnok. It looks like he's going to follow the man's lead, whichever he takes.
Saila brings up the rear and spies the feet of that Gnomish priest on the floor above. She casts a spell which sends three little arrows of force into the Gnome's feet. It doesn't look like it was particularly effective.

Wabbit's turn. I'd like to hear from Furnok, who probably has about 45ft of movement and a standard action remaining. Gallus will follow his lead. Aggah probably has a standard action left if she wants to use it.

Now that everyone is off the 1st floor. Let's all use the 'Second floor to Rookery map, please.

Furnok and Gallus decide to hold their ground rather than race upwards into what would likely be a trap.

The half elf keeps on the defensive with a lackluster strike against Janis. He's so completely focused that he fails to see Skrate turn around and pounce on him. He's torn apart in mere seconds.

The human priest steps back and successfully concentrates while casting a spell. Wabbit feels the magical force field around his body break down prematurely. The Gnomish priestess yells out "Wildman, get the hell out of here before I melt your face off!" One of the whip-bearing cultists quickly stammers "Yes brother Mumbles" and exits behind the door with Bill running through right behind. Her eyes turn black as night, and she clearly and calmly prays "Father Skinsaw. My blade seeks the blood of your command. Grant me the power to destroy the non-believers." A pulse of energy surges from the priestess, black and painful. Everyone non-cultist in the area feels their joints seize, their vision darken, and their skin crawl.
Wabbit's mage armour has been dispelled. Pictus, Skrate, Bacon, and Saila take 11 negative energy damage. Cleo, Wabbit, and Aggah take 5 instead.
The last whip-bearing cultist cracks it in Cleo's direction, but her armour easily deflects the attack.

Andreste can only see three enemies at this time (or 4 if from Aggah's point of view). Two of them bend to her magic, but the man fighting Wabbit is especially strong-willed. It's clear he's willing to fight to the death to avenge his 'father'.
Aggah snarls at Pictus, but she stops attacking him. Pictus is feeling the pressure, but he presses on to fight. He brazingly pushes forward past Cleo, provoking strikes from both priests. This is where Pictus shows his strength, not in power of striking (which you will notice in just a second), but in nimbly dodging both very accurate slashes. If only he could handle a sword with nearly as much dexterity. At least the whip-bearing cultist is completely paralyzed.
