Outflank

Furnok skillfully climbs to the top. If it were daytime (and also not a cultist gathering night), this place would be thick with sawdust. However, most of the blades and machinery have been removed, and the floor has been mostly cleaned. It is this room that has the windows that Janis was staring through, and it was here that the gathering was conducted.
However, Furnok doesn't get time to think much about it, when two blades and a crossbow bolt all fly towards him. Thankfully he sees them all coming, which saves him from a lot of pain. He feels a war-razor slice at his lower back, a short sword smack him uselessly on the head, and a crossbow bolt hit him in the chest like a log. Suddenly, he yawns, and kneels onto the floor to take a quick nap. Gallus looks at the brave man suddenly get ambushed and collapse, so he says "Ohkay there, mister Furnok sir, I think that's enough adventuring for the moment..." He gently pulls Furnok back down to the first story and lets him lie on the table.
Furnok takes 16 damage and falls asleep.

Wabbit steps in and gets a great slash into the human priest. He's really starting to look bloody and worried. Saila sends another spray of missiles at the Gnomish priest, but it doesn't make much difference. "I can't heal you when you're way up there, Pictus! You'll have to come back."

From the door near Bacon and Aggah, Gallus yells "Furnok got hit pretty hard! He's been magicked asleep! What do I do?"

Janis' turn. You've got quite a bit of movement and a standard action remaining.

This won't work out, because of some (very understandable) map confusion. So Janis was originally on the Workshop floor, which you could think of as Third Story. He was on the railing overlooking the staircase headed down to the Second Story. At that moment, if Janis were to somehow sink through the floorboards, he would have landed on the priest that Wabbit was fighting. If he leaps off the railing, he would land ontop of Wabbit. You'll notice that Wabbit has 2 portraits. One is on the Second Story portion, and the other is on the Workshop portion. This choice is deliberate. Since Wabbit is on the staircase, his character technically appears on both maps.
The next issue is about flanking. The priest is (very deliberately) in a corner to prevent flanking. This is something I do for enemies that are tactically inclined. He is surrounded by walls, Wabbit, Pictus, and Cleo. There's no space open to fight properly in melee, and no way to flank. I would be willing to make a concession since you can fly, you could hover above Wabbit and still technically be in melee. It would be a bit difficult to represent that from our top-down perspective, but we've done a similar thing with Aggah riding Bacon. It still wouldn't be flanking. Your other options are to use a ranged or reach weapon, or to attack a different target. Your ability to fly does allow you to hover in that open space next to Cleo which is an open chute that goes all the way to the ground floor.

For Furnok, I noticed that you had positioned your character by the wooden lid that was moved. This I described as leading to a chute that goes straight down (and eventually into the river). Since you said you wanted to go up instead, I had you move through the openings in the ceiling, which I couldn't really illustrate from our top-down map. Now that you've gotten a glimpse of the floor above, you'll see where the openings were.
As another side note: You beat that climb check by an excess of 20.

You won't be able to land, but the rest works.

Janis flips over the railing and hovers right above Wabbit, which works surprisingly well thanks to the heroic Halfling's height. Janis stabs downwards on an angle to the priest's face, and the rapier blade completely bypasses the strange shield. It's not a particularly powerful strike, since Janis relies more on subtlety for his attacks, but this priest can't stand much more anyways.

Both priests channel prayers to Father Skinsaw, and more of everyone's flesh withers and dies. Pictus is so terribly affected that he falls over unconscious, while the cultist in Cleo's spell also withers somewhat. Surely he'd have something to say about it, if he could speak.
Janis and Wabbit take 11 damage, Cleo takes 13 damage, Andreste takes 7 damage, Aggah and Bacon take 9 damage. Pictus is bleeding out and unconscious, Saila was hurt but not down.

The cranking of gears can be heard above Furnok, and plenty of footsteps, but no one comes down or even looks in the holes. They are likely setting up another ambush.

Wabbit can feel the resistance from that ever-warping shield, which for whatever reason seems to have no effect on Andreste or Janis. This priest is powerful. He clearly has the power to drain the life of so many people. Think of what he could do in a crowded marketplace? After fighting him in this awkward position for so long, Wabbit finally cuts him down. The priest watches as his lifeblood drips down the wooden floorboards, until his eyes glaze over.

Gallus watches Cleo dash in and out with her healing magic, but it seems like Furnok is not waking up. He yells out
"Saila, er Sergeant! Would you please tell me why Furnok isn't waking up!? He's not dead."
Saila yells back
"It's a spell! Just wake him up like he's drunk!"
Gallus ponders this as he nervously grips his spear.
"Alright, Mister Furnok, sir. I'm afraid I'll have to disturb your sleep."
SLAP
"Welcome back, Mister Furnok, welcome back to this hellhole."

Furnok, Janis, and Aggah's turn. Cleo has already dedicated her next Standard Action for next round.

I thought the healing of Furnok was for last round, you stating she still had a standard left. Then this round she bolt up to the one needing healing which she should be able to get to due to haste, as you pointed out, and healing as the standard. No worries if I have it wrong, just asking.

Janis can see the surprising glee found on the Gnome's face when he stabs her from the air. "Oh yeah? You wanted to kill too? We could've been friends, you know."
Pictus and Furnok both stand up and take up their weapons.

Meanwhile Saila runs down to where Furnok is and casts a spell on him. She says "This is temporary, but it should help. Be careful, alright? I can't do much more than this for you."
Furnok gains 20 temporary hit points.
Gallus whispers to Furnok "Hey, I will go up with you at the same time. They can't handle the both of us."

With Bacon having run off from under her, Aggah gets impatient. She wants to shoot something! But all this stairs fighting is yuck, so she decides to do something a little risky. She runs up the stairs and kicks off of Cleo's back, soaring backwards to the higher floor. She turns around midair and grabs hold of the balcony railing. Then, just barely, Aggah manages to pull herself up by scrambling and hops over the edge.

The Gnome channels another devastating wave of impure energy, with Pictus and Andreste taking the worst of it. The cultist who's been trapped by Cleo's spell finally breaks free!
Pictus and Andreste take 13 negative energy damage. Janis, Cleo, Wabbit, and Aggah take 6.
Pictus is at 1hp.

Furnok hears a voice above say "Are they coming up, or did they go around?" A loud SHHHHHHHH!! is heard right after.

Yeah I'm getting that feeling too. I'm seeing some strange actions from Janis and Andreste as well.

Okay, so we've got the first story, the second story, the workshop (which is the third story), and the rookery (which you could consider the fourth story).
Red arrow staircases are headed down, while yellow arrow staircases are headed up. It's possible to be on two maps if you're on the stairs, because those squares overlap. So for instance, Wabbit is on both the 2nd story and the workshop maps, because he's on the staircase that links the two together.

The grey area that Janis is currently on is open space. You can fall down that open space to the very bottom. Since Janis can fly, I've got him floating.

On the first story you'll see two wooden square planks. These are lids to two chutes that lead down into the river. They're for bringing up logs, but for our purposes you can think of them as very quick and slightly dangerous ways to drop into the river.

You'll see four grey squares within the main room of the Second Story. These are openings in the ceiling used to transfer cut lumber from the second story to the first story. As a DC10 climb check, you can climb up from the first story to the second story through these openings.
Almost all of the remaining enemies are in the main room of the second story. The only exceptions are the Gnomish priest and the whip-user, both of which are just outside the door of the Second Story.

It is possible that Andreste is mistaking Pictus' portrait for the Gnomish priest's.

This is absolutely correct. However, they could still jump out the windows of the Second Story if they so choose. Still, that's 30ft to fall. (Trust me on the math, I don't like the conflicting terms 'story' and 'floor').

Wabbit easily avoids the attack from the whip-user cultist, as well as the gnome priest's blade. While the cultist thinks he's safe with his back to the wall, the small Wabbit proves him wrong by sliding down the wall and staying underfoot. He stabs with his waveblade into the man's kidney, not quite killing him, but it's a life-threatening wound. His eyes are wide with panic, and it looks like he'll try to flee.
He's got 5hp left.

Meanwhile Andreste pushes past Pictus to attack the Gnomish priest. It's a good hit, but the priest refuses to go down.

Aggah jumps in there with her long spear and stabs the whip-user in the chest. If only for her small frame, she's not quite able to kill him, and this annoys the little goblin.
Janis ignores the less important cultist, and focuses on the priest. Unfortunately his rapier fails to pierce through the Gnome's armour underneath. Pictus notices this, and with his off hand helps Janis drive the rapier through the armour. It still isn't enough to kill her.
Cleo helps heal Pictus, while Furnok races up the stairs, hauls himself over the railing like Aggah did, and strides right to the front door. Bacon and Gallus stay below in case any assassins decide to 'drop in'. Saila gives Gallus a bit of extra health, then moves up the stairs to join the rest.

The man who's been attacked by Wabbit and Aggah falls to his knees. "Please, don't kill me. I surrender. I surrender! I'll do anything you say."
The Gnome barely even looks at him.
"Then die."
She mutters a prayer to Norgorber, and suddenly a ghostly energy seeps out the man's mouth, nose, and eyes. It tries to go up through the ceiling, but the priest rips it down and drinks it without remorse.
Cleo, that man's soul shall never reach the afterlife, as long as the priest lives.

Cleo's healing energy nearly undoes all the rot and agony both of those priests did combined. Furnok kicks open the door and rushes in to strike. He notices the immediate threats immediately, which is crucial to avoid life-threatening attacks from these assassins. He takes a pretty heavy shot from Crossbow that sticks into his chest and burns painfully, but Bill's attack is barely even a scratch. Furnok strikes Bill in the shoulder, but not with enough force to really cause more than pain.
Furnok takes 13 damage. Since he's well aware that Crossbow is using special bolts, he's pretty sure this one is meant to burn painfully if it remains lodged in his chest. Getting it out with a heal check is required. Magical healing does not solve the problem.

Andreste's fireball absolutely incinerates the vast majority of the assassins in the room. Only four remain standing. Furnok and Wabbit take a little heat, but nothing to worry about.

Wabbit runs into the room, now littered with singed bodies. He decides to opt for the last whip-using cultist, who looks very wounded. His stab is excellent, but the force behind it is lacking just enough to be a fatal wound.

Meanwhile, Aggah comes in right behind Wabbit. She strikes the woman nearby, but the wound to her arm is very minor. The woman in question grins so wide that it's readily apparent under her mask, and Aggah gets the sense that she's just poked a big threat.

Janis uses his flying capabilities to sneak from underneath the railing. He pops up unexpectedly and immediately throws a dagger over Aggah's head at the woman. It's a solid hit, as the dagger slices through part of the mask and into the woman's cheek. She makes a noise like a combination of a scream and a growl, painful yet filled with rage. A barrage of missiles comes in from Saila, and they batter the woman even further. She's mere inches from death, but it's not enough. She fights on!
"Pictus! Finish her off, quick!"
"Yes Sergeant, I'll uhm don't do that fire thing again while I'm in there okay?"
Corporal Pictus nimbly steps over Aggah and slashes clumsily at the woman, who easily parries the attack and gets ready to take advantage of the opening. With both war razors, she hacks and slashes many times against Pictus, but his chainmail protects him from almost all the strikes. One minor brush up did draw blood, but the wound looks superficial.
Meanwhile, the man fighting Wabbit draws a poisoned dagger and tries to stab him to no avail. A crossbow bolt is released with a Slank! and suddenly Andreste feels the cold sensation of blood running down her side. She tries to scream out in pain, but for some strange reason her pain is unheard. Then she realizes that the bolt must have a silence effect.
The priest-looking man casts a spell upon Furnok, trying to sow doubt in his mind, but Furnok is stalwart and unafraid.
Pictus takes 4 damage, Andreste takes 11 damage and is silenced for 5 rounds. Furnok takes 2 damage from his burning chest.
