Dilana starts whistling to herself and follows Figgy in.
"Hope there are not more of those, I can't cast that again today. This place is too small."
She looks at all the gear but as normal decides to have no interest.
Not sure why I just don't care about all the technology. Maybe at some point it will speak to me.

Figgy The door is not trapped, but is unpowered and will require either being broken by forced, or coaxed open with a Disable device.
Olimpia gives it a try, taking 20 she opens it easily.
P5. Bridge.
A massive black window, spiderwebbed with hundreds of cracks, graces the western wall of this chamber, half-buried under rubble and twisted metal. Curved consoles of strange controls line the walls, with three chairs made of an unidentifiable offwhite material facing them. A figure dressed in red fabric of an unusually fine weave sits slumped over the console in the westernmost chair.
As fresh air rushes into the now opened room the mummified figure slumps in it's chair and slowly disintegrates as time catches up to it. Leaving little but dust and a few bones in the red suit it wears.

Raktar, Figgy & Olimpia You are all staggered this round as your mind is swept into a terrifying vision. You relive the last moments of this ship as it hurtled burning from the skies to it's death on the merciless earth.
As the body crumbles away, its soul rises up from its remains in a seething vortex of shadows and crimson dust, coalescing into a vaguely humanoid shape with long, thin fingers that wisp away into smoke.
As it manifests, it cries out in despair and pain as it drifts forward to attack.
It darts forward and lunges at Figgy
Incorporeal Touch: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12
Figgy feels a bone numbing chill as the fingers just brush his clothing without wounding him.
The party may now act.
Jeremiah Johnston
he looked at the loot and asked the smarter ones in the group, "You think any of it will be useful to me?"
JJ gave it a quick once over before giving his impressions. "Not likely, big guy. The grenade launcher here is a good find, but it's slow to shoot. You'd swing your sword or fire your pistol faster than you'd be able to use this thing twice. Even I'd need a bit of training before I can expect to hit something with it. Grenades would be good if you've got a decent throwing arm though." He replied before hearing the sounds of trouble.
"Hold that thought..." He said as he proceeded forward a bit... only to be hampered by the line heading for the cockpit. "STUPID ASS SMALL HALLWAYS! WAS THIS SHIP MADE BY HALFLINGS FROM SPACE!?"
Move 15feet. Not much for me to do because of the line. Good luck Raktar, Olimpia, and Figgy.
GM Red Box
Dilana snorts in frustration with again not being able to see.
"See if it will follow you back here. There is a little more room."
Olimpia Beta II
Nearly overcome by the vision, Olympia hears a call to move back to provide more room so she withdraws as her only action this round. Can someone move me back next to Diana? I cannot move the icons on an iPad.
Dilana Hemlock
*sigh* I miss my addon.
Raktar Garnok
The sensation of his impending destruction knocks Raktar back, hampering his ability to react to the appearance of a spirit.
Knowledge (religion): 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9
He couldn't even identify the spirit, his mind clouded as it was by visions of fire and death. He staggered backwards, unable to think or act with any purpose but keeping his hammer at the ready to defend himself.

His blow hits the Wraith and slightly damages the incorporeal thing.
The Wraith responds by lashing out at Roga

Flailing poorly and not connecting with Roga.
The party may now act.

With no view to really even see what is going on Dilana stays in the back waiting to see if needed.

With the death of the Wraith you can all feel the chill energies which had infected the wreck start to fade. The cause of the lingering necromantic taint now removed.
Loot:
A timeworn mind burner (9 charges),
A Red scatter light suit,
A envoy's mouthpiece,
A fully functional piece of cybertech: A skillslot.
Any attempt to examine the envoy's mouthpiece triggers its playback feature, causing it to play the following short message, spoken in Androffan-this message repeats each time the playback button is pressed.
" This is the final report of salvage module Chrysalis, Captain Yurian Valako reporting. Divinity is lost; the rest of the ship's crew is presumed dead or worse. The surviving crew of Chrysalis and I are boarding a launch and will attempt an emergency landing, but without AI control, the prospects of a safe landing are minimal. I've secured an inhibitor facet-if I can install it into the Unity interface, it should disable the AI's security long enough for us to reclaim control and perhaps even signal for help from home. I'm boarding the launch now, and will append further reports after our successful landing."
The last of Yurian's treasures is tucked away in one of the pockets of his scatterlight suit The inhibitor facet mentioned in his mouthpiece recording.
With that you have secured all of Scrapwall aside from the territory controlled by the Lords of Rust. Leaving them the only things left for you to deal with.
You may now level up.
New tech added to the New tech link.

"This suit will reflect some of the beam weapons that are used here instead of the regular bullet like ones. The Mind burner will cause headaches and weaken someones will and cause their eyes to water so badly they cannot see properly." Figgy says while gathering up the gear. "This." Figgy holds up the Skillslot, goes in your brain and helps you be better at skills you are already good at."[/b]
Dilana Hemlock
Dilana picks up the red suit and smiles. "Its pretty." before putting it back down with a shrug.
"I agree. I would like to be rested and contemplate some of the spells that just popped into my head before confronting them. As far as the gear goes, not much seems useful to me."
GM_DBH
Returning to Dinvaya's chapel is surprisingly easy for you now. Any groups or gangs you see move away from the party without trying to ambush or challenge you.
Dinvaya welcomes you back cordially. "You have an invitation." She informs you. Your actions and defeat of both the Smilers and the Manticore, as well as your defeating the others gangs you have encountered has raised your Scrapworth enough for the Lords of Rust to invite you to compete in the Scrapmaster's arena.
You may rest and recover here.
What are you doing now?
Dilana Hemlock
"Dinvaya, this arena thing? Is this normal? A fight as reward for doing well. These people seem like monsters so I don't mind just wondering."
GM_DBH
You can take a few days for crafting. Up to 5 or so days wouldn't be a problem right now.
"Mmmm. Yes." Dinvaya nods. "You reputation has grown enough that the small fry are avoiding you. Which means the Lords are now curious and want to see you for themselves. Either to offer you membership, or deal with you before you become too dangerous."
Jeremiah Johnston
JJ went over the intriguing deal in his head. Since no one could use the equipment, it seemed like a generous offer. Hell, more than generous since JJ had an idea on how much profit was at stake. "Sound like a deal. You won't see me complain about the loss of that hulky thing."
GM_DBH
You can use the workshop. Now she has a new inspiration Dinvaya is busy sketching designs for her new Golem and working out how to fit the Grenade launcher and keep it charged? "Oooh, and targeting is important!" She mutters, scratching a note. "Certainly don't want explosives being fired off blindly!"
Jeremiah Johnston
"We can craft more before and after we head back to Torch." JJ states as he ponders aloud. "What we should do is get as much information about the Lords of Rust as we can gather. If my personal war with the Technic League taught me anything, it's that information on your enemy is more valuable than gold. The more we know, the more prepared we will be."
Dilana Hemlock
"Um... should we send an envoy to tell them we are coming or something? Let them know to expect us but to hold their horses? I look pretty harmless so could go and fly off if there is trouble. Just a thought."
She looks at JJ.
"If we need time to gather information. Like Dinvaya just said targeting it good. Personally I am for killing them all for what they tried to do to my town." she shifts uncomfortable at her own comment "I mean they should die right?"
GM_DBH
Dinvaya gave you all the info you needed back on PG31.
On Hellion.
Dinvaya is primarily concerned with Hellion, his priests' ability to wield divine magic makes her worry that some greater force is at work. The idea that an actual god dwells within Scrapwall has occurred to her, but such a possibility seems so outlandish and frightening that she
fears to put it into words-if you moot such an idea out loud, she shushes them and warns them that if there is indeed a god dwelling in Scrapwall and ruling the Lords of Rust, it's probably best not to speak out loud about it.
On the Lords of rust.
This gang comprises a motley group of creatures, but the majority are ores, androids, and ratfolk. The bulk of these gang members dwell in the rubble and ruins throughout the Lords of Rust territories or in the
nooks and crannies of Scrapmaster's Arena-few actually live in the gang's headquarters, but as long as the Lords of Rust remain dominant and you don't threaten them, these low-ranking members will certainly rush to bolster the headquarters' defenses. In all, the Lords of Rust number several hundred strong.
Scrapmaster's Arena: Every few days, the Lords of Rust invite those who have caught their attention to audition for membership in the gang. Such auditions consist of fights in Scrapmaster's Arena, usually against groups of gang members or captured monsters, but sometimes against the troll Helskarg herself Those who survive these fights are granted membership in the gang, while those who don't are generally eaten. The arena fights are known to be unfair and cruel.
Draigs: The ettin Draigs wields two spiky chains with unnerving grace in combat. She's the thug and executioner for the leadership-the one Hellion calls upon to mete out punishment to those who sin against Hellion.
Helskarg: The troll Helskarg is a garrulous creature and something of the front face of the Lords. She guards the entrance to the gang's lair, but more importantly, she orchestrates the fights in the Scrapmaster's Arena.
Kulgara: After Meyanda's loss, Kulgara seized control of the gang as its commander, and now ranks just under Hellion. She increasingly sees the Lords of Rust as her own gang.
Meyanda: This android was once the high priestess of Hellion and the leader of the Lords of Rust, and her loss has thrown the gang into disarray-though none outside of the gang miss her cruelty. Her leadership duties have been split between Kulgara and Nalakai.
Nalakai: With the loss of Meyanda, Nalakai is the most powerful cleric of Hellion remaining in Scrapwall. Vexed by Kulgara's cocky attitude and growing hunger for power, Nalakai hopes to find proof that Kulgara intends to betray Hellion so that he can engineer her demise and replace her in the role of commander of the Lords of Rust.
Zagmaander: The most mysterious Lord of Rust is the crimson-skinned monster Zagmaander, who is something of a local bogeyman. Zagmaander serves Hellion as an enforcer and assassin, and even the other Lords of Rust leaders fear her.
Dinvaya thinks that due to your high scrapworth Helskarg will take you on herself in combat. It also means that the small fry will not interfere if you kill Helskarg and take the chance to enter the Lords of rust complex. Which is set to one side of the arena.
The arena has it's entrance of the west and the complex on the east. Defeating Helskarg would be enough to keep all but the most fanatical of the Lords of rust out of the fighting. Otherwise you'lll be scrapping with a lot of scum, and numbers can add up to something nasty.
Raktar Garnok
"Playing their game will weaken them if we can kill Hellion's most powerful servants, and it gives us easy access to their stronghold," Raktar suggests. "I think we should just show up unannounced, then they won't have time to prepare for us."
Jeremiah Johnston
"Playing their game will weaken them if we can kill Hellion's most powerful servants, and it gives us easy access to their stronghold," Raktar suggests. "I think we should just show up unannounced, then they won't have time to prepare for us."
"Admittedly, it does sound like a practical idea." JJ commented as he was cleaning his guns, gathering his thoughts. "Still... these a$$holes deserve to be humiliated in front of everyone that fears them. I'd rather answer the challenge face on and let them lose any credibility they have. Then, we clean them out for good."

Scrap master's Arena
An enormous battlefield sprawls here a fighting arena that measures several hundred feet in diameter, ringed by mounds of junk and refuse stacked in tiers for seating. The ring has an arched opening in its westernmost end to allow access to the arena, while against the eastern side, a large metallic structure akin to a squat tower protrudes from the hard-packed earth. A wooden stairway wraps around the tower's sides, and a twentyfoot- tall stage protrudes from its western facade, overlooking the arena below.
The Arena is Area L on the map. The Lords base is Q. You can only show up when a fight is scheduled. Which you are doing thanks to Dinvaya's silver raven delivering messages for you to set up the day you wish to fight.
Got all your preparations done? Let me know and we'll go to combat.
The arena measures 400 feet in diameter; it's a roughly circular area of open ground with low mounds of junk scattered about in order to break up the battlefield and provide cover. Normally, the ring is unoccupied, but during fights, the bulk of the Lords of Rust's members fill the seats-a raucous mix of orcs, ratfolk, and humans eager to see blood spilled.
Dilana Hemlock
"That should work, embarrass them and then get payback for Torch. We can go home even bigger heroes then we left."
Dilana is ready to move when the others are. She spends some time making notes for her future creations but is not going to try and start anything.
Olimpia Beta II
Does anyone know how the arena works? Will it be all of us against a single troll, and what do we know about that troll? Any terrain issues? Any rules? Can be buff before the start? What are the bounds? Is flight ok? Perhaps we should try to gather information before we proceed.

While Olimpia asked, JJ hit the books, trying to learn about trolls themselves and how to best fight them.

What you learn when you try to cheat by researching your opponent.
Helskarg is a female Troll fighter. She likes to start combat in her chariot, pulled by her two pet Ogres. She fights at first with her Auto-grapnel, then moves in to finish opponents off with her claws and fangs. She is common Troll, so fire and acid are her weaknesses.
GM_DBH
Helskarg welcomes you to the arena, she seems to be more interested in boasting and showing off to the audience than actually getting the fight started.
You can begin combat. Helskarg is currently waving to the crowd and her chariot is moving slowly towards you.
Map up top of the arena.
Raktar Garnok
GM - is there time for spellcasting before combat begins? Got a lot of buffs to cast!
Dilana Hemlock
As they enter the arena Dilana begins the question her earlier confidence in this plan. Quickly she mutters a prayer calling magical armor to protect her. That complete she retrieves the Ray of Exhaustion from her wrist sheath.
Preparations complete Dilana shrugs and starts to wave to the crowd too and even goes so far as to blow kisses to the assembled masses thinking she is at least more appealing then a troll.
Figgy Greasefitter
Figgy hands potions to Olimpia, Raktar and JJ.
"Invisibility, Strength and more grace, these will help you out a lot. I will hang back and try to bomb as I can." Figgy pulls out some new bombs, after a second figgy gets and idea, pulling out some heavy looking Liquid he doses Raktar and Olimpia's armors. "This will help you take less damage
DR 2/- for 10 minutes
Raktar Garnok
Figgy - an infusion of bull's strength I take it?
Don't worry about whatever gives DR, I already get the same from my armour being adamantine.
While the combat arena is being prepared Raktar takes time to use his magic to assist himself and his friends.
I'll cast protection from technology, shield of faith and lead blades on myself. I'll gather everyone around and cast bless on us all.
Olimpia - would keen edge on one of your swords be of use?
Does anyone else want a shield of faith for a +3 deflection bonus to AC?
AC 19, touch 13, flat-footed 19 (+5 armour, +3 deflection, +1 natural armour)
Speed: 30 ft
Fort: +5 (+4 vs disease), Ref: +2, Will: +5 (+1 vs fear from bless, +1 to all on effects vs technological objects and creatures with the robot subtype)
Conditions: bless, bull's strength, lead blades, shield of faith, protection from technology
Melee attack (+1 earthbreaker): +9 (+3 BAB, +3 Str, +1 enhancement, +1 bless, +2 bull's strength, -1 Power Attack)
Melee Damage (+1 earthbreaker): 3d6+11 (+4 Str, +1 enhancement, +3 bull's strength, +3 Power Attack)
Olimpia Beta II
What grants that DR? Its nice and I am just curious. And heck yea, Keen Edge would be sweet. that makes her sword crit on a 15+20. And extra AC is always welcome. After shooting her musket once Olimpia will likely be in melee.
Olimpia activates her Proximity Helmet, drinks the invisibility infusion, casts shield, activates her gravity clip, and causes her primary weapon to flame. Ogers first I'd think. If we take one down and its still in the harness I am not sure how the other will pull the chariot.
Dilana Hemlock
"Figure to weaken an ogre and then their boss. If I can fatigue the ogres the chariot will be less useful."

"I will try to bomb the Troll while you all deal with the ogres?" Figgy says fingering a vial that is red and green in colour.
"Bomb the ogres first, you'll hit more targets that way and she'll be a sitting duck on that wagon. Besides, you're not the only one that wants to burn that troll." JJ says as he raises his inferno pistol and surveys his surroundings. "Also, don't rely on the cover too much. She wouldn't be having a chariot going round in here if she didn't think it would do us any good."
