the game is already dragging a lot without the loss of players.
It took 2 years to do the first of 11 modules.
considering that in a month I will return to Italy for 2 months and I don't know yet for sure the status of my internet presence, I really can't foresee things going smoothly with 2 players down, so here is my proposal.
we stop for now. I'll make my documents and move to the us indefinitely, then, if you are still interested, we either resume this game or restart a savage tide but in a different format, probably through fantasy grounds (I'll make sure to have the ultimate edition by then so you don't have to buy anything)
p.s. playing through fantasy grounds, 3 hours a week even with frequent pauses and missed games, especially in the summer took 2 years to do the whole thing, not just part 1 of 11
Your idea sounds good to me SR. If I have the time, I would be up for that in the future. The game has just been so slow, its probably for the best we are finally putting the final nails in the coffin.
It's sad to end it and I know everyone was hesitant to state the obvious since we had a great time early on. It's been fun everyone, thanks for playing with Tessa. Despite our frequent breaks I have some great memories of our game together here.

Hi everyone.
For those who totally forgot about me I was your DM in The savage Tide hits arcadia
I moved to the US, got married, been here for almost a year now, recently got my green card and in general my life is incredibly more stable than it was when we were playing together. No more changing homes or dealing with crappy ISP or having a PC break down with no way to replace it.
Also, Lately I bought the Ultimate version of Fantasy grounds, the program through which I DMed the savage tide 3 other times with other groups.
The ultimate version means, I paid for it so that no one who is playing with me have to.
This means, we could resume the campaign, it would be completely free of charge for you, all that would be required for you is the use of a free software (2 as we will also need a virtual network but that is free too) and most importantly, playing in that fashion would get things done, especially when it comes to combat encounters would be a matter of minutes rather than months like we saw in PbP.
I am not in any way saying "Hey, do you want to drop everything you are doing and find one day on the fly so we can resume playing starting next week?" but I want to see if resuming the AP and doing so on a set day all together rather than in PbP form would be something that you would like to consider in the first place.
If enough of you are willing then we may start discussing if and when.
