As the party takes stock of the carnage, dark red spots start appearing on Nestasha's boot and the hem of Yui's robes. Upon closer inspection, the cuts the ratling gave them run deeper than you realized--blood is flowing freely from them.
They're showing no signs of healing.
Nestasha & Yui take 1 point of damage from bleed each.

Gilbert quickly analyses the wounds and grunts. "Bah! Seems like this one had quite the teeth!", using his dagger to raise the creature's lip and look at the vicious fangs. "Don't worry!", he shouts, upon which he grabs a bit of sap from his pouch, rubs in on his fingers, then touches the both ladies respectfully. A resinous substance appears on the wounds, which immediately stop bleeding, and begins spreading around, healing other injuries.

Upon seeing the wounds close, he grins, exclaiming, "That should fix it! The stickiness will wear off soon, I promise." He then begins looking at the creature, studying its features. "Never seen one like this before! It's wonderful, isn't it? Such small teeth causing such severe wounds! It's probably the triangular shape, very hard to heal without magic!", he says, picking around the creature's mouth with the dagger. Upon seeing all he feels necessary, he then notions over Duchess and begins playing with the dog. "Let's explore the huts! There must be something interesting! We could learn something more about this beastie!"
Gil sure loves exclamation marks.

The smell of damp and mold fills her nose as she looks about, and the floor *creaks* under her feet as she moves. She reaches a closed door in the back of the shack and listens at it...
...and hears something rustling in the room beyond. A cool breeze flows from under the door, carrying with it the stench of decay.

After a minute of working his katana through the door, Ikoma successfully forces the door open. Unfortunately, as he does so, the effort of pulling his katana out causes the floorboards under his feet to *CRACK* and fall in.
The samurai manages to avoid falling on his face from the floorboards caving in.
The room beyond is in even worse condition than the bedroom. Once an alchemical laboratory, the equipment in this room has fallen into decay. Ancient chemical spills create weird stains and colorful crystalline growths amid the partially collapsed workbenches. A skeleton, still dressed in the tattered robes of a mage, also lies among the workbenches. An examination of the witch’s remains quickly reveals that some hideous transformation or deformity has disfigured her skeleton—the skull seems half melted and weirdly elongated in the face, one arm looks more like a bird’s talon, and the ribs have grown long spurs of bone that protrude both into and out of the rib cage.
A breeze coming from a hole in the roof is causing a scroll caught on a piece of a broken workbench, and another scroll is clutched in the skeleton's hand.

The rain doesn't let up as the party leaves the old, decaying shack behind. Slogging through the mud is a slow, difficult prospect, and not helped by the inclement weather. At least the rain isn't getting worse...
After a half-hour of overland travel to the next location marked on the goblin's map, a curious sight appears in the midst of a copse of trees. What appears at first to be a strange tangle of branches is in fact the moss-covered ribs of a wrecked ship. The ruined ship lies on its side, split down the middle and mostly sunken into the mud and murky water.

Upon closer inspection, what's left of the ship appears to be of the same style as the last ship you came across. Unfortunately, this one has not weathered the passage of time as well as its sister.
As you approach the ship's husk, a small gleam appears out of the corner of your eye. The gleam comes from a corner of a verdigris-encrusted nameplate hanging from one of the shipwreck's timbers. The inscription on it is written in Tian.

One of these days, I'll learn not to resist the temptation...
For a moment, everything is silent.
Then, the muck to the west of the party begins to rise and slide off of something...
Emerging from the swamp floor are six skeletons, all clad in extremely rusted & patchy chain shirts. Red motes form in their eyes, and their mouths open, releasing *hisses* of empty air. In their hands are rusted, but still sharp swords with a slight curve to their blades. They glare at the party and move to attack!

Attack roll: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18

Gilbert staggers back as he sees the undead, then grins widely. "Ha! Coincidence! I don't think so!", before reaching to his hip and drawing two arrows, both with heavy lead tips.
Attack, Rapid Shot, Blunt Arrows: 1d20 + 6 - 2 ⇒ (12) + 6 - 2 = 16

Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8
Damage: 3d8 + 9 ⇒ (8, 5, 6) + 9 = 28
The first arrow smacks a skeleton straight in the torso, knocking it back. Knowing where to aim, he aims his next attack straight for one of the other skeletons' solar plexus, which flies straight into it, smashing the ribcage to bits, then continues straight for the spine, severing it and falling down. "Hah! Capital! Go get them, girl!", as Duchess runs straight for one of the still standing skeletons, and tries to get a nice leg bone to play with.
Charge: 1d20 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 5 + 2 = 11
Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
Unfortunately, the fangs don't do as good of a job on the skeleton's legs, but she doesn't let go, enjoying her treat, not undestanding why it's still moving.
