The citizens of Riddle Creek, a small trading town near the Greenwood Forest, have been unable to have children for 15 years. The few times new residents have moved in, they've either miscarried or have stopped having children, regardless of their age. The youngest person in town is now approaching adulthood and the town's entire life has changed.
