When Erin inquires about writing off clothing-related damages, she fully explains the contract between the Church of Abadar and the Devemvirate (including that it's the reason she's a Pathfinder) and how having one's mundane goods damaged (but not destroyed) have a chance of being written off via the Make Whole or Mending, "so long as it is done before And I quote, 'mission completion'." She further explains that the vagueness of the phrasing allows her to do these things up until the point a Venture Captain is informed of the success or failure of the mission. After repairng the robes (most likely via Make Whole, for efficency) she denotes it in her tracking log.
