With support from her friends and allies, Míril continues to savage the remaining demon. The demon is gravely wounded, but still fighting on. Then she quickly touches her Scale to heal herself a little more.
Samirah flashes her own pearly whites at the vampire, striking out with her heated scimitar as she dodges its attack. And she does just that, but she misses the incredibly quick monster as he dodges her word while barely moving. The necrotic green lips part in a pleased smile.
The force weapon re-targets again, this time the Vampire Spawn attacking Konstantin. This time the little force weapon not only strikes a spawn, but drops it to the ground to rot.
Then, Chancre activates Steve again, targeting the green thing. The little force rapier tries valiently, but fails to get near the green flesh. Even when it reforms to look like a wooden stake.
1d20 + 14 ⇒ (20) + 14 = 341d8 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10 Knowing he only has seconds to live, the demon renews a savage attack, cutting into Miril and making her bleed. (Miril takes 10 points of damage and has 3 points of bleed.)
Roshan stays in combat to present an extra target. One hand touches his silver scale, the other finds Miril. It's energy flows through him and into her, healing some of her wounds. (Miril heals 16 hit points.)
Alone at the top of the stairs (well, Aron is there, but the rogue seems distracted), Konstantin continues his grim, if disgusting work, with the vampire spawn. He'll show them what claws and teeth really are. The undead must really taste vile, because only Konstantin's claws slice through the dead flesh. But it is enough, living unmoving dead flesh on the floor to rot.
Konstantin continues to tear into the undead. His strong bite drops the first the of undead, then a quick step lets him take out another with his claw. Leaving just a single spawn still moving at the top of the prison.
Irabeth continues to wear away at the final demon (1d20 + 14 ⇒ (13) + 14 = 271d8 + 10 ⇒ (4) + 10 = 14) And like a proper paladin, the heavy blow finishes off the demon.
The vampire moves back a step.
Will save.
(1d20 + 12 ⇒ (3) + 12 = 151d6 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5) Aron's cut is off and he winces as if someone shouted in his ear.

That said, the +2 elven chain is yours, so I've added that to your AC starting this round.
Samirah hesitates before attacking. "I am already doing the right thing." She says confidently, circling around her foe. Except that the foe she targets turns out to be Miril, not the green-skinned man. The blade flashes out twice, the second attack just barely skittered over the metal of Miril's new armor. (Miril takes 22 hit points.)
... And I think she would consider Roshan, Irabeth and Miril to be friends.
The force corkscrapierstake attacks the vampire again ... twice. But sadly Steve misses twice.
"Do ... you ... speak ... talk ... language?" Chancre asks the vampire -- slowly and loudly.
The green-skinned man barely spares Chancre a glance, keeping his attention focused on Samirah. "Better than you do apparently."
Roshan continues to dance around the unliving yet exceedingly mobile and dangerous once-human. As he does, his aura begins to grow stronger.
Konstantin steps back, his talons and teeth sliding away as his more human features reassert themselves. He pulls his wand and blasts the remaining spawn with magic missiles. Which destroys the final vampire spawn.
(1d20 + 14 ⇒ (3) + 14 = 171d8 + 10 ⇒ (7) + 10 = 17) Irabeth moves over to attack the green toothy man, but he does his flicker dodge thing and she misses.
The green-skinned villian steps back from Irabeth, putting his hand on a demonic rune that hangs from a chain. A quick casting and a painful blast of noise fills the room, centered on Irabeth. (1d20 + 8 ⇒ (3) + 8 = 117d6 ⇒ (5, 1, 2, 1, 3, 5, 6) = 23) The symbol of Iomeadae shatters, metal tinkling down to the ground.

When she realizes it's Miril she's attacked, there is no apology on her face as she swings back toward the vampire. Only a burning, and possibly blinding, rage. "არავინ აკონტროლებს ჩემთვის, მხეცი." Her first attack is the first wound to hit the quick green man, but even when her sword shifts with a flash of blinding light, he manages to dodge the second strike. Her cold iron weapon doesn't prove as efficient on the bloodsucker as it has always proved on demons. He does burn well though.

Instead two-minutes later she has managed to finesse open the lock to reveal...

As the former prisoner and nearly dead man are attended too, Roshan taps his two fists together with index and pointer finger of each hand splayed apart.

Built into the bookshelf on the back wall is a secret door. Looking close, it appears what was once the locking device has been intentionally jammed.
Although you do find a few very small holes at various points of the secret door.
Glancing first to Miril, unless she thinks this is not more of a strength thing then a disable device thing he will try his hand and hope his natural abilities let him avoid any traps he sets off.

Chancre's healing touch brings the man around to consciousness, although he still is pale and weak. He seems alright for the first moment, half-smiling at Chancre. "I'd given up hope..." The voice ragged with misuse, the same as the one whose scream drew you towards the dungeon.
Then his eyes get large and he tries to start to crab towards the exit, "It... He's not gone." The man starts to panic, "He's so hungry and angry."
You see the tendrils of the mist form of the vampire forming in the corner of the room - not the back where the secret door is but just to one side of the exit.
