The elf quits thrashing when addressed, slumping in the chair as Korriban addresses her. When he asks her her name, she giggles.
"Heehee, you sound real fancy and authoritative, don'tcha?" she asks, lolling in the chair slightly. "That tone...reminds me of my darling Rolth's silken tongue! Rrrrrrr, and how I miss that right now. He likes t'chain me up too, y'know." She grins wickedly at the young man. "Name's Jolistina. You can call me Joli. But that's about all you'll hear from me!"
Callie Cobalt
A dagger springs into Callie's hand. "Let's set some ground rules. The minute you try casting any spells or wriggling out of these chains, I cut your eyes out."

Then Callie smiles sweetly--too sweetly. "Now, Joli. There was a musician at the party." Callie describes Ruan. "Did you see him?"
I know we can't really ready an action outside of combat, but Callie's watching Joli and if she does make any moves to cast or escape or attack--Callie remembers how slippery she was in the fight--she will attack immediately with a Dirty Trick to temporarily blind her (cut near her eye to cause blood to trickle into it).
The Norv
The elf's eyes widen visibly when Callie makes her threat; then she lets out a worryingly impassioned cry. "Ohmigod, you'll torture me?! I underestimated you, Blue! C'mon! Bring it on! So ready for this!" Grinning, she begins to wiggle vigorously. "Abracadabra! Hocus pocus! Whoooooo I'm a badass elf witch! C'mon, cut out my eyes and we can get this party really going! Don't worry, I don't bite--unless you want me to! Hahahaha!" She cackles. "As for your little man--delicious little morsel--maybe I saw him, maybe I didn't. Not gonna tell you. You may have my body--in fact I'm looking forward to it--but only my beloved Rolth can have my pure, unsullied, and unfailing soul!"
Kroft turns away in disgust. "A madwoman," she mutters.
@Callie: totally fine. I'll let you choose whether the above sets off your action or not.

Realizing the threats Callie gave weren't going to work Lantressa decided to latch onto something and try using it. She let her darker emotions, her demonic nature, slip to the fore causing her eyes to go from a dull glow to an angry, burning red, as she rose from her seat. She walked towards the fool elf with a sway to her hips as she said, "Ah, but that's where you're wrong little elf, your soul won't be his anymore," She paused for emphasis, "It will be mine. I will take it from you, make it my play thing, and leave you to return to your puddin' nothing but a soulless shell." She had closed and made to bump Callie aside with one hip as she leaned in close to the nut job, "This should be...fun." She breathed into the woman's ear.

"Ah ha, clever. But you needn't be silly about it, Jolistina. Not torture. I'm sure you're very blase about such things. We're just setting expectations. Consequences. Try to fight us, we will render you helpless. But if you think ANY part of you, body or soul, is going back to your sweet Rolth, you are truly out of your mind."
She moves to Joli's other side, as Lantressa moves in, dagger still in hand. "I've seen her do it. Poor little necromancer in the catacombs of Grisel Abbey, in the middle of declaring how he'd gloriously return to haunt us. She nabbed him and drained the very essence of him through his mouth. Then she used the soul fire to burn his undead minions to a crisp."
Callie casts silent image, and the illusion manifests of a slender, darkly handsome pale man in a black wizard's robe, frozen in an expression mixed with pleasure and horror. An illusory Lantressa is wrapped around him, her eyes aglow with power, crimson dark wreaths of magic surrounding them both. The image is of course unmoving (it is the nature of the spell) but she's done the best to sculpt the sense that power is moving from the man and into the illusory Lantressa.
(The image was based on one she used in her storytelling. The pale man is an image of a thief--an obscure cutpurse whom few would recognize--she once knew, now dead--pulling from memory to be sure he looks super realistic.)

She waits a moment, then dismisses the illusion.
"Unless of course, you can provide answers. Besides the fact that you work for Rolth, which--thank you. That is very helpful for starters. Keep going. Where is the musician?"
ETA: Well, the CMB was unspectacular, but the failure might actually support Callie's subsequent bluff. Cast the visual effect since she's not blind!
BTW... the DC for Callie's Intimidate (to force to act friendly) should have been 10+Joli's HD+Joli's Wis. I don't know her stats, but I'd think I'd've beaten that with a 27, even if she had circumstantial bonuses. Although it does require a minute of conversation so perhaps it just is too soon.

If everyone was as straightforward and honest as you--and if you'd let me outta these shackles so I can show you what I can do to a nice, supple body like yours--I might be more amenable to chatting and whatnot!"
You also sense that she is genuinely warming to Korriban. A few more people buying into this "nice guy" act might bring her around, albeit slowly.

Lantressa was delighted by Callie's impromptu addition to her attempt, she made a mental note to do something nice for...or to her later on. It was just a shame it hadn't worked...or had it? It seemed that the others had caught something about the elf that Tressa missed so she decided to play along. She went around behind Jolistina and leaned forward, her arms draped over the woman's shoulders as she set her chin atop the elf's head and pouted at Korriban, "Does this mean I can't have her soul?"

Jolistina's eyes widen as Korriban and Teodor begin to insinuate that Rolth will abandon her. "No...no! Rolth wouldn't do that! C'mon, you guys can't tell him! Ok, listen, if I tell you what you're looking for, you won't tell him I told you, right?!" Heedless, starting to panic now, she rushes on. "Rolthy asked me to find a way to get into the party so I could kill all the rich bastards there. I dunno why he wanted me to do that, he wouldn't've known any of them personally. He started workin' for someone new recently, so I dunno, maybe it's something they asked him to do. When I got there, I waited till everyone was celebrating, then I locked the doors and windows and started in with my crossbow. It was easy--I took care of the people who were on the outskirts and the smaller rooms first and turned 'em with the wand Rolthy gave me, then I moved on with the zombies into the main party. It was so awesome! They didn't have a clue what hit them."
She pauses, grinning slightly, before suddenly realizing that that's probably not an appropriate expression to be wearing. "...Anyway, I was supposed to make the dead folks look like they'd had blood veil with the other wand, but I never really got around to it with most of 'em. I did see your friend, though!" She twists to look at Callie. "Rolthy asked me to look out for any young, healthy-looking moths, and he was the only one there. So I kept him alive, an' the morning after the party Rolthy showed up with two of those bird-masked doctors. He seemed awful pleased that I'd saved that boy for him, and he had the two doctors take him off somewhere. I dunno where! Probably wherever it is Rolthy's been spending all his time lately...I don't see him much anymore..." They might have taken him to the Hospice... where Anca is. Ruan might be there. We need to come up with some sort of plan. Because if we go for Anca, they might get suspicious and it might lead to some kind of fight. Just... what..." An idea comes to him. He smiles. "Guys, I have an idea. Nodding in agreement she asked, "How, exactly, do I do that?" but Korriban had already gone up the stairs. Shrugging her shoulders she said sarcastically, "Men, always ready to get naked at the drop of a hat when a pretty woman is in the house." She harrumphed and led the way to the couches and had a seat, "I think I know how to do this, guess we'll see in a moment if I'm right." She reached inside her pack and pulled forth a deck of cards which she set on the table and asked tentatively, "Um, Zelara? Hope I'm doing this right. I've never heard the Beavis and Butthead laugh referred to as "naughty."
Callie rolls her eyes at Lantressa and the others and heads down the street, plainly bored by the continued schoolyard-style banter. "Gods, this is getting tiresome already. I was trying to make fun of you all. You know, so you all appear to find what I found hilarious when I was twelve years old, those sort of jokes have lost their appeal as I got older and more experienced--insert 'experience' joke here. You're all easily amused, that's fine. That can be a blessing. Have fun with that, but leave me out of it from now on."
At 3 Lancet
Callie smiles at Gadriel. "Hi there. I'm Callie." She palms a piece of candy out of seeming mid-air and offers it to to the girl.
When Korriban brings up Lamm, she says, "Damn, I wish she'd found me. I still wish I could deliver that bastard a disembowelment, but I suppose it's too late. Still, I'm glad you found him and dispatched him. I had been looking for him too, when I accidentally found a rival smuggling ring instead and got caught up in bringing it down. I don't know what he did to you, but I know he caused me and a host of folk suffering and you all did a good thing by bringing him to an end. I owe you." She nods to Korriban and Gadriel.
She follows Lantressa and seats herself on the couch. She frowns when Lantressa begins talking to the deck of cards.
"This is because I mocked Harrowings isn't it? You're all taking the piss."

As Callie expresses her doubts about the harrowing, a slight rustle in the corner of the room alerts you all to a new presence. In the corner, seated in a chair where no one was seated before, sits a dark-haired Varisian woman, a scarf wrapped around her head and clad in simple, homespun clothes. She smiles at the three of you.
"They're not making fun of you at all, Callie. Nor you, Riceak. I apologize for not introducing myself earlier, but I can't do this often...and I didn't want to distract while you were in that charnel house. My name is Zellara. I'm a harrower, and I'm...well, I'm dead." She chuckles slightly and stands, crossing closer to you. "I can see you're confused. Don't worry, I'm not a ghost! I'm...I don't know, exactly. Gaedren Lamm killed me when I came for him after he killed my son, and ever since some fragment of my soul has resided in that--my harrow deck." She points at the cards Lantressa placed on the table. "I thought that convincing Korriban, Teodor, and some others to kill Lamm would be the end of my existence, but I linger...it seems the city I love isn't done with me yet." Her voice sharpens slightly. "And, while my gifts in life were slight, I do in fact believe that the Harrow has much to offer us in Korvosa, on both a personal and a magical level. I sense that things are coming to a head with this plague, now. You three, and Korriban, and Teodor, and his sister--you must strike now, while the iron is hot, if you hope to save this city." As though she's heard something (though you don't hear anything), she turns to look expectantly toward the stairs. "Ah, speaking of the devil..."
Korriban descends the stairs, now clad in the dead doctor's coat, boots, and gloves, and carrying the mask. Zellara nods. "A fitting disguise."

He decided to keep his mouth shut and allow the others to do the talking. He was mainly there to ensure that nothing bad happened to them.
Korriban Balros
He looks at Callie. "By the way, Blue, would you mind holding onto my rapier and sheath? I think I might raise some questions if I take it with me in this disguise."
Callie Cobalt
Callie listens to Korriban intently as he talks about the dagger.

To the issue of the dagger itself, she also frowns as he describes the odd behavior: "If it's that concerning, I wouldn't even lock it up. I'd have the thing melted down, and watch during the process to be sure it's done right." Regardless of what might be wise advice, she's still curious so she squints at the dagger, casting detect magic to see if she can make sense of its enchantment.

As to his request, she says, "I can carry your weapon, though your coat is big enough we might find a way to conceal it so you don't have to be without a weapon."
She examines his coat to see if the rapier could be concealed within.

Once Callie is done examining the dagger, she takes a look at Korriban's coat. With some finagling, and adjusting his scabbard and belt to ride higher on his waist and pull the end of the blade up out of sight, the two of you manage to arrange the rapier so that it's hidden within the side of the coat, out of sight unless someone's doing a thorough pat-down or Korriban throws his coat open.
As they're finishing, Zellara says distantly, "You should hurry...I can sense that Teodor and his companion are...almost to where you are to meet them. Good luck..." Smiling, she vanishes.
Korriban, remember that it's a standard action to draw a concealed weapon. Callie, see below for info on Bravasi, the dagger, Zellara, etc.
Bravasi: You've certainly heard of Devargo Bravasi, a.k.a. the King of Spiders. A minor crime lord, he runs Eel's End, a dockside vice den up in Old Korvosa that's home to a number of ships. Each one caters to a different vice: there's a gambling house, shiver den (perhaps even one you're familiar with), a brothel, even an "inn" for those who get too inebriated to sleep their vices off. Rumor is that he entered business with a partner, but that man disappeared quickly. He's supposed to have some sort of freaky control over spiders, and he's utterly ruthless.
The dagger: This is weird. The dagger radiates magic, but you can't identify any particular enchantments or spells on it at all. Perhaps they're just beyond your knowledge...? But it's definitely weird.

To the issue of the dagger itself, she also frowns as he describes the odd behavior: "If it's that concerning, I wouldn't even lock it up. I'd have the thing melted down, and watch during the process to be sure it's done right."
Korriban frowns as he mulls the advice. "That may be the best idea. May have to do that after we're done with the Hospice and the doctors."
As to his request, she says, "I can carry your weapon, though your coat is big enough we might find a way to conceal it so you don't have to be without a weapon."
She examines his coat to see if the rapier could be concealed within.
Korriban says, "Well, I got daggers for days in this coat. But, if I carry in my rapier, that would be great. Also, I got things like broken glass, tar bombs, flash powder, smoke bombs, and iron pellet grenades. In case of emergencies. We could also use those smoke bombs that Joli had." He allows Callie to help his rapier.
As they're finishing, Zellara says distantly, "You should hurry...I can sense that Teodor and his companion are...almost to where you are to meet them. Good luck..." Smiling, she vanishes.
Korriban gives a small smile to the Harrow deck. "Thanks, Zellara. See you again soon." Turning to the others, the rogue says, "Well, guess this is it." He puts on the mask, obscuring as much of his face as possible. "How's it look? Do I look weird and creepy enough?"
Callie Cobalt
Callie instructs Korriban how to hide his rapier if he wants to, and nods when Zellara urges them on.
"Indeed, time is of the essence. Let's go." She smirks as Korriban asks how it looks. "Well, I know I don't feel reassured by your 'healing' presence. I think it's convincing!"
Ready to move on

Going to assume Riceak and Lantressa are as well!
Lantressa gathers up the Harrow deck, and the four of you make your way quickly out of 3 Lancet Street and to the north. Dusk is starting to fall, and people are out and about for the first time, hurrying home to avoid the curfew that will confine everyone to their districts. You make your way to the west, where you quickly find the warehouse that's now called the "Hospice of the Blessed Maiden." As you approach, you see Teodor standing outside, with Cristina next to him. She's now armed with a crossbow and wearing a breastplate and buckler...she doesn't look thrilled to be there, but she does look determined.
The front door to the warehouse is closed, but clearly unlocked; a young man, staggering from obvious signs of blood veil, has just opened it and proceeded inside as your group comes back together.
I'm guessing that you're just going to head straight in, given the disguise approach, but I'll let you guys confirm that.
Also, Callie, I screwed up earlier: I should have mentioned that when you detected magic on the dagger and Harrow deck, you would also have noticed that Korriban's mask (from the "doctor") is magical. If you take the time to examine it, see below!
It's a plaguebringer's mask.

Callie says good bye to Zellara and Gadriel if either are there to say goodbye to before they go.
As they leave for the hospice, "Korriban, you know that mask you're wearing is magical, right? I noticed when I was looking at the dagger and the deck of cards. Those two things are mysteries... but the magical auras from that were easier to decipher. That will protect you from blood veil. It also protects one from magically detecting one's alignment with the outer planes... the outer planes being the ones shaped by various philosophies of ethics and morality."
When they arrive, Callie nods in greeting to the Niculescus. She then looks at Korriban. "Well, you're the doc. After you."

Korriban says goodbye to Gadriel and Abu before heading out.
She smirks as Korriban asks how it looks. "Well, I know I don't feel reassured by your 'healing' presence. I think it's convincing!"
Korriban turns to Callie, the mask not showing his face. Although, you could guess he has a big smile on his face. "Great! Now... I am a true doctor! I will heal people... by stabbing other people."
Korriban looks at Callie. "Nice! Easier for me to get in and better protection. I just wish that the inside of this thing smells like rotting roses and cheap incense. It's like something's jammed in the beak of this thing." At the unknown detection of the dagger and Harrowing deck, Korriban grumbles. "I figure the deck would have some very odd magic surrounding it. But, the dagger is making me nervous. Really nervous."
Making a reference to the fact that the masks of real plague doctors had flower petals, incense, and herbs in the beaks of the masks.
When they arrive, Callie nods in greeting to the Niculescus. She then looks at Korriban. "Well, you're the doc. After you."
Korriban nods and takes a deep breath. He tries to get into character as he leads the group through the door.
