Tobias has brought a RL situation to my attention and might not post for the time being. I will leave the explanation why to Tobia's discretion, so please don't ask me and please don't take it personally if our player doesn't show up for a while or explain what happened.
For the time being I will DMPC the character and help along the story until they feel up to posting again. ^_^
I'm still around, but gameplay might be sporadic for a while. I'm dealing with a breakup - we were together six years, and I'm only 25. Got a lot of pieces to pick up. I'll hang out here, and I'm happy for DM to bot me in gameplay. If I don't feel up to it, I'll just state my preferred actions here, as a sparse gameplay post feels weak.

Alright guys, sorry about my extended-extended absence.
I was talking with my brother about continuing the Adventure Path that we are doing and he says that he is no longer interested in doing it. It seems that after we dealt with some of the problems we were going through he's starting to lose interest in it and he thinks he's going to completely ditch his online account. Seems he's kind of worried about what you guys might think about this so he's not going to be posting to explain or see your responses and I'd like to say sorry for him on his behalf. I hope you guys don't take it too personally from him and just to let you know what's going on.
I just want to say that I appreciate you guys sticking with me and to tell you that I'll try to keep going with this but I'm kinda depressed at the moment, especially with the discussion that I had with him. I will continue to do the Adventure Path with you guys but I'm sorry if it seems like I'm distracted. For now I'll play as him until we can get a new caster character.
Um... I don't mean for this to be alarming... I don't mean that I'm thinking about quitting or anything like that I'm just saying that I don't feel up to anything at the moment. I did feel a little bit better until I talked to him and he gave me this news... So that's life for you I guess. ^_^

Not taking it personally, though that is upsetting news. I understand losing your love for things that used to keep you happy, and I hope he can still enjoy gaming, even if this game isn't for him anymore. Give him a hug for me (or not, if that's weird; I'm just a huggy lass in general) and tell him there's no hard feelings from me.
As for you, I hope you're both doing alright, and coping with your issues, whatever they may be. Post for us when you feel up to it - I've been battling depression for a long time, and understand the days when you just can't work up the energy to get a post together, so I for one won't hold it against you. Take the day off, rest up, and come back tomorrow with a clear head. We've got some skeletons left to smash ;-)
No hard feelings. I'm not taking it personally, but I can see if anyone I'm gaming with is interested in a RoW game. I would encourage him not to completely cut himself off. The community here is pretty good and there are other things to do on the boards here besides playing PBP (even if that's what 99.9% of my posts are related to.)

So, it's coming into summer here in South Australia, and that means it's fire season. We've had several Catastrophic danger levels this month. (The scale is Low - Moderate - High - Very High - Severe - Extreme - Catastrophic, because Australia does not f@$% around.)
Today, we had a fire start out near my place of employment, which is in a rural area. Even though the wind was blowing away from us, we evacuated the whole site just to play it safe. And because it's a primary school, that resulted in 350 terrified kids and stressed teachers being kept indoors and taking drink and toilet breaks in pairs, while every member of leadership and support staff rang the parents of every child to evacuate them. I'm home now, and all the main roads near me have been closed off. I'm safe, but shaken, and it's made me realize that there may well come a time when I'm affected by a fire and won't be able to get online and let everyone know. If that happens, I'll try to get a real-life friend with a Paizo account to spread the word.
Well I hope that never happens to you, but we understand.
I hope so, as well. Bushfire season is scary here Down Under. Obviously I'll be focused on keeping safe, but it only takes a minute to text a friend and ask them to let folks know what's happening.

We have the exact opposite here in Alaska... cold and miserable, though it did get really warm (for our winter anyway) and we've been having melting ice and small localized flooding.

I'm actually a little shocked by the lack of interest. I understand that APs and Pathfinder games are the most popular, but it's surprising what the difference is.

Just when I was starting to really recover from my breakup, my beautiful spaniel Ruby-Charles died this morning. She was my first real pet, and she's left some big fuzzy boots to fill.
