Archie init: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24
Order looks like:
Archie
Curtis
Lala
Phillip
Critters
Ravarel
Tribim
So, everyone but Raverel and Tribim can go. Then the shadows are up, then Ravel and Tribim.
Room is large enough that just assume no obstructions in the room (map is updated). If you had a 28+ perception you know where shadows are. Since you have been warned, you know your own shadow is a threat (and is a valid target).
Lalali-Re
Uhm, i have a bad feeling. I think we seriously should retreat...this might help. I can´t even see them, but if you say it´s 18, that sounds like a lot.
Lalali stares at her own shadow for a second, then concentrates and once again sends purplish energy waves out around her.
Hypnotic stare on own shadow, -3 to will save and attack. Then command undead channel DC 20, works within 30 feat.
Leave us alone! Go stand in that corner and wait untill i tell you otherwise!
Marked the target area on the map.
Curtis Belfour Tramaine
Curtis takes a 5' step and attacks Tribim's shadow cleaving into his own with power attack and furious focus:
great sword: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (19) + 18 = 37 damage: 2d6 + 23 ⇒ (2, 4) + 23 = 29
great sword: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (18) + 15 = 33 damage: 2d6 + 23 ⇒ (5, 6) + 23 = 34 cleave attack
great sword: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (3) + 10 = 13 damage: 2d6 + 23 ⇒ (6, 3) + 23 = 32 second swing on his own shadow
If he cannot attack Tribim's shadow ignore the cleave attack.

Archy will drink his extract of Paragon Surge gaining the extra bombs feat for a few minutes..
Its a standard so thats it from him.. Im driving 8 hrs tm so it will be late before i post.. Im on vacation fro the nxt couple weeks so bot me if u have too, but i still should be able t post 1/day..
Tribim
so were waiting on Phillip?
Tribim
Seeing the shadows retreat, and noticing there are three doors going off of this room Trib asks "Should we end tha shadows a 'fore we open them three doors? Er just keeps them away whiles we take a look see?" As he asks he walks to the northern most door he realizes they are attacking, shrugging his shoulders he smiles at the group "Oops my mistake, yeah"
drbuzzard
retreat? No, I just haven't processed their attacks yet. Don't get your hopes up.
The shadows move in and press their attack
2 on Tribim.
to hit: 2d20 ⇒ (1, 1) = 2 whiff, whiff
2 on Curtis
to hit: 2d20 ⇒ (9, 17) = 26 miss, hit strength damage: 1d6 ⇒ 3
3 on Philip
to hit: 3d20 ⇒ (19, 12, 10) = 41 hit, hit, miss strength damage: 2d6 ⇒ (4, 3) = 7

PCs are up.
Tribim
edited that ;)
realizing he was not going to open the door till the pesky shadows were gone, he attacks the two with his glowing rapier.
Full attack: + 1 keen rapier
attack: 1d20 + 17 - 3 ⇒ (3) + 17 - 3 = 17 for damage: 1d4 + 7 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 7 + 6 = 17
attack: 1d20 + 12 - 3 ⇒ (17) + 12 - 3 = 26 for damage: 1d4 + 7 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 7 + 6 = 15
confirm crit: 1d20 + 12 - 3 ⇒ (11) + 12 - 3 = 20 for damage: 1d4 + 7 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 7 + 6 = 14
if by some fluke the first attack ends one shadow please apply the second attack to the second shadow
edit: forgot to apply power attack
Curtis Belfour Tramaine
Curtis power attacks both shadows:
#1 greatsword: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (12) + 17 = 29 damage: 2d6 + 21 ⇒ (1, 6) + 21 = 28
#2 #1 greatsword: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (5) + 9 = 14 damage: 2d6 + 24 ⇒ (6, 6) + 24 = 36
As treebeard said to the hobbits, 'Now don't be hasty.'
Ravarel Leafblown
Seeing all the foolish shadows gathered nicely within fireball range "hold onto your hats everyone "
Using his selective rod(allies take no damage) Ravarel casts a Rime cold fireball. All shadows taking cold damage are Rimed for 3 rounds.
Cold fireball : 8d6 + 11 ⇒ (1, 2, 6, 4, 5, 6, 5, 3) + 11 = 43 dc 21
Ravarels has Mage Armor in effect. His AC vs touch is 15. But Mage Armor is a force effect and will still apply vs an incorporeal attack. So his ac vs the shadows attack should be 19...I believe?
Tribim
so where is the one left so we can kill it too? I assume it is the one north of Archie, the one outside of the circle...
Archaemedes Falco
Since they will disappear shortly Archie tosses his bombs at the 2 remaining.. 1 each..
RTA: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (15) + 11 = 26
RTA: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (16) + 11 = 27
Force Damage: 4d4 + 7 ⇒ (4, 4, 3, 2) + 7 = 20
Force Damage: 4d4 + 7 ⇒ (4, 3, 1, 1) + 7 = 16
Tribim
seeing the last shadow blown away Trib smiles "Well, 'at weren't so bad, was it now?" he then finishes looking around the theater before he inspects the doors.
perception: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (5) + 14 = 19 well crap
drbuzzard
At the far back, under the stage, is a small altar, made of an iron cauldron, scribed with evil runes and filled with charred, human bones. This evil shrine binds the shadows to their malevolent hobby.
While there is normally crap treasure in this room, it is Christmas, so pick one expendable magic item of up to 2k each. (potions, scrolls, wands, wondrous with set charges).
Tribim
Looking behind the Stage Trib pulls out the Iron Cauldron, dumping it out looking for anything interesting, "Do you's blokes think 'is here cookin' pot full o' human bones has anthin' ta do with tha shadowy buggers?"
Ravarel Leafblown
Detecting Magic on the Cauldron. Is it still active and or magical after the destruction of the Shadows?
knowledge religion: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (5) + 17 = 22
knowledge arcana: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (16) + 17 = 33
knowledge spellcraft: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (18) + 17 = 35
"I'll take a look at it Trib. Let's see what we have here....."
Ravarel Leafblown
"Trib...Let's move on. Don't think there's much we can do with the cauldron"
Ravarel Leafblown
If I am correct that mage armor as a force effect counts against the shadow's incorporeal attack.... Then the shadows attack would have missed Ravarel.
If mage armor doesn't count Ravarel is down 1str

Sorry about the misunderstanding. I just noticed that you don't include the BAB of the monsters in your attack roll posts (a good tactic to disguise the strength of the enemy). I thought that the shadows attack was hitting AC 16 and therefore my confusion. Obviously Shadows are not a BAB+0 monster. Sorry bout that
Tribim
it appears there are three doors off of this room
Trib shrugs his shoulders and heads to the door in the north east corner m92 and inspects the door for locks and traps, if clear he then opens the door.
Trib will take 20 (34) on perception on the door and take 10 (24) on perception for the room
