Michael Dacamara |

"Stupidstupidstupidstupid!" Michael curses as he dodges terrified students. There weren't a lot left by now, and they were much easier to dodge that boulders, but they were still in his way. Finally, Michael spotted Saffire and groaned. That little drake was too brave for his own good.
Jaws clamped firmly on the metal dragon's tail, Saffire hung on for dear life as he was whipped back and forth, even when the air itself started attacking the metal monstrosity.
Thinking fast, Michael felt something shift in his mind and knew his ability to heal was gone, but it was replaced with just what he needed. Smiling grimly, he leaped into the air and landed on blue force field, a lot more agile than before, and started making his way to the dragon's back while dodging the rocks that suddenly started flying through the air.
He wonders if this will be worth extra credit.

Epic. Win.

Filne Nathton |

Filne reaches out mentally to Aananda.
::Do you have a plan?::
His winged friend was quickly getting students out of harms way. But the thing still had plenty of targets.
Edit
Spotting the student moving towards the beast he sends another question to her.
::You see this is why I am in favor of turning students into frogs as punishment.::

Fei, of the Sun Soul |

::Defensive maneuvers, Fei,:: she said telepathically right before she started pelting the creature with rocks...mostly small rocks, no bigger than a foot across. There were still noncombatants working to get people out of the blast area so she couldn't risk using anything truly large yet. She made no effort at all to keep the flurry of stones from hitting Fei.
Fei hears his sabumnim's message in his mind and quickly looks around as the barrage of stones came hurtling in towards the dragon's head - and him.
He instinctively adjusts his grip on the beast and starts using his free hand and feet to intercept the stones that would otherwise hit him. They stop upon contact and fall away - though this is not noticeable to anyone else with all of the other rocky missiles swarming this specific area. :)
After about a dozen or so hits, Fei's cuffs start to turn emerald green....

Copycat.

::Keep it busy until we get the students, and as many of the remains as possible, out of here...and then hope for the best. I....think this may be time to ask my mother for a hand.:: she thought to Filne as she sent another barrage of rocks at the gear wyrm. Unfortunately the floor was starting to crack. She turned it soft and rehardened it again trying to buy more time.
::You're in favor of WHAT?! Don't distract me while I'm fighting. This is supposed to be precise. We have too many people on rescue detail down there still...oh, no...Dacamara....::
Aananda quickly changed the trajectory of some of the rocks to avoid Michael.

Perception Check: 1d20 + 32 - 10 ⇒ (4) + 32 - 10 = 26
Fei notices some of the stones suddenly veering, but cannot pinpoint why. He does hear the ominous cracking of the stone holding the dragon, though, he closes his eyes and makes a decision he hopes will buy some more time.
Feeling the energy in his body starting to reach the limits of what he can contain, his eyes snap open and he brings his fist down onto the dragon's head.
Touch Attack: 1d20 + 20 + 20 ⇒ (17) + 20 + 20 = 57
Damage: 1d10 + 10 + 152 - 20 ⇒ (1) + 10 + 152 - 20 = 143
Touch Attack: 1d20 + 20 + 20 ⇒ (14) + 20 + 20 = 54
Damage: 1d10 + 24d6 + 10 - 20 ⇒ (5) + (2, 5, 4, 5, 1, 4, 6, 5, 1, 2, 1, 3, 2, 5, 1, 6, 4, 3, 1, 2, 4, 2, 6, 5) + 10 - 20 = 75
(The damage listed already factors in the dragon's DR.)
The dragon's head jerks down and then to the side as if it had just been pummeled by a titanic fist as the hail of stones continue to bombard and confound it... :)

Genosuke |

::As you wish::
He takes but a step and enters the basement, and sees the construct. He looks and sees many people on rescue duty. He looks at the point in which the dragon came up through the floor.
::Mrs. Sunwake, I will attempt to find it's origin.::
In a swirl, he shrinks, and a tiny snow fox with 9 tails runs up to and down the dragon into the hole it's made in the floor...

Michael Dacamara |

Ninetails, I choose you! Use flamethrower on Agron! :D
Now that he was on the things back, Michael slides down it's tail and scooped the 'ferocious' little drake in his arms, landing on a blue force slide and getting a good fifteen yards away before he skids to a stop.
"You have no idea how much trouble you're in." Michael tells the Saffire, who meeps apologetically in reply.

Fei, of the Sun Soul |

The gear wyrm roars loudly as Fei's attack genuinely wounds it. A button begins to glow on its chest and damage begins to repair itself as it redoubles its efforts to get free of the stone so that it can crush that awful creature on its back.
At the same time both fascinated and deeply concerned by both the sheer ruin he just smote on this thing and the the rate at which it is being repaired, Fei forgets himself and utters something thankfully unheard by all but the keenest of ears (and perhaps the mind of his sabumnim).
"$**t."
He quickly starts intercepting stones again as the glow on his cuffs fades to a dim luminescence.

Aanandareavekki |

Aananda starts 'growing' the stone up the creatures legs, encasing them in more and more rock to keep it from getting free as she continued to throw rocks, aiming in Fei's general direction to try and recharge his cufffs as quickly as possible.

The tunnel leads down several levels to an area of natural caves. There are signs of the dragon and a person. It seems they have been down here for some time, possibly for as long as a day. There is no sign of the person and no trail to how they might have left. Teleport seems the most likely.

And the phrase "The wait is killing me" suddenly comes to my mind. The fact that it has literal significance right now may have something to do with that... (o_O)
;P

Nasima Shearskye |

'Sima, seeing the glowing button on the creature's chest, stops what she's doing and presses her palms together. Amidst the chaos and destruction everywhere, she visualizes a pool of calm around herself. Slowly she grows that pool until it spreads to the edges of the ruined concert hall. From within this pool, she calls to Khoda, bringing him to the edge of the calm, where he thunders ominously and glares at her. She holds out her left hand, and he smites it. Taking his power into herself she bundles his lightning into a small, flat disk.
Going incorporeal, she floats over the pool of calm, not quite in one plane or another, under the eyes of both Khoda and anyone in the concert hall that's watching, until she is within a short distance. At this point she re-coalesces and hurls the lightning disc at the button, placing every ounce of her focus into it just as her Calm drops away, to be replaced with the endless roar of battle.
The disc sails toward the glowing "repair" button as the sylph decorporealizes again, watching it and hoping for the best.
Ranged Touch, epic lightning condensed into a Laser Disc-like form:
1d20 + 30 ⇒ (20) + 30 = 50
confirm: 1d20 + 30 ⇒ (12) + 30 = 42
Damage: 20d8 ⇒ (6, 6, 4, 1, 4, 4, 7, 5, 5, 3, 3, 4, 7, 5, 2, 3, 4, 3, 1, 2) = 79
So...158 points of damage before DR, then?

Jiminy, Prankster of the Future |

"Hey, get out of here," he yelled at Michael, putting up a wall of force to shield their retreat from the flying rocks.
"Is that the last of them?" he calls out to Jeran as he races past carrying four limp forms.

"Jim" Rivets |

Seeing that the beast is losing ground in this fight, Jim drops his batch of students near the others, and flies off to try at it again.
Charging: 1d20 + 43 ⇒ (15) + 43 = 58
Dangit. So close. Not gonna bother with damage.
How much do I think this thing weighs? Just curious.

Jeran Darkclaw |

"There's still a couple more behind me, but that's it. There aren't any more that can be recovered," he called out as he ran past.

Enre |

After seeing the lightning stopping the dragon from being repaired Enre unleashes another assault on the beast.
First Attack:1d20 + 62 ⇒ (18) + 62 = 803d8 + 55 ⇒ (8, 6, 3) + 55 = 72
Second Attack:1d20 + 57 ⇒ (9) + 57 = 663d8 + 55 ⇒ (6, 3, 3) + 55 = 67
Third Attack:1d20 + 52 ⇒ (14) + 52 = 663d8 + 55 ⇒ (1, 8, 8) + 55 = 72
Fourth Attack:1d20 + 47 ⇒ (20) + 47 = 673d8 + 55 ⇒ (6, 5, 2) + 55 = 68
Bonus Attack:1d20 + 62 ⇒ (7) + 62 = 693d8 + 55 ⇒ (8, 2, 3) + 55 = 68
Crit Confirm:1d20 + 47 ⇒ (12) + 47 = 593d8 + 55 ⇒ (4, 4, 3) + 55 = 66
Missed the crit by 1.

Somewhere in the general realm of 100 tons.

narrator |
The gear wyrm sinks to the ground as all functions are temporarily suspended until systems can be repaired.
You can't kill it, but you can make it go beddy-bye for a little while. Now would probably be a good time to call Solivala and see if he can ...turn it off or something? Reprogram it? Otherwise all of this starts over in a couple of hours.

Filne Nathton |

Looking at things he kept casting. Reaching out to Aananda's mind he speaks.
::This next spell does alot of damage and when I say alot of damage I mean it. This room will need some extreme rapair work afterwards. Also you may want to use your ability to keep anyone you dont want to die rooted to the ground.::
Going to wait for the all clear about the students before I unleash this one. ;D
Edit-Freakin ninja'ed. Aw man I wanted to cast that one so bad. Sometimes an evil lich has more fun, had to wait for the fleshies to get out of the way. X(

narrator |
I just did the math, and with the buffs that are on him now, I think Jim can actually pick this thing up. He'll max out around 125 tons.
It's size colossal, so in this case I think size is more of a hindrance to that than weight. Although the image of him carrying this thing is amusing. :)

Kitty Tanaka |

"Kitty..." Michael gasps as he catches up. "You'll never guess where Saffire was..."
"Michael! And you found Saffire!" She grabbed Saffire and hugged him and then hugged Michael tightly. "I'm so relieved that you're both okay!"

"Jim" Rivets |

I'll be damned if I don't drag this thing.
Jim slaps yet another device on himself, Ant Haul and proceeds to drag the dragon out of the way of paramedics trying to get to those on the other side of its bulk. Unless it's heavier than 249120 lbs.

Kitty Tanaka |

Kitty Tanaka wrote:"I'm so relieved that you're both okay!""You expected something else? Kitty, Kitty, Kitty..."
Kitty burst into tears. "I knew Saffire was still alive cause he's my familiar, but I had no way of knowing if you were okay. I love you and I don't know how I could bear it if you....if anything happened....I was so scared."

Aanandareavekki |

Aananda moved the rock away from the gear wyrm to allow Jim to move it, and turned to Fei.
"Are you alright, Fei? Do you need to go discharge your bracelets now?"
::SOLIVALA,:: she mentally bellowed. ::We have a situation down here that requires your particular expertise. NOW.::

Kitty Tanaka |

"When am I going to learn to not say things that make you cry?" Michael asks as he wipes away the tears. "The good new is that I think I earned extra credit in Advanced PE."
Kitty laughed through her tears. "As long as I still have you with me, I don't mind about the crying."

On the now forgotten stage, three entities appear. A wolf wreathed in flames, a winged lioness with fur like moonlight, and a gryphon that radiates cold. From them a power emanates and the students, no, everyone hurt by the dragon's arrival are alive and in no immediate danger of dying.
The three fade away.

Ephebe |

In the infirmary, Ephebe was finally able to lower her Caster, as she looked around bewildered. She had worked so hard to try and help as many people as she could, used so many bullets. And now everyone was okay? It didn't make sense...not that she was arguing. She sat down, leaning against the wall to rest for a moment.

"I just don't want you to think that you have to work at making me happy. I like you the way you are. And I really do cry a lot. I used to get yelled at about it all the time because a kuroichi isn't supposed to cry, but I just can't help it. I cry when I'm sad, when I'm scared, when I'm relieved, when I'm happy. You can't fix that. It's part of who I am."
