I realize I still have a support option available.
Milarandei darts around the periphery of the room to threaten the snake from its right flank. (40 ft movement by my count)
"Kas, Tim! If you cycle in and out, I can help you both hit this thing!" she shouts.
If Kastarr attacks, he can flank and then move down. Then Tim can move into the vacated square for his own flank. Not that I as a player expect you to do that, just clarifying Milarandei's thinking. She don't melee so good, so she'll help those who can.

Once she's sure the man is stable, Amina will quickly decapitate the snake CDG, unless anyone objects, in which case she tosses it's unconscious body in the empty room and close the door so that it can't wake up and harm Maldroog or anyone else. After doing a quick scan of the room, noticing literally nothing at all,

"If I may make a suggestion... Let me start a summoning spell before we open it, so that I can send my thrall in after whatever we find."
A summon monster spell takes 1 round, so if Akhenethys starts his spell, then they open the door, the spell will come out more quickly in battle.

Fatham nods at the suggestions the others have. He prepares for a confrontation by also casting a summoning spell.

Once everyone is assembled and the summons are being cast, Amina turns to Kastarr.

The long hallway leads to this grand hall, wherein the Blakros Museum shows off its finest collections. Mock vines cling to the walls and hag from the fifty-foot-high domed ceiling, and huts of grass are strewn about the open area. At the center of this sprawling chamber, a miniature replica of a traditional Mwangi ziggurat rises out of the mist to a height of nearly twenty feet. At the top of the ziggurat, a rail thin elven gentleman is strapped to an altar, his bare chest painted with strange sigils and monkey paw-shaped blots of paint.
The grand hall is filled with monkeys, apes, and baboons. As you move in, the move away from you as they yell and scream.
Suddenly, a terrifying howl shatters the revelry. As the various simians move off into the mist, a large gorilla beats his chest and howls again.

I'm not sure if I can charge, because of how we were moved into the room, but if I can, please add an extra +2 to the following roll. Edit: That's going to miss in any case, so I'm breaking out my folio reroll, adding 2 for GM stars. Whether or not I can charge might matter a bit more now.

The wizard completes his spell and a shining eagle shimmers into existence. As it swoops to attack, Akhenethys steps forward and casts a spell to conjure a slick layer of grease on the floor under the ape.

ABL casts grease where the gorilla is standing. Reflex save: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11. It falls. One of the shining eagles rips at the gorilla's flesh.
Gorilla (7+5+8 damage) takes an attack of opportunity against Amina as she comes up to it. Attack and damage: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 231d6 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 31d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 211d6 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7, but seems not able to take additional attacks of opportunity. Its mighty blow does ten damage to her.
Two Tall attempts a will save: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (1) + 0 = 1. His skin takes on a rough wooden appearance. He is now subject to a '-2' on all attacks, saves, and checks. Knowledge Nature to know why.
