I MIGHT be recruiting for another campaign, since I have WAY too much free time on my hands and I MIGHT do a version of an existing AP with a twist.
BEWARE, SOME SMALL POTENTIAL SPOILERS BELOW!
Examples include (Thanks to Gary McBride for the first two ideas that he submitted for the Wayfinder e-zine!):
Curse of the Coral Throne- Curse of the Crimson Throne as an aquatic campaign that replaces Korvosa with an ancient Azlanti city long since sunk beneath the waves. The plot would mostly stay the same, but would be altered for the specifics of an underwater campaign. I rather like this idea, since it would let me use the Cerulean Seas books I have and use the roughly 15-20% of monsters from Paizo's bestiaries that get unused. I even have figured out a solution to three dimensional combat: one tactical map for above view to see horizontal layout and another tactical map for a sideways view to see vertical layout. It would be easier just to show people.
Council of Night- Council of Thieves as a Drow campaign set in the Underdark, within one of the more cosmopolitan of Drow cities. The PCs would all be Drow (Possibly favored Drow servants too!) that are all part of House Araelyth, a House that was formed by the disgraced First Daughter of the Asmodeus-worshipping House Zaeryth, who rule the great city-state with an iron fist. Eager for vengeance, power, and all the other things the Drow crave, the PCs plot House Zaerth's downfall and, in doing so, set into motion events which will see city forever changed.
Jarlmaker- Kingmaker set in the Land of the Linnorm Kings. That's right, you heard me correctly! The PCs would be the huscarls and retainers of one the land's Jarls, going forth to claim land, honor, and glory in his name. Unexpected events occur and the PCs stand to inherit their own kingdom. Will they be able to carve out a kingdom in the Frozen North or will they be naught but frozen corpses bereft of honor or dignity? Only the Norns know... and they aren't saying!
Agents of the Palatine Eye- Carrion Crown with the PCs all being members of the Esoteric Order of the Palatine Eye, the mysterious Freemason-esque organization (If you believe the conspiracy theories about the Masons, of course!) that has chapters all throughout the land of Ustalav. When the PCs go to pay their respects to Professor Lorrimer, himself an Exalted Brother of the Palatine Eye, they find themselves embroiled in a conspiracy that stretches throughout Ustalav. While the AP will follow the same basic path, there ARE some differences that need pointing out. First, although there will be plenty of gothic horror, the presence of Lovecraftian horror will be more prevalent. Second, the Palatine Eye will be an invaluable resource for the PCs, as well as something that helps keep the party cohesive. Third, expect some of the encounters to be altered to be more thematic, particularly in books 5 and 6. No details for you all though! And lastly, for those who had made it a rather long way in the AP, the threat behind the events of the AP will be changed significantly and the 'big threat' from the normal AP is nothing but a pawn.
Jade and Honor- Jade Regent set ENTIRELY in Tian Xia! While the first 3 books will be heavily reworked, the last 3 need almost no alterations, save for a few minor ones. The PCs can be from any country in Tian Xia where the normal races can be found. If you ever wanted to play as an oriental character in Jade Regent, but always hated having to do the contrived 'my family was exiled, blah, blah' line, this is the campaign for you!
The Saffron Regent- A HEAVILY altered Jade Regent campaign set entirely in Vudra! Expect all Tian Xia-specific and oriental references to be replaced with similar things drawn from Vudra and Indian folklore.
Reign of the Russian Winter- An altered Reign of Winter campaign set entirely on Post World War I Earth, slightly after the Bolshevik Revolution and Grigori Rasputin's numerous executions. The campaign would be MUCH lower in the prevalence of magic than Reign of Winter, but would also have more technology, allowing for an interesting inverse of 'fighters can't have nice things' trope. The plot would remain much the same, but would be a bit different regarding major enemy NPCs and the location of the adventures in Russia. The PCs can be from anywhere, but the campaign would assume that all the PCs are in Paris, France during the early days of Summer. It should prove interesting to see what PCs might be generated for this one!
Final Unity- Iron Gods set on Androffa! The PCs are normal residents of the planet Androffa when a star falls from the heavens, a star of shining blue and orange light. Going to investigate, the PCs find a savior for their world from it's corrupt ruler, a man known most widely as the Sable Regent, a sorceror-king of unimaginable power who blends magic and technology in a way reminiscent of the Ancients of yore. Empowered by the entity, they journey forth through Androffa, a land of ancient technology and old magic, a world destroyed by petty gods aeons ago and currently ruled by a tyrant, to achieve their destiny as saviors of the land, Iron Gods to bring Androffa into a golden age.
Legacy of the Sands- Legacy of Fire altered a bit in terms of the antagonist, though the villain's goals are pretty much identical. The reworking is pretty light, apart from book 5, which will be changed in several ways, primarily the location and enemies.
Serpents and Seers- Serpent's Skull campaign set exclusively within the Mwangi Expanse, requiring the first module to be altered and the second to have a different location.

I'd be interested in a number of these, especially the Lovecraftian one.
I've both played and run Carrion Crown and making players members of the Palentine eye is a fantastic cohesive move that would not have gone amiss in the Haunting of Harrowstone and in fact would add a nice structure and theme - Ustalav's x-files agents. To be fair this is probably the easiest of your APs and it requires very little in the way of re-writes until you want to split the story line.

Wow, 8 responses already! Considering most interest checks only draw about 10-20 posts in a week's time, I am pleased!
Bring your friends that might be interested by the thread, as I would like to see which APs people show interest in, I would like some feedback on the ideas that have obvious twists (It's understandable if you don't know about the Legacy of Fire one, since I was intentionally being vague!), and would like a few more people to show interest in the concept of playing in a 'twisted' AP before I open a recruitment for one.
Dave Herman, I posted yesterday. I didn't find anything that needed a response today, although I have been a bit busy doing random stuff until about 4 hours ago, so I might have missed something. I will check again in a few minutes.

Other ideas, which I have just thought about in the last few hours, include:
Iron Apocalypse: Iron Gods set years after the current one, when an internal war between the Numeria and the Mana Wastes escalated into an outright war. The war was long and brutal, but ended on one day: Dias Irae, the Day of Wrath. On that day, the Black King of Numeria decided to end the conflict by using technology garnered from the Technic Faction, radioactive Blightburn missiles, to eradicate the Mana Wastes and end the war. What he did not expect was that, on that day, a traitor had managed to reroute several of the missiles to major Numerian towns. Within the space of an hour, the populations of both nations were nearly extinguished. People were disintigrated by blinding radioactive energies, their shadows burnt into nearby surfaces; buildings were shattered like the playthings of an angry god; and both civilizations descended into savagery, all higher purposes abandoned in the fight for food and resources. Civilization was effectively reset and, in over 200 years, has only just begun to rebuild itself. Now, all these years later, a threatening shadow yet looms over Numeria once more. The characters have come to the trade hub of Torch, their reasons their own, but when the Great Torch that the town is known for goes out, the mayor of the town asks if there is anyone who will help in fix the problem, promising much in the way of valuable resources for whoever can assist. This would be a Mad Max/Fallout-style version of Iron Gods and WOULD have vehicles allowed. Imagine zooming between areas in a Numerian Sandbuggy outfitted with a turret on the back!
Iron Dytopia- The villain of the original AP has won, but little seems to have changed in the world, apart from the advent of high technology. The world, Numeria in particular, rockets far past even the technology found on places like Aballon (Quite a feat, considering the native races on Aballon are self-replicating, evolving, sentient machines!). Numeria has become a shining center of civilization on Golarion, the pre-eminent nation that eclipses all others, a nation of shining towers of metal and glass that pierce the sky, where even in the night, the cities glow as if lit by sunlight. The Church of Eternal Unity provides for most citizens, it's god much more responsive, it seems, than the other deities on Golarion, granting daily miracles of magic and technology, communicating with all of it's multitude of followers personally at times. It seems like a paradise on the surface... only it isn't. People who are labeled as major dissidents are brought in and come out... different, if they even come out at all. Those who oppose the Church of Eternal Unity are blacklisted, forced into squalor. But the worst are the rebels who oppose the theocracy. They regularly commit acts of heinous terrorism, destroying places important to the church and the people regardless of casualties. They wantonly defy any notion of civilization, doing as they please, when they please, as it pleases them. It is in this backdrop that the AP would take place, with the PCs living in a utopia/dystopia (Depending on the individual's perspective, of course!). The city-state that they live in would be very reminiscent of what most people think of when they envision cyberpunk: a gleaming metropolis that is at once a paradise and a living hell depending on where one fits into society, widespread use of technology (Anyone who is anyone at least has a cellphone!), and the dialectic conflict between the conformist members of society who represent order and the anarchic dissidents who live apart from society and represent chaos. Where the PCs fit in will be determined by their individual personalities. What is certain, however, is that they will be key players in in shaping Numeria, for good or ill.
The Shattered Star of Akiton- A Shattered Star campaign that is very much a Edgar Rice Burroughs-esque campaign, set on the Red Planet, Akiton. The PCs are all residents of one of the Free City States not ruled the Shaobhadian Empire that has recently arisen in the past century to conquer most of the known world. Well, at least until the PCs, who are all adventuring prospectors that hunt old ruins to unearth ancient treasures, find a piece of an ancient relic. An ancient relic of that stature will surely not go unnoticed by the Shaobhadian Empire, who will almost certainly turn their greedy eyes towards the PC's and their newest prize.
Legacy of Brass- A Legacy of Fire campaign with a major twist: the campaign takes place ENTIRELY ON THE ELEMENTAL PLANE OF FIRE! The City of Brass plays a MAJOR role in the campaign. To give someone who has GM'd this an idea of what it would look like, the campaign would combine the last half of Legacy of Fire, arranged a bit differently, with the City of Brass boxed set. The campaign would start in media res, with the PCs all headed into the Desert of Ashen Sands at the behest of a secretive patron to find a lost artifact. From there, things would just get epic. As a note, flammable PCs would be able to purchase Rings of Fire Resistance for MUCH cheaper than the book price, since the City of Brass sells them as expensive trinkets to those not immune to fire.
War of the Second Darkness- The campaign will begin as normal, and follow a normal path, but with a twist: the PCs are all Drow of House Vonnarc tracking a traitor to the surface after she stole a precious artifact that the First Daughter has asked you to retrieve. Now, to get the obvious out of the way, no, you do not all have to follow the House's demonic patron, but you at the very least do not need to oppose it, so don't think you'll get your character executed by NOT following the House's patron. From the beginning of the campaign, things will be fraught with danger, increasingly so as things progress further into the storyline.
Thassilon Rising- A Rise of the Runelords campaign, but with a twist: the PCs are members of the Cult of the Sihedron, one's who have read from the original Tome of the Sihedron and have emerged... changed, morphed by their prospective sins into evil tyrants who seek to discover the secrets of ancient Thassilon. The PCs are no saviors, no heroes to the land of Varisia, they are black-hearted villains who seek ever greater power and knowledge. It is in pursuit of this that the PCs journey to Sandpoint, rumored to be built near one of the ancient Thassilonian ruins. Perhaps the locals might know of such a thing, if they can be persuaded to talk. When I read this idea in Wayfinder, I thought this would make a really cool alternate!
Devils of the High Seas- A Skull and Shackles campaign, but with a secret twist: the PCs are all agents of Cheliax who have been tasked with infiltrating the pirates of The Shackles and dismantling them from the inside out, as well as to provide information to the House of Thrune. If ever you wanted to be a major a-hole, being a privateer in service to Thrune is probably the place to do it!
Sultanmaker- A Kingmaker campaign reflavored to take place in Katapesh or Qadira, likely the former of the two. The campaign would mostly be reflavored and altered material from Kingmaker, but would also include material from Legacy of Fire.
A Council of Ravens- Council of Thieves reflavored where the PCs are all part of a local gang of professional criminals in Westcrown who call themselves the Ravens. Consummate criminals, they work together to pull off jobs that seem almost impossible. The campaign begins with the characters being chased by Hellknights, the location of their base tipped off by an informant... or a traitor. After finding a suitable place to rebuild the Ravens, they continue business as usual while they wait on their leader to find out how their location was compromised. This requires little reworking, except from a flavor standpoint.

I will only post one more idea for now, because it's early A.M. and I am about to get ready to go crash onto my bed:
The Stone Remembers, The Stone Mourns- Throne of Night with an all-Dwarven party. The twist? It's all set on Golarion and, while the main enemy that has been spoiled for Throne of Night will remain unchanged, one of the 'factions' in the Azathyr will be changed significantly, something only important later in the campaign. Having watched the Hobbit trilogy, I like the idea of the Dwarves dwindling as a race over the centuries, their culture being subsumed by the Humans. Their last great hope is to reclaim their lost nations in the deeps. But what awaits them in the eternal night of the Darklands? Underground Predators? Drow? Orcs? Or is there a worse threat than all of these combined, the very same threat that Dwarf, Orc, and Drow all three feared, prompting the former two's exodus to the surface? I know one guy who would love this campaign, a friend of mine from Obsidian Portal who has a rather fatalistic Dwarf that he would gladly submit.

Ok, so far the total level of interest looks something like this:
Council of Night- 2
Lovecraftian Palatine Eye Carrion Crown- 5
Jarlmaker- 5
Final Unity- 2
Iron Apocalypse- 2
Iron Dystopia- 2
Curse of the Coral Throne- 2
Jade and Honor- 3
Saffron Regent- 2
Sultanmaker- 1
Counsel of Ravens- 1
The Shattered Star of Akiton- 1
Reign of the Russian Winter- 1
All the others- 0
Obviously, my selections for which AP are only marginally influenced by votes, but I still am curious about which ideas prove the most popular. It looks like Jarlmaker and the Carrion Crown/Lovecraft campaigns are the most popular ones!
Just as a quick question, one that I would prefer answered briefly, what would everyone roll up for their favorite AP out of these?

Divinitus |

I will be creating a campaign tab for this so I can see the recruitment in my campaign lists, for ease in viewing new posts.
If you wish to dot gameplay when I put it up so that you can be updated on new posts, feel free.
There will also be a discussion tab so that you can debate with me and try to change my mind on which AP to select, if you so choose. Keep everything in spoilers though, so the thread looks clean. My Wrath of the Righteous recruitment thread looks like a madman went through a shopping mall with a chainsaw and, instead of blood, posts got splattered everywhere! Not complaining though, as some of the posts I found highly amusing for a moment or so. :)
EDIT: To be clear, post what APs you are interested in on the recruitment page, then go and, if you want, try to convince me to run a particular AP in the discussion thread. Make sense?

YoricksRequiem |

Man, almost all of these sound incredible.
My top 5 Choices, in order, and what I'd probably roll up for them, races and class allowing dependent.
Curse of the Coral Throne - Some kind of Mermaiden Bard, essentially a Siren, though possibly without all the sailor-deaths.
A Council of Ravens - Maybe a Swashbuckling Thief, or possibly a Magus. I think it would be fun to focus on some Acrobatics, either way.
Sultan Maker - Probably a Bard-based street rat / performer / thief.
Agents of the Palatine Eye - Definitely an Investigator. I played a bit of Carrion Crown before, with a Fetchling Investigator who was an old friend of Lorrimer's, and I'd love to bring him back.
Jade and Honor - A Tengu Ronin/Samurai kind of character, probably an Inquisitor? Maybe with a dip in Swashbuckler.

Ok, I want to post this concept for another Serpent Skull alternate AP before I officially go to sleep for the morning! Here is the idea:
The Beast King- Serpent's Skull campaign that is, again, heavily altered. In this, the PCs will play as some of the sentient animals that are rumored to exist within the Mwangi Expanse. While obviously requiring rewrites for the first two books, I do not foresee a problem later on, apart from how loot is handled, which I am about to discuss. While the simians (Apes, chimpanzees, baboons, ect.) can forge magical items, most of the 'buffs' in the campaign are going to come from achieving certain goals, said buffs replicating the effects of magic items. And yes, I did get this idea based on a stray though about the Lion King movie... don't hate on it!
Updated list of suggestion votes:
Council of Night- 3
Lovecraftian Palatine Eye Carrion Crown- 6
Jarlmaker- 6
Final Unity- 2
Iron Apocalypse- 2
Iron Dystopia- 2
Curse of the Coral Throne- 4
Jade and Honor- 4
Saffron Regent- 2
Sultanmaker- 2
Counsel of Ravens- 3
The Shattered Star of Akiton- 1
Reign of the Russian Winter- 1
Devils of the High Seas- 1
All the others- 0
So far the top 4 are Agents of the Palatine Eye, Jarlmaker, Curse of the Coral Throne, and Jade and Honor.

Monkeygod |

Council of Night is my top choice, by far. Love me Drow, and actually have a badass character lined up. Haruk, an Infernal Sorcerer, who wants to try and transcend to some sort of Devil.
Seriously, I would pay money to be in a long lasting Drow game.
Jade and Honor is also very cool. Not sure what I would play there, but really, a game set exclusively in Tian Xia is hard to pass up.
Counsel of Ravens also sounds **amazing**. Also unsure what I would play, as there's so many awesome concepts I could go with.

Lord Manticore |

I'm with Monkeygod on this one. I've never had a chance to play a Drow for very long or very effectively. As to what kind of PC I would have,, it's hard to say. It would depend on what the actual circumstances of the campaign are (i.e. good v. evil, seeking power v. enlightenment, etc.)
"Shut up and take my bottlecaps!"

JDPhipps |

Still loving Lovecraftian Carrion Crown the most, personally. I feel like it'd be a very fitting game to play an Investigator, although someone else already mentioned it. If not an Investigator, I would probably play a Wizard or Arcanist, some sort of full arcane caster.
Council of Ravens sounds interesting, I'd probably play a Slayer or a Swashbuckler.

Devils of the High Seas- 1
Thassilon Rising- 1

This actually looks very nice. As far as interest goes, I'd be up for all except Coral Throne (not a fan of underwater games) and the Iron Gods variants (not a big fan of that AP). For Reign of Russian Winter I'm sure as it could be interesting but I also think Pf isn't that suited for the campaign concept.
