Nyxalia steps forward, head bowed. "I don't have a spell, but I could give it a try too. I have a little experience with locks. Probably not as much as the rest of you, but I guess it can't hurt for me to try, right?" She crouches down in front of the lock and pulls out some well made and well used Lockpicks and has an attempt at the stubborn lock. With everyone crowded around looking at her though, she fumbles her try and even comes close to snapping one of her picks. She gets up and says "sorry" quietly before moving to the back of the group once more.
I didn't intend for this to be such a major hurdle. Nyxalia, you can keep trying as well. There is no penalty for big misses for open lock. Taking 20 is an option, but there is a high probability of being discovered at this time of day.

At a beckoning from the others, Nyxalia comes forward to try her luck once more. She tries to block out the fact that everyone is watching her as she inserts the lock picks into the troublesome lock. Finally, with a click that seems almost too loud, the lock turns. She puts her picks away in her pouch and stands, putting her hand on the door handle. She looks to Savendir to give the all clear to open it and head inside.
"You have unusual locks in this land." Zarine hastily stashes her tools in her pack and wraps her headscarf around her lower face to hide her embarrassment. After she's hoisted her pack to her shoulders, she draws her shining crooked blade and leans her head against the door to discover if their activities have warned anyone.

Seeing the others listening at the door, she grips the handle tighter and leans into the door, pressing her ear to the wood and closing her eyes to block out any distractions.

Nyxalia opens her eyes and pulls away from the door. "I can't hear anything, so I'm going to open it and slip inside. Do you want to come too Zarine?" She looks embarrassingly at the exotic woman.
Zarine bows gracefully to the equally exotic woman. "After you, lovely lady." She follows Nyxalia in, trying hard not to trip over her own feet. C'mon, dice!
Zarine and Nyxalia slip into the small office quietly. The office is non-descript and empty. The light is low with the curtains drawn and dusk arriving shortly. It has a desk and chair in the middle of the room. On top of the desk are some papers. There is a door leading to the main warehouse on the west wall. It is closed, but a small amount of light can be seen around the edge of the door.
Zarine makes little duck-quacking motions with her hands to the others. "Talkers, but far from the door. That doesn't mean nobody is close, of course, just that they are silent. What now? More sneaking?" she whispers to those in the office, motioning those outside to come in and close the door.
She checks the inner door for traps and locks for good measure.
"Maybe the three of us slip in quietly and slip around the warehouse to see what's going on while the rest wait here for a signal in case of trouble? We could, oh, push a crate over or something if there's a problem, if we even need a signal beyond yelling and commotion. If not, we meet back here and discuss what we've found." Her long fingers tap together under their silken covering. "What bothers me is all those people with holy symbols. I do not like the idea of evil divinities having a crack at us. Their powers can be very nasty. Can anyone give us all some sort of protection from them?"
As Nyxalia tries to follow Zarine into the warehouse, Zarine suddenly stops as her intention was only to peek into the larger room. Nyxalia stumbles and knocks over a broom. There is a slight scraping sound as it slides down the wall. However, the faint conversation continues without pause.
Nothing stands out as unusual to Owen. Savendir confirms that the papers on the desk show similar shipments to what he saw in Sirathu. He notices that the last departure was bound for Urglin and it left two days ago on the 18th of Lamashan.
(I assume) Zarine cannot see the conversants past the shelves. After peeking around for a moment for the presence of others, she slips out of the office and to the end of one shelf.
Move from O10 to K8 using stealth (half-speed), then peek around the corner down the aisle between the shelves. Do I need more stealth rolls? How long does one roll 'last'? I also assume the xxxxx's in A10-C12 are not people? If they are, she will not exit the office.
Zarine: The x's are crates. You are correct you cannot see through the shelves. As far as stealth goes, I play that a roll is good until you change an action. So in this case, you opened the door, stealth roll. Now you are moving, so another stealth roll. You won't need to make another roll until you do something other than moving and watching.
